Ive been trying to equip a home gym, which is obviously not a simple task during a pandemic considering the related shortages and back orders for some fitness gear. I have placed orders with several companies with varying degrees of satisfaction. The Richmond, VA location of Johnson Fitness (specifically Dan Pajic) is the only company that was completely transparent and lived up to all of its commitments. I have placed two separate orders with them. One was delivered prior to the promised delivery date, and the other was delivered on exactly the promised delivery date.The people that delivered and assembled the equipment were top-notch. They did a great job assembling the equipment and were extremely polite. They were also sensitive to my concerns about having people in my house during the pandemic and were happy to take the precautions that I requested.As I fill out my home gym, Johnson Fitness will be the first place I go.

I had a wonderful experience! I went in to check out some different treadmill options. RJ and Dan were both very helpful and friendly. Once I made my purchase my treadmill was delivered and set up in a very timely manner. There was an issue with the size of mat that was provided, but Dan the GM ensures it was all taken care of. He personally dropped off Th e correct mat and helped my and my husband get it put down. I definitely recommend using the store for your home gym needs!!! Thanks for the great experience guys and I love my treadmill!!

Update***There was a mistake with my transaction when I came into Johnson Fitness. I was overcharged for my 20lb dumbbells. After realizing their mistake the Manager reached out to me personally and refunded my money. He made sure I was completely satisfied and addressed my concerns, also adding a 20% discount. I did not have a great first impression of Johnson Fitness but after realizing it was a mistake I would definitely give them another chance.First time at Johnson Fitness. Stopped by here because a fellow co-worker recommended it. They had a wide variety of gym equipment from cardio equipment, free weights, barbells, benches and fitness accessories. I decided to buy a set of dumbbells and kettlebells. I recommend checking out this shop but be wary about the prices.

I just purchased an inspire ft2 from Tad at a great price. Tad did a great job of showing me the functionality of the equipment at the store. In addition to that he came by the house and adjusted the cable tension for me after normal working hours. Many thanks Tad and Leisure Fitness!

The staff are very friendly and courteous despite being super busy. They do not offer a military discount, but were able to make up for it by the sale prices. My husband went in here to look for a home gym because the gyms have been closed for a while. We ended up getting an Inspire cage and bench with a preacher and leg curl attachment. When we went in to arrange delivery, we purchased the Octane Fitness xR6si elliptical bike for his cardio. The bench was on back order, so when we went yesterday to find out if they had gotten it in yet we found a Hyp1 Inspire hypertension bench which will finish his gym along with a few plates. We were able to get the bench when we picked up the hypertension bench the next day. We will pick up the plates next week. They have a nice massage chair that we will be looking at purchasing in a few years when we build our own house.

Customer service is incredible! AJ is one of the best; Ive been there at least 3 times and each time hes been extremely helpful! Love that place, love that guy!

I could not be any happier with the customer service that I recently received from Dan when he helped quickly resolve a problem with my GReen Mountain Grill smoker that I purchased from this store a couple years ago. He went WAY above and beyond to resolve my problem so that I could smoke 6 pork butts in time for a party the following day. He’s so enthusiastic, passionate about the business and customer service! Love this store and the customer service they provide.By the way- I highly recommend you get a GMG smoker from Johnson Fitness! They are so easy (and fun) to use and they make the absolute best smoked meats and pizzas you can imagine!

Dan, the GM, was responsive, well schooled on product and clearly takes pride in his work. Would highly recommend Johnson Fitness and Wellness.

Really knowledgeable and enthusiastic consultant (Tad) who helped us find just the elliptical machine we needed. These things are not cheap, but a worthwhile investment. Cannot find any faults with our experience and would definitely shop here again.

Thanks Tad for a great fitness purchase experience. So glad I called you before pulling the trigger on an internet deal. Being able to try out several benches right in the showroom put and end to agonizing hours of internet comparisons. This purchase beats an internet deal by a mile, personal service, test drive, equal pricing, local help if a problem arises.
