Been doing business with bypass for 3 years 2years ago had an incident where i had to pay for some damages done to equipment that was rented i paid for the damages and went on with renting from them 2 years diwn the riad they say i cant rent from them saying that i never paid for the damages in full. Bunch of bull the balance thr say i owe is way more then i was told wen i paid for it . But they decide to tell me 2 years later. Keep in mind i been tenting from them thus whole time inbewteen

Called on a Wednesday to reserve a Brush Cutter for Saturday. Said Sure we will have it sent over from Georgetown. Arrive Saturday morning and they have given it to someone else. Said they were first in line. Do what!?! Said they tried to call Friday. I have no missed calls. I ask why he didnt leave a message. Response I had to make 30 calls, I didnt have time to leave messages. Thank you for ruining my plans.

Very friendly and helpful. They provide very great service. Every time I have gone there I have always received great customer service. Especially the guy at the counter!

I very much enjoyed my experience with Bypass Rental. The equipment arrived timely, clean and in good condition. The staff was friendly, attentive with a “can do” attitude. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again myself!

I rented 2 porta potties for my outdoor wedding. We had great customer service during the rental process, and when one of the porta potties came dirty (can totally happen due to their high volume of equipment) Bypass Rental refunded the full amount for the potty. This was not expected but so very appreciated. Great business!!!
