Worst customer service ever. They have a sixteen year old employee who doesnt greet the customers. I walked in there today and the employee never acknowledged I was in the store. I walked by the register and she was sitting down and she was playing on her phone. She never spoke one word to me. Someone could rob this place blind because the worker doesnt mind the store properly. She never said anything to me as I was leaving either. I was going to report her and then I decided to go back in and nicely talk with her to give her some friendly advice on customer service so she would not be reported by someone else and lose her job. Well when I went back in there, I saw her do the same thing to another lady. The other customer came up to the register and said hello and the employee just looked up and said hello and then went back to looking at her phone. Then another customer came in and she ignored her as well. I finally spoke with the employee about this and gave her the friendly advice about proper customer service and she had no care in the world and said that she doesnt have to say hello or address the customers until they are ready to purchase something at the register and that is how they run this store and that the manager does the same thing. So you want to lose customers like the three you lost today? Then when I was leaving she said sarcastically Have a Good day and then said is that what you wanted? So the manager needs to learn how to run their business and train their employees properly no matter how young they are. Teach your employees some respect, because it looks like this employee hasnt been taught the meaning of respect at home or on the job.

My favorite store to go to with my wife if I have to go shopping. I can check out the latest Yeti products while my wife shops for the girly things. She loves it. We even got to meet the owners, they were so cool and down to earth. We love supporting local business!!
