This is by far the best Publix Ive been to so far! The staff is courteous and helpful. When the lines begin to form, they open another register for speedy checkout. Ive6even seen managers actually assisting customers! What a great place to shop!!!

Another great experience. I ordered a cake, and with the few options selected, the cake was designed beautifully. I was concerned that some of the colors wouldnt make sense but she (the baker) had already made the changes to colors that made sense.

The store is always clean and the aisles are spacious. Staff is always friendly. Their prices tend to be higher. I shop here for prepared foods and things I want that are on sale

Great customer service. Loved the selection of prepared foods. I work weekly in Richmond and stay in a hotel. I love that I can just pick up a variety of foods for breakfast, lunch, snack, dinner and dessert in one quick trip and back to my hotel.Just wished I could place an order on line but super limited selection and the items I want arent available.

I always love getting food at their salad bar, and usually the hot buffet too. The deli Hot foods are good too. Apparently they have a popular sandwich bar, I saw locals getting sandwiches there.

Ive never been in a Publix that wasnt immaculate with extremely friendly and helpful staff, and Im from Florida, so Ive literally been using Publix my whole life. This location is no exception. Very friendly, very helpful, very clean, and with a gigantic selection where you can find just about everything.

This location is very close to home. I generally have a pleasant experience each visit. Always clean and the products are in stock majority of the time.

I cant tell you the number of times I have passed this store and gone to another which isnt as well stocked and customer service friendly. I went in to get something for dinner and was pleasantly surprised that they actually sold the portion of the Salmon (which is the end portion) without any skin on it. I got two end pieces for approximately $11.00. better than that of Krogers which is where I used to purchase my Salmon. Krogers no longer sell the end portions This to me is a huge mistake. Sorry Krogers Publix just got a new customer. Granted I will shop at Publix for certain items because they cant beat the prices at the Fort Lee Commissary.

I love this supermarket, clean, spacious, neat and always has a buy one get one free offer that made me very happy, since I am retired on fixed income and I learned to prepare my meals around offers.

Absolutely the worst experience going in there for early dinner on Monday. had no soda, biscuits hard as a rock, chicken tenders Frozen. only things to drink is water, iced tea and lemonade which was not sweeten at all

The cake presentation and process to retrieve a catered cake was awesome. They even allowed the pick up day to be changed when our event was rescheduled due to rain. I gave 4 stars because the cake was too sweet and a little stale, likely due to the reschedule.

I went to the store today to place a catering order, and I was told to grab a book and place my order online by the catering clerk. I placed my order online as instructed to only receive a call an hour later advising the store manager was not taking anymore orders, even after meeting the 24 hour notice policy.Thanks too Kroger they save the day.

Expensive like all Publix are, but no complaints outside of that. Store is always clean, well stocked, no major lines at checkout, ect. Store staff is all very friendly and helpful. Been shopping here more and more as Kroger has gone downhill so much in the last year.

I shop there all the time at Publix sometimes two and three times a week they have everything I need fresh vegetables fresh meats and the deli is great good food there also the fried chicken the cold cuts are great I love shopping thats my favorite grocery store

Publix customer service is fantastic. The employees go out of there way to help. The bakery is awesome. We travel an hour just to get their bread, meat dept. Lindsay olives, Williams Bros. Bar-B-Q sauce and so much more. Would love to have one in this area(Carrollton, Smithfield area).

Its a grocery store. Its fine. Weirdly kind of cramped for such a big building, and laid out a little oddly, but it had food, so it was fine.

Everything is expensive and hard to locate. What earns them 3 stars are the cashier the bagger and the super fast cash register. The bagger even offered in the sweltering heat to carry out our items and out in the parking lot the young man retrieving the carts was very pleasant and surprisingly did not complain about being in the heat having to do that job. So very excellent staff at least the ones I had the privilege of coming into contact with.

The deli has very bad customer service. Every time I get a tender sub they tell me it takes 20 minutes to make while one they arent busy and two I know it doesnt take commercial grade kitchen fryers 20 minutes to cook and three THERE WERE TENDERS ALREADY COOKED IN THE HOT SIDE! This happened not once but twice. Not to mention the first time the woman working ignored me for 30 minutes. Same woman both times!!!!! Other than that they good.

I visited Publix Supermarket for the first time to get a quick bite to eat. The set of the store was nice and the employees were dressed in sync with their uniforms and customer service skills. I ordered fried wings, onion rings and Mac & cheese. The 5 piece drumettes were big thick and nasty tasting. The onion rings were crispy and hard and the white cheddar Mac& cheese was just gross. I was sooo disappointed that a well put together store as Publix food was sooo awful. I could taste the breading in the chicken.. Publix needs to really find a grandma name Lucy to fry their chicken properly and cook the rest of the food to give it flavor.

As the deli fiasco continues there incredibly slow service to their customers i can only wonder how this otherwise great place to shop puts up with such incompetence. Im starting to wonder if its the management.

They consistently stay out of certain items, while other items spaces stay filled up. Common sense tells you that if you continue to be out of stock for an item and have other items that dont move very much then you need to order more of the item that sells great and decrease the order amounts for the items that dont sell as good. It used to be that managers would canvas their stores and keep an eye out for these types of problems, but that seems to be a thing of the past, unfortunately.

There might be other stores in. The area but this store is clean. Good service and trusted goods and the food is excellent.

The worst customer service experience ! While I was at the register waiting to pay, two of the managers were talking instead of opening additional register so the customers can check out faster . It is 1.30 pm people are on their lunch breaks and need fast and friendly customer service! Mechanicsville and Short pump locations are on point with fast and friendly customer service! I will not be surprised if this location will be closing soon ! Managers are not to walk around and look good ! Managers must manage the floor and try to help customers !

First we the customers just standing in line like nobody see you or anything. Second flies have gotten in with the food with the chicken tenders vegetables flying on utensils so a couple of people just left including myself. Customer service means alot to people need to tighten up before the health department show up

This place is always clean, bright, and fully stocked. I always find GREAT bargains on items on my list. Most of the staff is consistently on it. There is room for improvement with the customer service of the cafe/hot bar staff.

I love Publix for the bakery items and deli. However this location has a very rude deli area staff. On more than one occasion I have had rude service or they are very slow. My last encounter was at 9:30am on a Saturday and they were just putting out the fresh prepared food to order. I asked if she had a particular item and she said yes but it would be a 10 minute wait. ON A SATURDAY! THEY DONT OPEN UNTIL 10AM. Very frustrating.

This store is fairly new, bought from a previous grocery chain and remodeled. The staff is super nice, helpful, and go beyond normal standards to serve customers. You are frequently greeted around the store, & if you ask where something is located staff are trained to walk you to the item! There are no loyalty card hassles, as you can type in a phone number at checkout, which connects to your digital coupons you can load online, as well as paper ones you can print out. The store amazes me with how clean, well-stocked, and bright it is maintained. Items are well-organized, and the bakery is great!

The employees are so nice all seem so happy. I ordered some fruit trays from the catering department they look perfect and the girl working that desk was super friendly and so helpful! Then when I went to the produce department to get juice I was actually greeted by one of the workers, which in other grocery stores I feel like that never happens. Then I went to Starbucks and the girl working there was awesome. There was a regular ahead of me who comes in there to order his wife a drink and she’s got it memorized so he doesn’t even have to worry about telling her. You can tell she really cares about the customers and cares about making the best drink! I really appreciate how much this store cares about the customer. It’s an enjoyable shopping experience!

Honestly. I love Publix!! But it gets a 1 star due to its allowed inclusion of bigoted shareholders who provided 1 million dollars to help finance the Coup on the Nations Capital on Jan 6,2021. No excuse. I boycotted PapaJohns for less and am thinking about doing the same to Publix. Inexcusable
