All of the employees recognize my family. We have used rite aid exclusively, for years, now. Pharmacy personnel are extremely familiar with us & have an answer, or find the answer to every question we have. They are never too busy to assist us over the phone. Ms Irene Ofori, especially (pharmacist ), will go out of her way, above & beyond her duties, to ensure we have medications IN A TIMELY MANNER. We love our rite aid, and hope they will always b around to serve our needs!

Big Mike security(?) Acused me of stealing a hair curler or something earlier today when I walked in to get a snack. He and other employees took my wallet phone and keys while we waited for police. Realizing that maybe all white people might look the same to some people big Mike allowed me to leave before cops came because I didnt steal a damn thing! And wasnt there until I walked in that second. Also employees of this location store their open lunches in the coolers. I will be complaining to someone rest a sure

The acting manager, Ambrose was very rude to me. When I asked why I was being charged more than the advertised price for beer, he said Rite Aid does not change prices. I let him know that that was false advertisement. He then very rudely told me to call it what I want to. I didnt appreciate his customer service. I will be calling the store manager but I wont be returning there.
