It is amazing this store is even still open. They were supposed to be open til 7 yesterday. We arrived at 6 and there was a paper sign saying they have closed at 5.Came back today at 2. Paper sign says they’ll be back at 3:10. Who is running this place?

Hipster paradise. Love a band that no ones heard of? Theyll probably have their vinyl in stock. Still, organized and the staff are really helpful.

This is a really large location, with plenty of space around displays and racks, so you can easily see whats where. The employees are great and theres a huge selection of stock, have fun shopping, you are sure to find plenty of items that you will love!

Really nice store with a lot of vintage and new clothing. Customer service was great and there was always someone around when I was looking for something in particular.

Short Pump store opened at noon and closed for a break from 2-3pm. They did not open until 3:04.

Urban Outfitters, located in Shortpump Town Center.

Drove over 2 hours to the store and was excited to purchase a yellow corydoroyed jacket! When I went back home and I noticed that a button was missing and there was a stain on the inside. Really disappointed in quality considering this was a $80 jacket.

They would not offer a price adjustment in on item bought 15 days ago because their policy is for 14 days, even though I explained I had been out of town for work for the last week. I will be returning the $100 online purchase I just made and will take my business elsewhere.
