Today I had great customer service Navi the cashier I went through was very nice. She greeted us as we came in and bagged all my items perfectly my wife didn’t complain about them being too heavy or too many bags. She also helped me looked for a few items quick and easy. We are new to the area so we will definitely be coming back. Thank you a lot Navi😁

This is MY FL...Pay ur people !!!!! I can see the decline....and it makes me not wanna shop there! I see the corporate  influence. Welcome to FL.. Is so fake. It should come naturally if your  people have HOPE. A feeling of working hard really means you can take care of your family. A LIVING WAGE ? WHAT DOES THAT MEAN TO HOW YOU MANAGE???? They look exhausted!!!!

I come to this Food lion from time to time and never had a bad experience, however this morning I went there to get my Western Union refund, which was previously done at the same store and employee at the customer service counter was not helpful at all and told me that : 1) they couldn’t do refunds at this time. When I asked why, I just got a weird look back and that lady just told me she didn’t know.2) she said her manager told her she cannot do refunds and customers have to contact WU about any issues. Mind you at that time I already contacted WU customer service to check how I’d go about getting a refund for the funds not picked by the receiving party and was advised I could go to any WU location with my tracking number and government issued ID, so clearly Food Lion employee either lied looking straight in my eyes, or was not trained properly. So I just left without even asking for the manager, as it seemed pointless, and will not return to this location. I went elsewhere and got help just as I was expecting to, without getting any dirty looks or excuses and “I don’t knows”

I’m only giving 5 stars because the customer service lady Navi was very helpful I come in there daily she’s always working hard to make sure all of my coupons come off and that my bags are right I never have a problem. She also helped me find an similar item to. a product I was looking for and it turns out that I love it!She is a nice young lady the only reason why I’ll continue to shop in the morning Thankyou food lion for hiring a nice young lady!!

I love that its never really crowed and when it is unlike Wal-Mart they open up more registers.

Nobody looks forward to grocery shopping. While you wont find a lot of specialty iterms here, you will find the standard stuff. But heres the kicker that works for me: everyone there seems genuinely happy to be there working with each other. Theres no attitude or fake enthusiasm for serving customers they dont even know. Its just a nice place with people trying to do the best they can without being forced to pretend they are doing more than they are. Maybe you could care less about that sort of thing but to me, it matters a bit so thats where I go.

I enjoy shopping here and really convenient, close to home.

This place usually seems dirty and products on the shelves are, more often than not, broken. The staff working the cash register are usually polite which is why I gave 2 stars instead of 1

I was surprised that it wasnt crowded and they opened another register for customers to check out faster but they didnt have a big selection of desserts.

I think some of the meat is pricey. I would wait until they have a sale to get things. They have 5 for 10 sodas. If they are out of something get a rain check for the item. I do like them for that.

This Food Lion has really grown on me! The service is great, it’s always clean, and the prices are good. I wish the produce section was a little bigger and they don’t have harder to find items, but it’s the best for a quick grocery run. It’s way better than the publix down the road.

When I went there yesterday most of the customers were wearing masks and only one employee. The guy who handed me a cart was not wearing a mask. If he doesnt care enough to wear a mask within 2 feet of a customer, is he really cleaning the carts. The cashiers werent wearing masks. The person behind the customer service desk wasnt wearing a mask and I think he was a manager. I wont be going back there until they change their policy to protect customers.

I would recommend highly for service and sales. I was referred by a friend when I had difficulty getting service appointments at other Ford dealerships. They scheduled me early, discussed my warranty, put my mind at ease, and my appointment didnt take all day. While there I spoke with a salesman named John who gave me realistic information about my plans for a future trade-in. I wish I went to them when I originally made my purchase!

This is a smaller Food Lion but I can always find what I want for less than the local Kroger. The pork is first rate and you can usually catch a sale on butts or ribs or whatever you like. Staff is friendly too. I have pretty much moved my business from Kroger to Food Lion these days.

Food Lion only get 4 star based off of their employees. They have excellent customer service and is friendly. The only issue I have is no matter what Food Lion we go into....there is NEVER enough cashier to keep the lines down and the customers from wait 20 minutes to get cashed out!!!! Please fix this issue Food Lion...this is not only city wide but nation wide!!!

This is a small Food Lion, but they generally have everything I need. The staff is exceptional. We used to have a Martins/Ukrops in the neighborhood, so I was excited to see their follow up store open (the staff there is great too), but honestly, I can not afford to shop there. My weekly trip to Food Lion is about 25% less than the guys down the street. Give these guys a try, I think they are great. (I am sorry if it disappoints you that I didnt name the competition, but I work in retail and do not want to talk bad about anyone without a reason)

Service & products are consistent

This foodlion is pretty good. The produce is fresh and they carry a wide selection. I picked up sweet potatoes today and some beets.fast check out and polite service.

The selection is great (check out the condiment aisle! ). Organized and clean. The only thing I would like to see is more cashiers. Tonight there was one. I waited 10 minutes to check out.

What a fantastic transition this store has made from recent years. The staff is friendly, helpful and cares about their customers and their reputations. years ago this place was a nightmare, but NOW it is fantastic and a good experience.

I got there late to get a birthday cake the guy that writes the names on the cake was gone for the day but there was another guy there African American guy working in the bakery by the cakes that was very helpful went out of his way to help me I really appreciated that he had a very deep voice and a nice laugh

Been going weekly since the upgrade. They never have 2 liter and 12 pack Diet 7-up, i told them every time I check out and they just laugh at me. 5 full carts in one line and the 2 Express lines empty. i was told place my items back in the cart because it was an Express line only so i went from an empty lien back to a line with 4 full carts in front of me. The cashier was then just standing doing nothing. They now have the fancy signs that have a switch to react to the customer cart mix... I spend $600 a month.

The service was great. Found everything I needed. Lines were not long. Will be going back there.

I have 3 grocery store within 5 min of my house and I always go to food lion its always well stocked and best of all no wait when its time to check out. The staff is nice and friendly as well.

This was my first time here in over five years. I needed groceries for a meal that heals being chicken noodle soup and a birthday spaghetti and meatball dinner this coming weekend. I also had a craving for a Reuben sandwich. This location never disappoints me. Forest Hill store you rock!!!
