He was extremely knowledgeable about the merchandise as well as designing. He made the experience fun and easy. Great experience with Custom Ink in Carytown. The store associate Henry helped me design t-shirts and koozies. He was patient with me as we worked through my design ideas and he put all the pieces together to come up with the perfect design. They made sure that my order would arrive in time. When it looked like some of the order might be running late, they immediately contacted me and gave me a discount to bump up to a higher quality that could be ready on my timeframe. They followed up personally to make sure everything turned out well.I can’t tell you how impressed I was with the level of service that Henry and everybody else gave. Being able to come into the store to see, feel, and try on the t-shirt samples made ordering online even easier. Harley was great to work with - from initial contact through order delivery. I called Matt on short notice to order keepsake shirts to be delivered in time for a big Girl Scout event. I called him with an idea of what I wanted and the material of the shirts and in the same day he sent me some shirt options and a mock-up. We were able to rush the order and turn it around in roughly a week. Everyone loved the shirts! Moms & daughters. I will always come back to Matt & Custom Ink when I need custom shirts!

It was great as always except you need two person working on Saturday to help so its not all on one person. Although she was great and professional to all that ENTERED THE STORE. she DID YOUR COMPANY CREDIT.

Only the best! I worked with Rob and his response time was impeccable. Nothing worse than a company that doesn’t get back to you. I needed them to come up with some designs for me as that isn’t my forte and Custom Ink on Cary street knocked it out of the park. Not often do you strike gold, but I def have here. Its even better that they are in my backyard. They will be my go to for now on.

Have worked with CustomInk for 3 years now and ordered over 150 shirts in 4 separate orders. Was thrilled to see a store in Richmond, and the store experience was just as good as the online experience. Julian helped us through our order and was very helpful and easy to work with, our shirts arrive in no time, and it was really convenient being able to drive to the stores for pickup. We plan on ordering more shirts in a week or so and will definitely be using the CustomInk store in Richmond.

Custom ink does a fabulous job explaining what options are available for the job at hand. Used them last year for business shirts, going back this year. Changing things up or adding things to the screening is easy. Highly recommend. Going in store means you can feel and see all available fabrics too.

I’ve been reaching for some time now for a company to design and print several items for my real estate company, Richmond Region Realty. I’m a little “old-school” when it comes to purchasing clothing online, where as I need to see it in-person first. I was excited to find out Custom Ink actually had a store here in Richmond.I didn’t hesitate to go in and talk with the staff. Leah greeted me and listened to my needs before making suggestions. The staff at the Carytown store is awesome!

Used them to order 40+ shirts for an annual event. The shirts arrived on the specified day and when I made a small mistake on my design they called me to correct it and refunded me over $100 dollars when the fix lowered costs. Couldnt recommend them more.

Rob and his teammate were great to work with. I explained what I was looking for and my budget. You get to see and feel each t-shirt which is much better than guessing from a website. They gave great suggestions from t-shirt blend to beat the heat and color options (navy vs. royal can be tricky). AND WE CAME IN UNDER BUDGET with their suggestions! I was tired of shopping for the same old t-shirt designs in the stores so I had Custom Ink design a t-shirt for me. They did a great job! They crushed it when it came to the design. Their customer service is on point and everyone there is super friendly. Their shop is clean too… talk about a plus, most of these t-shirt places I have been in are dingy. To be honest I was shocked to hear that Custom Ink was opening a “store front,” a while back, but thank goodness they have my life is even easier now.

I wanted to get just one t-shirt printed and Custom Ink was able to help me do it. Sure, I couldve used the simple interface of the Design Lab on the website, but instead I brought my design down to the store and let the pros handle it. Julian was genuinely happy to assist me and I felt very welcomed. He consulted me on choosing the best file format, matching the colors, and selecting the right shirt.We decided to have it shipped to the store instead of my apartment and Im sure glad we did that. When it arrived, I strolled down to the store where we performed some QA on my shirt. The staff noticed that there was a slight difference in the print. Turns out there was an image missing! This was certainly a very weird and rare occurrence. There was a minor mishap somewhere down the line, wherever these shirts are processed and printed. The staff at the store got on it and fixed it right away. They reordered the shirt with no extra costs and within a week my order came in with no issues! Who knows what Ill do with that extra misprinted shirt, the possibilities are endless.All-in-all it was pleasant experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Im excited to do business with them again. Would highly recommend to anyone!

This is the 2nd year weve made an appointment and talked through design details of tshirts at the Carytown store for our annual festival. While the Custom Ink website is user friendly, nothing beats being able to talk through every part of the design process with an actual human. Matthew helped us work through a few design changes and we were able to see in real time what the final product would look like. However, one of my shirts had a mishap along the hem, but Custom Ink took care of the mistake immediately.
