Three months ago this was a 5 star review. Now? The other day I waited 10 minutes for a cashier to get off his phone before walking out. Tonight the same cashier says theres an extra 3 dollar credit card charge for every purchase despite me watching him not do that for the customer in front of me. Absolutely atrocious.Update: This has been changed and everything is normal again. I have not seen the person that did this to me working here again. Tugwells is back to the excellent service it has always provided.

I love tugwell and I enjoy the cashier who works in the morning. I’m not to sure of her name but she always so friendly and helpful. Some days I come in just to see her. One of the best personalities I’ve ever came across. Whoever is management y’all definitely did the best thing hiring her! As long as she is there you have a customer in me
