Local tea shop/ restaurant that sells bath and beauty products made from their own goats milk! The tea lattes are heaven.

I have come on various occasions with different groups and since right before COVID, things have gotten progressively worse. There never seems to be a steady person working there anymore. Every time I go and ask about a friendly employee, they no longer work there. I am starting to think that maybe this is not a great place to work if they cant keep a steady person. My teas are watery and lacking the full strength of tea flavor and color because they are pouring too quickly. My lattes taste like creamer. I was in one day last month and overheard a conversation that the person working was 10yrs old! I do not know how that can even be legal with an establishment that sells alcohol. The floor was gross and sticky and the drink station has spills everywhere. If the main area looks like that, I dont even want to know what their kitchen looks like! YIKES. I used to love Four Sisters but it just appears that someone does not care anymore and that is disheartening.

I love taking my daughter here for a girls outing. The food is always fresh and delicious. The teas are amazing. And my daughter absolutely loves the store and the homemade soaps.

I love middle eastern food. I was so happy to find this little restaurant. I got the lamb schwarma which was delicious. Big serving. Friendly employees.

Four Sisters is one of my favorite eateries in all of Madison County and keeps me coming back to Richmond again and again. The breakfast is amazing with high quality, farm fresh ingredients, and the sandwiches, salads and HUGE selection of teas offer something for everyone. Also for those who are gluten free, dairy free or other allergens, Melodie offers excellent alternatives and the best gluten-free breads that never makes me feel like Im missing out. Excellent service and great place to shop too with lotions, candles, soaps and homemade gifts.

I loved this place! Best tea, coffee, sandwiches, lotions ectBut with Beshears closings, they like many other small businesses couldnt survive. Gonna miss this place.

The tea is fantastic, and a good price. Ill definitely get more tea from them, absolutely. We also ordered a dessert sampler but it was downright disappointing. One petit four, one truffle size cheesecake bite, and one brownie bite with hard icing on it, for $6. We ordered right after they opened but the crunchy icing/hard brownie leads me to believe it was from the previous day. The listing made it sound like there would be more than one, so for the price, size, and staleness I wont be getting any more sweets :(

Absolutely wonderful!! Quaint and beautiful dining room with an abundant menu. Was really quite surprised with the variety. I had the Mediterranean sandwich... I’m a sandwich guy through and through and I have to say, this was top notch! I would definitely recommend checking this place out.They also have a wonderful variety of handmade soaps and all natural products that lends a very distinct and relaxing aroma to the shop!Must stop!

I have been on keto diet and the owner fixed the most delicious omelet I have ever had. This is a very nice place to visit and wish I had time to looked around in her shop. I will go back and I highly recommend it!

Very calming atmosphere and the “peach cobbler” tea latte is amazing.

Calm, relaxed atmosphere with excellent unique drinks and an excellent breakfast menu. The cocoa, mint, and vanilla chai comes highly recommended with an extra pinch of sugar.

This place has wonderful gourmet sandwiches, salads and soups. The foods presentation is a beautiful, aesthetically balanced meal, with several contrasting, often quite rich flavors.

Lovely food. I adore the mama bear panini! They have a delicious salad, with spinach & berries and a wonderful balsamic dressing.They also have a wonderful array of teas, and they’re delicious. I love the opportunity to get a “formal tea” as well.Great soap, too!I

One of my absolute favorite places to go!! You are greeted with a smile every time you walk in and always get the best customer service. Amazing, healthy food choices and the best iced coffee. Great place to find gifts for yourself or others too. If you find yourself in the Richmond area, it will be well worth the stop.

I attended their first Little Black Dress/Black Tie comedy event and had a wonderful time. I ordered the sheep cheese tapas and my sister ordered the meat and cheese plate. Both dishes were excellent. I absolutely loved the sheep cheese tapas plate. I plan stop in again for lunch and pick up some loose tea. Friendly staff, quaint feel in the dining area and they also offer items for sale in front such as goat milk lotion and hand crocheted hats etc.

We ordered an Assam Tea Latte which was not in the menu (The menu only had Assam Black Tea). But they prepared it for us and it was very good.. They also have so many different types of tea and chemical free products.

Great family owned business that provides a unique experience for all ages! From certified organic teas and lattes, to homemade goat milk soap and lotions, this wonderful place does not disappoint in quality or service. 5/5 Stars!!

My daughters and I have a tradition of having tea celebrations for special occasions. We were excited to be together and to be going for tea to celebrate my birthday. We were so disappointed in our experience, with the daughter who had set it up for us leaving in tears! The gluten free desserts included cut strawberries, a mousse that came from Costco (I had just bought this exact dessert the previous week) and cookies that appeared to have been taken from a package from the grocery store. The cost was higher than expected and advertised, as the website had not been updated since 2015.

The beverages in this place are honestly pretty fantastic even though they take their time to make. However the food here is absolutely awful. I am not sure who it is thats cooking it but often times I wonder if they are just microwaving Ready-to-Eat dinners. I am rating it three stars because honestly I would rate it five stars just for the beverages and for the little store they have out front but the food really knocks it down. I absolutely love the goat milk products that they sell. The fragrances are often varied. I would recommend them for anyone, albeit they are a little bit expensive. If they were a dollar less I would buy more merchandise from the store.

A unique shop that is owned by a local farmer. They specialize in artisan style goat milk soap, they produce on their own farm from chemical free goats. The products use therapeutic quality essential oils as well as some fragrance oils. They also have a tea room in the back that seats 20-25 people where one can enjoy over 40 different types of certified organic tea. They support other local business and use a local baker for all the pastries, breads and other items they serve in the tea room. One can rent the room out and its the perfect spot for a bridal or baby shower, birthday or graduation party.

My husband and I visited here a few weeks ago, and loved our time there! The staff is great, the selections of teas are amazing, and we’d definitely return!

Always thought this was a nice business when they were downtown but its so much better now that they are in the Richmond mall. The shop is so cute and so is the cafe area. The tea was good and so was their hummus, and broccoli with cheddar soup! Love this place

The ladies who work in the shop are very helpful and friendly. We wanted to have a girls afternoon for tea with my daughter who has life-threatening nut allergies. I called in advance and they were able to accommodate our little group. When we arrived the ladies were super helpful and took the time to show my daughter the menu and discuss the ingredient list for the teas. To anyone with a nut allergy, they do have nutty teas, and some that they mix with almond milk, so please use caution, and always make sure to tell the person preparing your drink to double check ingredients and to use a fresh boil pot. My daughter thoroughly enjoyed the experience and I was overwhelmed by the kindness of the staff. Wonderful, would highly recommend! We will certainly be returning.We also purchased on a separate occasion some bath bombs and soap, high quality products and supporting local business, great combo!

This is a very cozy place. The service was awesome! The shop smells wonderful. The prices are reasonable. The selection of teas is extensive and the tea blends are clearly labeled so I knew what each one contained. What I loved most is that the staff was willing to take time to answer questions and educate me on the various uses of a variety of teas. There is a tea there for any condition you may have. There is a very cozy area for sitting to have tea and a sweet baked treat which are served there as well. This is s great place to destress in a quiet cozy atmosphere. Im looking forward to my next visit!

Absolutley delicious tea and there is a good selection of different and unique flavors. Love the atmosphere as well, very comforting and cozy! The front of the store also has some great products such as bath bombs and soaps. Definitely would recommend to a friend!

The parties they do so well and pay attention to detail to make sure you have the best time.there teas are superb the tea club is fantastic.and they give you a present for your birthday thats done so well. One of my favorite local places to go! They always have good food, the atmosphere is very unique for our small town and I love it! The tea is amazing and they are always so nice and helpful. The soaps are really well made and are great for my family- especially my kidoes with sensitive skin. Always pleased with every visit! :-)

Four sister products have transformed my skin! As a mom making the transition to a healthier family we enjoy products that are natural and free of alcohol and preservatives. I share my results with everyone. My favorite product is the charcoal spa soap. It has done wonders in regulating my oily skin. My whole family loves this shop and the staff :)

Got a basket of goodies as a gift. Soap, tea, bath bombs, ect. I was so excited about it. But it was not made well, but made with something Cheap. It left a horrible rash all over me and my daughter. Maybe its a skin allergy thats hereditary, maybe not. Regardless, this has never happened to me and I wont be using it again. Buyer beware.

Attended a historical low tea and visited the storefront. 5+stars all the way. Melodie and crew make you feel so welcomed. European knowledge paired w a Kentucky background makes for the perfect wine & bourbon tasting. The low tea was educational & tasty. They promote and focus on local charities. Monthly rotation of cultural food is now stragically placed on my calender. Dont forget their daily menu, fast, fresh, & fabulous! #myrichmond

This place is very homely. The food is good too however it can and does run out so eating here closer to closing isnt the best idea but they always have tea. I personally hate tea but they hook me up with the best nontea tasting tests. Its always a joy to see what all they have for me to try. My husband likes tea and he enjoys that they will take regular tea and make it a latte. Their low tea comes with a lot to eat surprisingly and their chicken salad is the only chicken salad ill ever eat.They have other items too, all natural bath items from soap to beard care to natural deodorant.The owners are also at the farmers market almost every single saturday.Love this place.
