I started using RR supplies when I started ordering supplies for my company. I had 2 other reps before Alyssa. WOW! What a great breath of fresh air. SHE is awesome! Alyssa is quick to get back to me on the orders.She is on top of back orders, letting me know its on back order and also when I should be getting it. She is a personable person. Remembers conversations and asks how things are. EXCELLENT ADDITION TO THE RR TEAM......she is a keeper! LOVE HER!!!!!!!!

R&R has always been a pleasure to work with. Theyre quick to deliver any item I order and very seldom do they have out of stock items. However when they do, I usually receive them within 2 to 3 days. Eddie Martinez has always kept me up to date with all promotions and has answered every question I might have. Hes a real asset to their company. Its nice to know that I can order today before four and have my order the next day. It makes it easier to order when I know I can get it this quickly.

A major highlight is that they are so EASY to work with-- ordering, shipping, changing/correcting orders, you name it-- everything is a quick and simple email, click, or call away. A real stand-out is our new service rep Eddie Martinez. He goes above and beyond in making sure his clients are more than well taken care. Incredibly easy to contact and always replies asap. He even comes to our office on an almost weekly basis to help us distribute our heavy boxes of paper around the office. Now THAT is service!

I have worked with John Tugwell for 24 years while I worked for Navy Federal Credit Union. I have recently retired. John was always very helpful through the years if it was for trying to locate an item, find an item similar if.an item was discontinued or find the best pricing for an item to bid on. Hello to all reading this review. Let me first start off by telling you that the Satff at R&R are completely astonishing people! Chris Nailor was the first person that I met at this company during my employment at Priority Toyota of Greenbrier as the main purchaser of the south side. Their website is amazingly easy to use. I was on ordering all the stuff that all the dealerships needed and completed all my purchases in no time. If I couldn’t find something specific that I needed all I had to do was call or shoot them an email. The products arrived so fast it was hard to believe. Marcus our delivery person was very helpful and knew exactly where to drop off and put all our supplies. All in all this company was extremely helpful during my employment and I couldn’t have asked for a better company! Chris Nailor worked extremely hard and fast to go beyond expectations and when they launched their new website he came down and taught me every thing I needed to know!
