Eco came to install our kitchen counter tops and the cuts were incorrect. They tried to get them to fit but had to come back out and uninstall and then had to wait 2 more days to get it completed. They also installed a dented sink. The company was quick to correct but wish it had been correct in the first place. I still feel the seams are not like they should be. They are noticeable on ours but the ones in the showroom do not show seams at first glance. They have to be pointed out to you but our kitchen is NOT done the same way. Just wish we have a seamless counter top look. Would not recommend this company to anyone. The 1st picture shows the incorrect cut for the back splash and then the next one shows once they removed it. The last two pictures show the bar and how much chalk they used to try to get it to work. In one you can see the metal plate that they asked us to install to help support the weight of the bar and it is NOT even touching. Tried to say that our bar top was not level when it actually was but their cut for the back splash was not. If we had not noticed this mistake it could have fallen off of the bar since nothing was really holding it up except chalk. A call from the company after the 2nd install would have been nice to just follow up but have not heard a word from them. I know if I mention the seams being noticeable they will tell me nothing else can be done. It really looks like the blade was dull and shredded the granite. This was not a cheap product by any means either.

Very happy with my mom’s new kitchen. She needed an upgrade and relied on me to get estimates and manage all that from Florida. They were the most responsive, great price, and great result. Definitely give them a call!

This past weekend I went to Eco marble and granite with my wife to look for new granite countertops. Volkan and the entire team at Eco welcomed us and got the process started quickly even though several other customers arrived just before and just after us. The warehouse has a great selection of various granite slabs to choose from. What I liked the most was that the Eco team gave us space to walk the warehouse without pressuring us to make a choice in their presence. After about 15 minutes Volkan came back to ask if we had any questions (we did). During this time another customer became enraged that she wasn’t getting 100% total focus while Volkan was checking in on us as he stated he would 15 minutes prior. Keep in mind there were numerous customers in the warehouse at this point and the entire staff was working hard to assist everyone. After treating the staff very poorly the customer stormed out. During this unfortunate exchange the entire Eco staff remained professional and apologized for this individuals ridiculous behavior after she left The staff carried on with business and quickly helped us select the right slab, and schedule a measuring for later this week. We couldn’t have been happier with the service we received at Eco and for the professionalism shown during a stressful situation. Nicely done Eco Marble & Granite!

Zara was a delight to deal with. The process of deciding on the best granite was easy, i went with Zaras recommendation, she knows her stuff. The install went perfect and their price came in $500 under any other quote i got. Price and organization cannot be beat and the turnaround time was 2 weeks faster than all other companies i spoke with. Will definitely use again in the future at all our properties:)

Went straight across from their store to Prizm Stone who was fantastic to work with and cheaper! FYI I’ve done business with you for a while. Gene is awesome and so is Christina...due to this situation I can’t have my customers chance this type of behavior.

Im not always comfortable with contractors always seem to act so nonchalantly around parts of my house that arent having work done to them. Eco showed the upmost care while installing the granite of my dreams on the counter and island. I also really appreciated the attention to detail around the edges of the sink and cabinets.

Eco installed granite countertops into our home and they were spot on! Great customer service and a solid installation. Cant wait to have them back to complete more projects in our home and rentals.

This was my second time using this company for my countertops. Both experiences were excellent. They listened to my concerns, helped ease my anxiety about seam placement, helped cut a hole out for my cooktop, and allowed us to be in the kitchen and very involved during the installation. We asked many questions and had a great experience both times. The Templater helped me with adding overhang and the installers were respectful and did a thorough job cleaning behind themselves. This is the most affordable company I have found.

Price can’t be beat and the quality is amazing. They were extremely accommodating in helping me pick something out that was affordable and timeless. Install was not an easy job as my existing space was custom work. They had innovative ways to work around the difficult areas. Highly recommended!

We used Eco Granite for our kitchen and bathroom tops. It was a pretty easy process, the staff was very helpful. They have a variety selection of both marble and granite as well as quartz slabs on site that you can hand pick from. We got our sink there too, it’s pretty much a “one stop shop” !!They worked with our schedule and got it done in about a week.Installation was very professional and clean.We love our tops!!!!!! They really turned out as we were hoping them to.My experience with these guys were great and I would personally recommend them to you to at least Pay them a visit.

*****ALL CONTRACTORS/BUILDERS AND HOMEOWNERS****Little bit of advice to save you some time and money. DO NOT USE Eco Marble & Granite in Richmond!! Worst customer service ever. The “owner” came out to measure yesterday and was completely unprofessional and rude. He chewed out my cabinet people because they didn’t lower my sink however the measurements were not going to change. He said he was coming back today and is now a no show and stated he doesn’t need our money or business. As a daughter of a business owner this is completely unprofessional and disrespectful. I think he needs a lesson in customer service.

Eco did our kitchen as well as our 2 bathrooms. They have a wide selection of Quartz and Granite slabs to choose from in their warehouse. Sinks came free in the package deal we chose. Office staff was very knowledgeable about their product, installers were pretty nice as well, and they did a great job installing the tops. We shopped around a bit, price wise, i think they had the most fair price we received for the services and the facility they run. i think it was a week from the beginning to the end of the process. We personally recommend everyone to check Eco Granite out before you purchase from elsewhere.

These guys are truly amazing. Once we decided re doing our kitchen we reached out to them for some info over the phone.They didnt just give us a free in home estimate but brought samples of color stones that we were interested in( we asked for them to do so).The office and the selection center service was also great; we were scheduled on the dates we asked for both on template & install. They have a pretty large color and material selection in their warehouse that you can hand pick and tag from. Basically the piece of stone you choose is the one that ends up in your kitchen, pretty good service. Installation also was very easy and satisfactory, our counter tops look simply just amazing.Two thumbs Up for Eco Granite, i recommend Eco to anyone that is in the market for counter tops.

We just used this company for the first time and are very happy with them! The customer service was great, they came when they said they would and their prices were very reasonable. Everyone we talked to was knowledgeable and helpful. I would suggest visiting the warehouse so you can see your entire slab of granite.

They measured on a Monday, we picked slab out on Tuesday, and the installed the very next Monday!! Very fast turn around, excellent assortment of stones to choose from, very friendly, and detail oriented. Our installers worked quick and cleaned up after they were done. Would recommend to anyone looking for quality stone work at VERY reasonable prices.

We had a fantastic experience with Eco Granite. The counters look amazing, great service and awesome communication.

We had our kitchen countertops replaced. ECO measured incorrectly that created several issues. The standard stove space of 30 inches has been reduced due to no overhang on one side and 1.5 inch overhang on the other side. One of the two seams is clearly visible and appliances are sitting at an angle. We were told measurements were done to where the appliances sat that day and not to the cabinets. The latest is the stone has started to chip. Clearly ECO is not concerned about their product or customer satisfaction since they have been paid.

Eco has done several jobs for me over the years. Last project was for an outdoor kitchen. Once again they were on time, very professional and the job turned out amazing.

Just got granite countertops installed, and they look incredible! Very very reasonable prices and everyone we interacted with through the whole process was great, from the guy who showed us the slabs, to the guy who came in and measured, to the instillation team. They dont do any plumbing whatsoever, so if you dont have the know-how, make sure you factor the price of a plumber in when making your decision, but for us, this place was perfect. The install guys took the time to make sure everything fit just right, and were very efficient - the whole process only took about 45 minutes. Will be recommending this place to anyone I know trying to upgrade their kitchen.

They installed my granite countertop Sept. 2017 and made only 1 hole for my faucet. They told me just in case later in the future if I decide to put 1 more hole, to just give them a call for free of charge. Now I m calling them and they say theyll charge me $180. What the hell are they talking about. I just decided to do it myself and Ill probably save more money. The diamond plus hole saw costs only $16.99 @ Amazon and is much cheaper than $180. Not recommending this company to anybody again.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Went to the show room to look and the girl was sooooo rude! Kept warning me about price! I was prepared to spend up to 10k on new counter tops but I guess because I was black and wasnt dressed up she assumed I couldnt afford it. My friend was there with me and he was looking at a selection across the room and the other lady warns..youre looking at some really expensive stuff there! As if we couldnt afford it. I felt so humiliated and unwelcomed. I really was prepared to buy but the service was so horrible. I almost cant believe this just happened to me. :-(

The folks at ECO are awesome and super responsive! I had a little accident with leather stain on our marble counter top which I that would be disastrous.... particularly when the better half got home. I called for advice and Volkan was on it! He turned me on to acetone and told me what to do. With a trip to the hardware store and a little elbow grease the counters were as good as new... like it never happened... Shhh! ;) Life saved! Thank you!

Recently upgraded my kitchen and my bathrooms in our house. After going to 4 -5 different fabricators we narrowed it down to 2 fabricators. We did our homework on both places through reviews, internet & the word of mouth and decided on Eco Marble & Granite. Their facility is pretty big, all their slabs are stored indoors, we had the chance to take our cabinet and floor samples to put against the slabs to make a decision. They also did let us see 2 of the same slab colors to pick the exact piece we wanted. We even signed our names on our specific slabs. The staff at the selection center is very knowledgeable on both granite & quartz material, they held our hand from concept to the completion. INtsall was pain free, guys came in and completed the kitchen in about 3 hours. I would recommend Eco Granite to anyone looking for to out tops on their space.

Terrible customer service unprofessional

We had an appointment for someone to come to our home to measure for our countertop between 10 and 12. The person showed up early at 8:30.I was embarrassed, because I was not showered or dressed, and told him he was not supposed to be here until between 10 and 12. He told me this did not mean anything, because I was the 1st customer on the schedule for the day. When granite was delivered for our bathroom, I noticed it was not the stone we picked out. I told the installer, who was argumentative and insisted it was the correct slab even after I showed him a photo of the correct piece. In addition, the stone arrived with multiple cracks. 1 crack was approximately 8 inches long. After my husband spoke to the manager, she admitted it was the wrong stone. She told me the correct piece of granite was still at their store and had our name on it. She promised the right stone would be delivered early 2 days later between 8 and 10. The installers did not show up on time. After 4 phone calls, they finally showed up around 3:45. The manager and another employee kept telling us prior to this, the couldnt contact the installers and werent sure when they would show up. Both my husband and I kept telling them, we had canceled the plumber arranged to do the sink and plumbing install the day before, and the plumber was going to arrive between 3 and 5. When the plumber arrived at 4, the installers had not drilled the necessary holes or completed installation. The plumber left. Somehow the installers managed to break a chunk off of the backsplash when bringing it into the house. They repaired it, but I still know is not the perfect stone we paid for. The company did mail us a check for $70 to compensate us for our frustration. This was barely a drop in the bucket compared to what we paid. We will NEVER use this company again!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!

Company cut one countertop piece incorrectly and installed it for one of our side counter tops and cabinet area. The employees who installed even confirmed it was cut incorrectly and refused to accept our payment at the time. Company offered some potential options to cover up the issue except for doing the job right. Company threatened a lien for incomplete payment when they refuse to do the job right. Would not recommend them at all. If I could rate less then 0.5 stars, it would be this company. Very shady and deceptive business practices.

The installers were on time and did a good job as far as I can tell with the countertop implementation but for the money you pay there is no plumbing or mention of certain particulars during purchase. So factor in the added cost.1. Unhook your current plumbing, simple enough depending on details garbage disposal etc.2. 150$ you pay them for a new sink that doesnt have the sink strainer 40$ which connects to the pvc pipes.3. Re-route pipes if new sink design is different from old. 200$ depending on who does it4. New faucet which the neglect to tell you is not included or you can use your old. 100$The granite looks good but the entire process could have been done a lot better.
