Very rude and unprofessional staff at the pharmacy. They’ll text you saying your prescription is ready but it’s not or they won’t allow your refill because their system is not correct. Calling them is a hassle and they are very rude on the phone. The other associates in CVS are wonderful however with multiple issues with the pharmacy and their lack of care or respect I will be getting my prescriptions else where

If I could give it a zero I would. “Minute” clinic rapid Covid test scheduled for 5:30. Instructions say stay in car until you are called. It’s now 6:45. I. am. done.This is no way to run a business.

DO NOT RECOMMEND for Covid jab. Arrived for 4:00pm appointment and still waiting 20 mins later. Zero help from pharmacy or clinic staff. So much for the “Minute Clinic” and “concierge care,” in my experience they offer neither.

Crucial prescription sent 5 days ago. I called this morning, they said they were working on it, should be ready in an hour. I show up an hour later, its not ready though they tell me will be 30 mins, definitely ready by 6. I come back at 5:45. Still not ready. Staff needs to get it together and communicate among themselves and customers. Have never had a pleasant or easy experience here. Unfortunately my insurance only works with cvs. Will be transferring to a different location do to their unprofessionalism

My son received his two COVID vaccines here, and we probably interacted with 8-9 people over the course of two visits, including the check-in up front, the pharmacy staff, the checkout counter, etc. Every single person was nice, helpful, and extremely professional. I appreciated the level of service they provided, and how quickly and smoothly the process went.

I cringe every time I pick up the phone to refill a prescription because I know whoever I speak with will ruin my day. The pharmacy staff has a patience level of 0, a helpful level of 0, a customer service level of 0. It is obvious that they hate their job and the last thing they want to do is help people (even though thats what they signed up for?). If you are truly unhappy and find joy in making others unhappy then do us a favor and quit.

I wish I could give a zero or negative star to this location. The staff there ESPECIALLY the pharmacy employees and pharmacists are terrible!!! I’ve always noticed their poor customer service but it’s REALLY BAD!!! I unfortunately got my covid vaccines there because it was the closest available to me… my second shot was a very traumatic experience!!! The pharmacist wasn’t nice, he jabbed the needle in my arm and it was long very painful, I bled when I left the store. I don’t recommend this location at all!!!

Poor customer service came in to visit the pharmacy and make a purchase needed to use the restroom and I was told no they don’t have one and then told no I can’t use, it I have been a long time customer of CVS . I’m transferring all of my prescriptions to Walgreens

The lady that works at the front registers is ALWAYS super helpful and has saved me a lot of money in the past month. She recommends the CVS app, Coupons, and has a ton of product sale knowledge. I come to get my prescriptions and always walk out with a deal on something, that is a steal. The pharmacy tech was speedy at bringing me up to ensure I got my blood sugar up fast. The Pharmacist explained to me why there was a problem with my prescription and how he was going to do his best to resolve the issue. I am not sure why this store is rated low, since I have had nothing but good experiences here. CVS working with me is why I left Walgreens years ago and havent looked back.

These have to be the MOST unprofessional and rude group of people I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They’re short, snappy and quite obviously don’t care about their customers. Whenever you try to ask questions you’re met with contention and snark from people who don’t want to be bothered. Last time I checked also, it was the job of the pharmacy to contact physicians for refills, when I asked them to do this then snapped at me that it was up to me to do that. I will NEVER use this cvs for prescription or anything else again. I suggest the public do the same! They SUCK!!!!!!

This is the worst pharmacy. Almost all of the pharmacists are extremely rude and defensive except for literally one employee. There is ALWAYS a problem with my medication being filled, or a miscommunication with my psychiatrist, or a problem with processing my insurance. They’re impossible to communicate with and mess things up all the time, yet try to make me feel stupid if I call with questions. Trying to transfer all my scrips as soon as possible.

Rudest customer service when I called the pharmacy a few days ago..this one man who works there is very nice and professional but I talked to 2 ladies who were extremely and unecessarily rude to me on the phone when I was just checking on a prescription status. Whoever I talked to seemed annoyed that I was calling at all..why work at a pharmacy if you dont want to help people?

First of all it started with them being very slow, like the sloth in Zootopia. Then they were just rude, had no idea what they were doing. I waited over 45 minutes for prescriptions that I was told were filled over the phone. They were not understanding at all, they made me feel like I was doing something wrong, terrible pharmacy.

Horrible customer service at the pharmacy here. I always get attitude from the folks working here, regardless of the day or time I go to pick up. A couple times I have had to re order the prescription in store, and told it would be 15 mins and ended up waiting an hour. I have both waited in store and run errands during that wait time, and both cases an hour later I finally ask whats going on, and they say the order has been ready! For who knows how long. Aside from the annoying automated calls I get twice a day, I never receive communication from the pharmacists when my order is finally ready to be picked up, which is extremely aggravating when you are sitting there waiting for nothing.

Dont understand all the negative reviews. The pharmacy is very polite, friendly, and helpful, especially the German girl that works there. My only complaint is that CVS grocery items are much over priced in comparison to its competitors, such as Walgreens. I only go to CVS to pick up my medicine.

The nastiest and most unhelpful pharmacy staff I have ever had to deal with. There is one man there who is kind and patient when he answers the phone, but the one woman who answers this phone does not say her name when you ask, hangs up before you can even finish a sentence and has a nasty attitude every day. If you’re reading this, Hope you aren’t as miserable at home as you are at work.

There has been so many problems with the pharmacy. Ive gotten my medication late multiple times because theyve messed something up and when I call about it, theyre rude on the phone. They tell me that its a problem with the doctor but it ends up being them. The non-pharmacy people are nice and helpful in the store, but the pharmacy is awful.

Told it would take 5 minutes after the minute clinic for my prescription. 30 minutes later no help at all and the excuse they gave was that it was only 3 people working. I only needed one common prescription. I asked if they would transfer my prescription to another pharmacy and they told me that I had to call publix to get them to transfer it as they were too lazy to do it themselves and had no courtesy to do it even after waiting for so long. 20 minutes after leaving I get an email that they filled the prescription even after telling them i wanted it transferred.

I called in a prescription for one of my seizure meds 4 days ago. Called today for status, they said oh theres no record of a refill request. Ill see if its in stock but we might have to order it, wouldnt be in til tomorrow. So 3 months seizure-free, I risk having a seizure because of someones incompetence. Missing one dose can cause a seizure.

The worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with in 65 years. These people should not be given the responsibility of handling anything to do with people’s health. Because if their incompetence and rudeness my husband was left without meds on his first night home from the hospital following major surgery. I intend to report them.

I try to avoid leaving negative reviews as a rule. Especially now. But the pharmacy department here is pathetic. Incompetent. A 30 second pickup of a confirmed filled prescription took over 20 minutes this morning. I try to limit my time indoors as Im in a high risk category. So it was really frustrating. The problem started 3 days ago when the pharmacist misfilled my prescription the 1st time. Ugh. Go elsewhere. Oh. And did i mention there was no hand sanitizer anywhere in sight though i had to sign twice- once w an ink pen pharmacist handed me and once w wand. Really? They informed me there was a pandemic going on. Oh. A pharmacy! Guess they havent heard of Amazon.

All of the staff Ive interacted were really friendly and helpful EXCEPT the pharmacy. If you need medication and rely on it dont go through this CVS because they dont care. Never had a problem at any of the other locations, always get the same scripts.

The Pharmaceutical staff is always knowledgeable and friendly(despite the fact the hours of operation were rolled back from 24 hours which makes them a lot busier when they are open). The store itself is always clean and orderly. I have had my prescriptions sent here for years.

I had done business at this CVS for the past 6 years or more. I have always been treated with respect, until I went to pick up a prescription for birth-control which due to the neglect of all pharmacists involved was filed incorrectly with my insurance company. I had all my insurance information with me which no one would even look at, one pharmacist suggested I visit a free clinic. I was declined the right to free birth-control and payed out of pocket $244.99. I was belittled by one pharmacist in particular named MELISSA. She mocked my insurance company stating that I had a $6000 deductible and that was why I had to pay out of pocket, she then proceeded to express her need for a drink when she got off work. It doesnt matter what your deductible is all women are entitled to free birth-control! I went back 4 days later my insurance company told me to get them to re-run the info correctly for a refund, which I received. I was apologized to, and told they were sorry they ran the info incorrectly. I expressed I would never shop this chain again because of the unprofessional attitude of Melissa. I was then offered a $25 gift-card for my troubles, which I politely declined. I am still unsure if I was treated unfairly due to neglect of the pharmacists, or because I am heavily tattooed. Either way do yourself a favor and never put yourself through what I experienced!

This is a well-run, well-stocked store and pharmacy but VERY busy, especially late afternoons. Even when they are backed up with pickups, the lines usually move rapidly. Lots of customers but lots of staff, too, typically cordial and helpful. Too bad the pharmacy is no longer open 24/7.

Tried to call and after a couple minutes on hold, someone answered just to put me back on hold. Gave up at the ten minute mark and tried again. After 20 minutes someone finally answered, only to ask me to hold. Waited another 10 minutes before giving up. It doesnt matter whats going on - having someone on hold for more than 30 minutes (during a non-busy time of day) is completely absurd!

Told me Friday that my script would be ready today (Monday) and then tell me this morning that they are on back order and don’t have it... had to drive to my dr. Office to get him to write a new script and have to now drive to a different pharmacy to have it filled. 😡

Came to visit the Minute Clinic. Physician came back from lunch 20 minutes late which push everyone back. As I reserved my spot online, I was not anticipating an additional 20 minute wait because her time was not managed properly. It’s very inconsiderate and unprofessional behavior to treat customers in that manner as if our time is not important.

My son and I have been using thus CVS for about a year and a half now since our old pharmacy closed. Since being here, my prescription experience has been all but pleasant. Regardless of how long or short the line is, you are guaranteed to wait atleast 30 minutes. There are about 4 people working back there at all times, and they move so slow. Never in my life have I had so many complications with medical billing and prescription refills. They claim they havent gotten things from my doctor, always saying that insurance doesnt cover things (even though they do). Some of the pharmacists attitudes are either nasty or careless, they rarely answer the phones. Using the drive-thru adds no convenience. You still sit and wait just about the same amount of time. Then if you have more than a few (2-3) prescriptions, or have medicine in a box, they say you have to come inside.I wouldnt recommend Cary St. CVS to anyone

Always only one person actually taking care of customers in pharmacy line. So no matter what time of day. Give yourself like 20 minutes to pick up your Rx.Update: Called for 2 refills today at 10:00am. Five hours later now, they still need 15-20 mins. CVS massively understaffing their expendable workers like every other place now. Corporate hates customers and their employees obviously.

The absolute WORST. They are so slow and so unhelpful here. I had to talk the drop off person for 17 min about epi pens before they even put my prescription in even though I came prepared with all my coupon options, insurance cards, and prescription. Now I have to wait for them to “fill” my prescription even though epi pens are already packaged.

This CVC is very poorly managed and should go out of business. Beware: dont use the drive thru. Pharmacy techs are lazy and wont allow you to use it for dropping off a prescription or picking up one. Whats the use of even having a drive thru Pharmacy?

Chose this place when it was 24 hours, now every month when I come by they are closed. Earlier and earlier... Went from 24 hr to closing at 10 then 9, now 7. Every month they run meds through insurance wrong, ring up the wrong price, I bring up the issue, then they take half an hour to completely redo the exact same bottle of meds and have to get back in line and start over. Plan on spending at least half an hour here dealing with their bs. Will definitely not be returning to this location.
