This place has awesome reviews which is why I’m more than a little disappointed that I was given what seemed to be day old donuts the one and only time I went there a couple of months ago. Only just now got around to leaving a review. Not sure I wanna go back and try again though honestly because what if it just happens again :/ I don’t have money to be wasting

These are the best donuts Ive ever had. The only other ones that come close was Krispy Kreme circa 2005. The guy running the drive through was extremely nice. They are very well priced.

If you have never had their apple fritters, you are missing out. All of the donuts are amazing. Great place!!!

The donuts tasted good but they were cold despite me going early. The rating would be higher if the employee was wearing a mask. It seems unprofessional and unsafe for the employee not to care to wear a mask. During this time it is important to follow the guidelines and safety precautions towards COVID-19. So that your customers know you care and want them to come back.

Their name says it all. Theyve got THE BEST DOUGHNUTS in Richmond by far!! My wife and daughter absolutely love this place!! Really nice people that run the business as well. Recommend trying this little place. Just have to get there early on the weekend bc theyll be gone if you dont.

Donuts were good. The staff did their job, I wouldnt say friendly. The place itself needs some serious updating. Looks old run down. I see places like this and see so much potential and wonder why the effort isnt being made. The only thing I can say the donuts are good.

Not a bad little donut place....we were there around 9 am on a Saturday and they didnt have a lot of selection but the items we got were fresh and delicious. I recommend trying it earlier in the morning for a better selection...

This place is as it says. I have never been disappointed, always the best donuts. Ive never had Donuts that come close to theirs. That being said, I think the employee should smile more, but their complete lack of emotion and customer service abilities is 100% made up for buy the best donut youll ever have in your life.

I was happy with this place until I saw something I never thought I’d see. Whenever you see someone sneeze and cover their mouth with they’re hands and then go back to heating up and preparing the egg biscuit without washing their hands. Was enough for me. Sure I know you never know what goes on behind closed doors in the restaurant’s but after seeing it with my own eyes in person. I chose never to eat here again.This is my only problem with the Donut shop. I go to Dunkin’ Donuts 🍩 now. I pay a little more but I at least have 80% chance to have a Biscuit or Donut without snot wiped all over it.If I didn’t see it with my own eyes. I’d still be getting Donuts 🍩 from here.

We have lived in Richmond for a while. I missed this place. I am so glad I finally found it. This will be my go to place from now on.

Quite literally the best donuts around. They sell out fast and that would be the only reason i didnt give five stars. Other than that, very friendly place and very easy to find

False advertising on warm food. Donuts were cold, and still a little doughy. apple fritters are loaded with grease and not much to them. Gonna find a real Best Donuts place!

They do in fact have the BEST donuts and a good price to boot. They are friendly, efficient and customer friendly. Its my favorite donut place in town.

The donuts live up to the name. I always go through the drive-thru, so I cant speak for the inside of the place, but their donuts are fantastic. The apple fritter is excellent!

The customer service was VERY rude when I asked if they had extra donuts in the back. Also, some of the donuts were very stale, which makes me think that they sell old donuts and not fresh ones.
