Great food shopping items. Check out is becoming tedious. Fewer lines open with cashiers. Self ck out always a pain in the neck! The friendly customer service is not the same with all the self check out machines.

Used to be cool, but theyve recently ruined the self checkout registers by installing wire candy racks that block about half of the shelf. This prevents baskets from securely sitting on the shelf. You now have to do a weird balancing act to get a basket to stay. Ive had them fall off twice now.I dont know what kind of revenue you make from candy impulse purchases, but youre losing whole shopping trips as Im just going to other stores now.

Went to pick up 3 prescriptions for my oldest daughter who I had spent 10 hours with in Chippenham Medical Centers ER. I got there and only 1 prescription was ready, but they were working on the other two. With not having slept for over 24 hours, being so exhausted that I was wobbly, I feel everything should have been ready. However, I sincerely give huge kudos to the Pharmacist as he quickly got them done so I could get home!!

MOST of the people that work at this Kroger are very kind, polite and whenever I have a question, they are very good at either answering it or getting the answer. 👍 However, considering that I faithfully shop here every other Monday🛒, I really was taken aback, in fact, I was quite angry after I went to the customer service center and explained to the clerk who was working there that I had a few items (none of them perishable) I needed to return but I couldnt find my receipt. I asked her if I could simply have a store credit to purchase food, bc the food I was trying to return was bought for me by a friend when I was sick. I was extremely grateful for my friend helping me but, I just wasnt going to eat some of the things she bought--- hence my reason for TRYING TO RETURN THEM and pick up some food I could eat. Kroger is the best grocery for our food preferences. The people at the Belgrade Kroger deliver great service week after week. Their sale and clearance items have saved us a good bit of money. Their digital coupons help and they send some excellent paper coupons. Kroger may not work for everyone, but they work for us

Also a good shopping experience, but like every other store the prices are increasing but I still get the opportunity to save with Kroger rewards and sales items. Kroger is still my go to store

Went for the flu and Booster dose of COVID-19 vaccine. Made reservation via the internet. Make sure to bring your COVID-19 vaccine records. Very simple process, once the information and insurance was verified, very quick and easy. Would recommend.

The store is always clean and organized. The staff is courteous and helpful. Affordable prices on many name brands. Pharmacy prices are extremely competitive!

This Kroger has everything I need. The staff are friendly and very on point when it comes to helping customers. The prices are fair which sometimes makes this particular Kroger very crowded but overall its worth the trip.

My view of Kroger has changed recently. Yes, they have good prices and more often than not, some really good deals. My issue with Kroger is the customer service. It shouldnt take me longer to check out than it does to get my groceries.

There is a BUG in the bread. This location is the dirtiest place. I used to shop here all the time and now after finding a bug in the organic bread (took organic way too far) was the last staw for me.

Never enough check out people by the time you get out of there your frozen stuff is defrosted. This store is so understaffed its not right. And trying to check yourself out is impossible when you have a full cart. Plus I dont get a paycheck. No other Kroger around town is like this.

Do NOT do Kroger pickup here. I was given Stonyfield Yogurt that was 10 days expired- and paid full price for it! I have a newborn and dont want to subject her to a full grocery shopping experience with my toddler at this time because of COVID, but Kroger is making it extremely hard. Now I have to go inside to customer service- with a newborn! Not happy.

One of the best Krogers Ive ever shopped in. The motorized shopping carts are plenty and charged up. I cant say the same about the one on Broad Street near VCU. Most of them are damaged and never charged which is a nightmare for disabled customers.

Prices are higher than normal for meats at this time. It used to be a good spot for sales but it’s hit or miss these days I can feed my family cheaper else where. Store is clean and produce is good here.

My experience was great! The store was very crowded with long lines. It wasnt like at some stores, not enough aisles open. There were a lot of shoppers. Just as several of us were getting frustrated, a manager walked up and said Im opening the other self check out section. I havent seem this happen ever. Before that I heard over the intercom system calling for baggers to come to the registers. Also I had did something wrong and before I could ask for help the same manager reach over and tap the screen. I didnt know he was still in the area. Another first. I will travel from Eastern Henrico to Chesterfield more often if this is the service I will be receiving

Conveniently located right off of Chippenham Parkway on Midlothian Turnpike. If you love Kroger then you will absolutely love this one. It is a huge clean and well organized store and even carries clothing. Great customer service

Beggars in the parking lot and someone hit my car and did not leave a note. The store is ok, vegetables are sometimes sketchy but otherwise ok!

I cant tell if theyre just really short handed in the evening or if theyve purposely decided to close the registers down early (have the hours changed?) but its a real pain to go shop at night now.Ive come by twice in the last two weeks (different days) and they had either 1 register open or none at all by 9:30p. I dont use those anyway, but when the self checkout is down to one side open with only 3-4 lanes on, along with customers having to redirect to self checkout (many who dont regularly use it), PLUS Krogers Assume The Worst Automation (even with 3 cameras trained on you, the computer always thinks youre stealing and calls over the overwhelmed attendant juggling all the registers)... It amounts to waiting in line considerably longer than actual shopping times.I get it, its retail, its summer, and I have no qualms toward the employees themselves - but maybe schedule more evening attendants to allow more self checkout registers to be opened at least. You cant really be down to two... Right?

Its a grocery store like most others. This Kroger has a really good little sushi spot, a Starbucks, and a really nice selection of fresh flowers for occasions.

Is Kroger is bananas it is very huge. its kind of like a Target if Target had a focus on mostly the grocery store. So you can get clothes there toys look like I saw some tubs for storage. I was quite surprised cuz its a very nice clean store very large and its just like a regular Kroger if they decided to throw a bunch of other things in there that you can purchase.

It was great. It had everything I needed and it was super clean and check out was quick.

They do take steps to keep employees and shoppers safe. You are required to wear a mask and maintain social distance. They have shields in place for cashiers. They no longer have one way portials. And they still have spot stickers on the floors for social distance.

I will go out of my way to go to this particular Kroger. Clean and well stocked...produce is very fresh

I was searching for cooked black eyed peas and she escorted me to the first isle for the canned beans which were sold out then to the fresh produce section where there was 1 jar left. She also took the extra mile to ask a worker in produce if he could check the back for extras. She was pleasant, patience and so sweet!!! Thank you so much Bella for going the extra mile and being jolly!!!!

Always low on or out of diet orange Sunkist. Usually find other items on my list. Good place to find Ukrops kitchen items. Parking lot is not easy to get into and out of. Restrooms near pharmacy are not available to use.

First off the bathroom was a mess (as always) then I couldn’t find ANYTHING I went in there for. At the check out I had to lift all of my heavy things to scan them because there is no hand scanner. The “help” at the front stood waaaaay too close to me for my comfort. I had to call this man, standing too close to me, over to help me because he wasn’t paying attention when my register messed up. And I couldn’t bag anything because there were NO BAGS ANYWHERE. It’s only 7:30pm. What kind of “help” can’t fix a problem or even stock bags?

The staff here is always very friendly and their store has a vast variety of products to buy. There are some occasions it can be busy but again, the staff are always very helpful and friendly.

Went in for Covid-19 vaccine. Clean place and the guy giving the vaccine was careful and nice. Also well placed next to a Krispy Kreme where you can get a free doughnut. All in all a good experience.

Had a pickup scheduled yesterday for today b/w 6-7pm. I arrived at 6:30 and was told it would be another 10minutes because, “it’s not done being picked.” How? I have a five item order that you were aware of 24 hours ago. If the woman that works at Kroger had offered an apology for my time or an ounce of empathy, I likely wouldn’t waste time with a review and chalked it up to it being busy. But since she offered me a flat, monotone explanation I’m using my ten minutes to express my dissatisfaction with her explanation of service. On balance, on late Friday nights I don’t have much issue with pickups at Kroger, though Target is much more responsive for the same service.

I like this store because they sell fresh seafood and have a good variety. I dont like that they dont have enough people to check out and even the self checkout gets backed up.

Good selection of produce, meats, sushi and other grocery items. This super store also has a pharmacy, household goods,clothes, flowers, books, cards and other items. The employees were all wearing masks as were almost all of the patrons.

Kroger has a good mix of everything I need. I don’t have to visit multiple grocery stores- even with specialty items. I LOVE their produce department just for starters...!

Every weekend wait in lines 20-30 minutes. 3 registers open + self scan lines

Did a grocery pickup. The young lady that loaded my groceries just threw them in there not caring what was going to get smashed. Also handed her a handful of coupons worth well over $7 and after she loaded my grocery she just walked away. I asked her if she was going to bring me a new receipt out showing the coupons. She shook her head no and Ive never received credit for those coupons. Wont be going back there!

No carts. I used the last plastic bags in the self service line I went to. Other of the self service were out of plastic bags. People were using paper bags which were about to run out. It was busy but you have to have carts and bags. Definitely needs to be run better.

The bakery is horrible! They will cancel your order one day before you need it. They have cancelled my order twice for my childrens birthday cakes. I gave them the benefit of the doubt but dont waste your time!

Kroger location was clean and covid wise. Great place to shop. Very well stocked.

Krogers is one of my favorite grocery stores they usually have all the items that I like to eat and its not hard finding the things on my vegan grocery list I just have to remember to bring my reusable bags from now on because they only use paper bags now

Today i started my shopping the items that i was looking for were absent from the shelf i went to service desk of course they had a trainee and she did what she could but she didnt have the training,, Oh for love if intelligence why D0 these stores always put trainnees. 0N THE WEEKENDS and usually the empolyee who has been and knows how to tell the new person trust and believe they always leave them .And. Always here comes the manager .

I hate this location because of the cashiers. Rude as hell and mean to me for no reason.

The cashier is always given me problems, the security guard is nasty all he was doing was follows me around the store it makes me feel like Im doing something wrong, but Im just trying to shop, instead of getting the manager the cashier called another worker who wasnt even the manager, they were laughing in my face, I did call the manager and complain to the manager about the cashier and the security guard he told me he was going to take care of the issue and hopefully he did take care of it because I will not be shopping back at the Krogers again on Midlothian until the issue is solved
