The employees at this location are amazing. I broke my phone on my birthday and the guy helped me get a brand new iPhone, free of charge. Free activation, no down payment, their customer service is awesome, I would highly recommend this store.

I’m switching from Verizon to T-Mobile . I was impressed with the customer service at this location . The manager hospitality was absolutely professional and helpful. Especially the agent who helped me to switch to different plan was really helpful. Her name is Giselle Mendoza . She took time to explain all the questions that I had . With the recent T-mobile hack where hackers not only accessed customer names, account information, social security numbers, and birthdates, our account was messed with this afternoon. A message came through that the account password had been charged. The phone was locked and couldnt make calls or access the internet. We went to this location for assistance. The first gentleman was not sure exactly what to do, so he said that he would ask his manager on duty. She came off rude and annoyed that we came to them for help. He directed us to the location around the corner that was corporate owned. Not a good experience for the first and last time at this location.

Came in completely annoyed because the phone wasn’t working. I was helped by a employee named Alfa (i think) well. She was very patient worked diligently to find what was going on, and all this while I was completely mad. I have to say she was is amazing employee that was able to diffuse an customer. Amazing job and even better sales person. Good job for all your hard work and amazing customer service. I hope the main owners realize what a great customer rep they have and move her up! Great job!

I went to this location and visited with Quincy and his customer service was absolutely superb! I recommend anyone looking for a customer service wireless expert that’s going to go above and beyond to go to Quincy for sure! He was unsure of a question we had about our storage and took the time to research and resolved our issue rather than sending us out of the store like the other Richmond location did. Kudos to Quincy! Thanks again for all of your great service!

I had the worst customer service online with T-Mobile and the best part was canceling my service with the other provider leaving me with no data for 2 days. I went to T-Mobile in Waterview and thank God, the store manager, Tamika was able to activate my phone and my daughter.Hands down, the best customer service. Thank you Tamika! After leaving a different location due to lack of help and the employee being rude, my husband and I came to this location. The staff was extremely helpful and nice. Shaquana was able to answer all my questions and held the phone for me since I got locked out of my Apple ID. I went back today and they took their time helping me complete my upgrade set up my new phone. I highly recommend this location.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICELet’s break it down...Time management- I don’t have 3-4 hours to wait/ purchase exactly what I need.Came in here with everything ready the lady helping me took forever and a day to process the purchase of a new phone. Don’t tell me that this is a lengthy process I have friends who work for T-Mobile and when I transferred from Verizon to T-Mobile with 5 lines it took about 30-45 mins.No friend to help me here instead I got an incompetent time wasting employee.Now after I paid for everything and ready to continue the rest of my day I noticed that the wrong color was chosen so now I had to turn back around and what do you know there’s another long line to wait to get exactly what I want.In essence worst experience and thing is there’s another T-Mobile literally half a mile from the one I went to and it is just as bad.Moving back to Verizon quality over quantity.

Hands down has one of the best leaders working for them Tomek literally saved my entire life yesterday and I didn’t even purchase anything with her this day. I have done business at her branch before and took down some information to ensure I could stay connected in time of need. Well yesterday I definitely had questions and she had all the answers. My mom who is under my line phone crashed and she was adamant about getting another. We went to the branch on Hwy6 and Bellaire to get some assistance. Well I just wasn’t satisfied with the feedback so I contacted Tomek and asked her what was the best option for me and to save my mom the hassle of purchasing a new phone. She explained my insurance process and how it works to eliminate the cost of my product since it was a malfunction and how easy it was to do it. My mom was still willing to pay $300 to get a new phone, until the gentleman said it would be a $250 deposit on top of the phone fee!! Well in that moment everything Tomek explained to us made sense. I had a replacement phone sent out within 20 minutes of talking to the rep, saved my mom money, and truly felt valued because she didn’t have to tell me the benefits she could have just tried to sell me a product and make her commission but she showed that she valued her customers!! Thank You soooo much Tomek you are one of a kind!! I need you on my team at my company because that’s true passion!!

If I could leave 10 stars, I would! I went into this location to inquire about my options regarding a new device. I wasn’t really sure of the route I wanted to take but Shaquana was AMAZING! She was very attentive in the details I presented to her. The two ladies working on April 7th 2021 around 6pm are so great! The process to convert from Sprint to Tmobile was so easy and quick.Im disappointed my phone was not in stock at this location but the customer service was really great, so I can wait a few days for my new phone :)

T-mobile is having problems with switching 5G customers from spirit to t-mobile network. This is my second Sim card I had to have installed because that first Sim card wasnt always recognized due some not explained reason by t-mobiles network

I went to ask about my cell phone insurance because I lost my iPhone 11. This guy name Juan assisted and he told me that I don’t have insurance so I had no option but to get a new phone. So at the end of session he said he couldn’t print my receipt and he started to be rude and tried to get me out of the store because he kept saying he had to close so I got upset at that and i asked him for his name and so I can complain the next day and he told Juan and I don’t use my name tag because I don’t have to and asked to leave the store. I came home and call customer service they told me I do have insurance and I should have not bought another phone. Juan gave me misinformation to sell i guess. Bad service from him.

While I was in and out today, I didn’t really appreciate the way I was treated by the two guys working. I came inside and one asked me if I needed help with something and I told them yes I wanted to pay off one of my devices. I stood at the counter and the other man scoffed at me and didn’t make eye contact with me the remainder I was in the store. I stood there for five minutes while the one assisting me pulled up my account, asked me for my ID, PIN number or street I grew up on. That was literally it. Didn’t speak to me, make small talk, it was just silent in that store. Super awkward. I understand that maybe you don’t have to, but it was just an uncomfortable environment honestly. Not the first time I’ve been to this location either and it happened. I work in sales and you gotta talk to people. I don’t know. May not come back.

Was in a few days ago and had horrible experience. Went in because my brother uses sprint and wanted an S20 ultra for his birthday so I wanted to surprise him I guess there was a misunderstanding but when one of the two employees in the store asked what network I use I said I was not on sprint but I was shopping for someone who was the guy said they could only help sprint customers and basically made me feel like I could not be in there. I will have my brother drop sprint and find a service that actually cares for its customers

I am very thankful for the team at this stores. I was greeted by Cassandra initially and she was patient and helpful. I was not able to complete a transaction at that time which was fine. Cassandra did offer a suggestion that was extremely helpful. I was able to come back later that day and was greeted by shaquana. Shaquana was also very patient and extremely helpful. She seemed to think on her toes/problem solve efficiently. I asked a relentless amount of questions and issues and she handled each one professionally. There were several times I found myself asking questions while she was trying to solve a previous questions. Shaquana never expressed any frustration or irritation with all of the demands and inquiries I threw at her. Shaquana, to me, she seemed to go above and beyond what was expected of her. For this reason I will highly recommend friends to Shaquana for any Sprint related issues. I too will make this store my store of choice for any concerns I have related to my phone. Lastly, Denzel, the store manager. Denzel was able to step in with any issues that needed additional assistance. Denzel did a phenomenal job of assisting me with customer care by calling sprint to advocate for me and problem solve both technical and billing issues while simulatanesly supporting his staff. Wow what a Manager! Wildest experience Ive ever had at a Sprint store. 7:30-7:40pm, 12/10/19 We were looking at phones. Not one person offered assistance. Looked like someone had his buddies there to hangout and couldnt even be bothered to help customers. We tried powering on a specific device to no avail and verbalized politely several times that we were having trouble. The guy was FEET from us and didnt bat an eye to assist.

I would not recommend this store, I understand these issues might be because they just opened but that is still not an excuse. After sitting in there for over an hour (which I expected), and finally deciding on everything.. I then had to sit there for over 30 minutes while they attempted to finalize the transaction. Apparently their internet was down and has been slow since they opened, so after an hour + I was not able to pay. Fine. The sales person I was working with the whole time was fine until he didn’t know his products so I had to google them. But what made it even worse was that the store manager, Julian, did nothing to help... AT ALL. Also another sales person watched all of this, as he knowingly could not finish a transaction earlier because of this same issue, and did not say a word. This was a horrible experience and I usually am very easy going during this type of stuff.
