Shoe city is the best shoe store to go to all the way to the workers they are great

Girl...this store was supa cool. The music was jam, the employees were like honey. Dark and sweet. Goin back when my check comes in...

Yall not open but the sign on the door say you open til 7 and it 5:25 right now. There are three people just standing behind the counter talking and didnt open the door for me when I was knocking. Right as Im walking away a guy who just got out of his car walks up and knock and yall open the door. Yall some classic pieces of dung. Im never shopping here again.

Bad customer service shut door right in my face and locked it and it wasnt even closed yet still had about 15 mins. Just rude!

Do not shop here, especially on Saturday Nights. Young kids, on their phones not helping customers. Waited 10 mins to be asked to be helped, to hand 5 shoes to associate who never came back. Then when he emerges, his walking out to the parking lot. I still do not have a cke whether they had shoes or not, after waiting 25 mins.

Poor management or associates....its one or the other. Stopped in to pick up some jordans and jeans, all associates seem to be laughing joking around with customers at the counter whIle I waited for assistance over 20mins only as I left the store did one associate finally ask did I need help my reply was nah Im good heading to Dtlr.

Get my work shoes from there they got a lot of options...
