Super kind gentle man, he had me at the greeting bought more than need, just because of his super kind and sweet demeanor.

The donut was far from the best I’ve had and they put it in the microwave which did not help at all.. also, all of the lights were turned off?? nice people tho

There arent many places where you can sit down at an actual table and kick it with a couple friends, some decent coffee and a truly great traditional handmade donut while the hustle and bustle of San Pablo Avenue seems very far away. Might be a good place to win the lottery, too - I won $7 not too long ago, the best Ive ever done.

This place has a sign that says sorry out of donuts. How bad of a business do you have to be to run out of what you sell. Then have it happen so many times you actually print a sign and close the business instead of just making more donuts. I never went to McDonalds and they were out of burgers or fries which is what there business is. Donut shop with no donuts. Fix it or close it. Lost my business!!!!

If you want a coffee, I recommend walking across the parking lot to Wendys.If you dont heed this advice, expect to pay Starbucks prices for some cheap stuff in a Styrofoam cup.Donuts - about as blah as you can get them.I dont usually give in to a grease/sugar urge so bummed I wasted it here.

Terrible service this past Thursday I bought a tall Hot moco with cinnamon and 3 donuts and the Donuts where incorrect I dont like maple brown I wanted chocolate but I threw the donuts away! but the asian lady said thank you sir and I said thank you mam and she got mad said Im not In The mood ok yelling at me so I kept it cool but I will never buy there again needs too work on her additive and Custmer service
