Walked in the store with my sons to get sneakers for us and there was like 4 staff members who said nothing to us! Just looked at us as if we were invading their privacy! Never felt so much uncomfortable around people who looked just like me! They will never have to worry about me spending a dime there. When you have kids asking “ are they going to help us”. That’s a problem!!!

I walked into the store and nobody said a word to me. Literally the entire staff looked at me like I was walking into their bedroom un announced. I saw a bunch of stuff I liked and would have bought it had anybody asked me if I needed help. I did need help because I wanted some sneakers too. I walked out instead. I can spend my money somewhere else. Jimmy Jazz was always my favorite store when I was a kid.

Nobody greeted me such a small store they see when you walk in they were busy doing store design and blocking the shoes this why I do not shop here

What is the point of having the only store in the city and you cant return and or exchange online orders

The people that work here are racist as hell. If you dont fit their usual client profile theyll make sure to treat you extra terrible customer service wise. Ive never seen so many glares before just for entering a store

This has to be the worst location ever they never know whats coming out the product knowledge and custom service is terrible it starts at the top Im sure the kpi scores at the bottom serious overhaul needed

If I could issue less than 1 star I would. I received a pair of polos for Christmas when I put them on it fit as if someone had stretched the shoes out. When I attempted to fix the situation I was told it was nothing that could be done since it was after 7 days and I had no receipts (If it was a Christmas gift, why would I have the receipt and how am I suppose to know that policy?). Its not like I was asking for my money back, I just simply wanted to exchange them for ones that had not been stretched out of shape. I will never support anything coming from that store again.
