Very fun store to shop at. I like it better than the location near me. Great selection of things that you need for your home. The staff was very friendly. Prices seemed in line with what they should be. I have been to this location many times over the years when in the area visiting family. I needed to find a three-way bulb for my grandfathers lamp, and was having trouble finding the one that I needed. Orschelns had it.

Not much for help there u have to find things pretty much on your own other then that they have about anything your looking for prices Re sometimes higher

Friendly, EXTREMELY helpful staff. Went in for some boots. Didnt have what I wanted and offered to order them. Got another pair just cause pricing was so good for the brand. Always recommend this branch at least.

Honestly I dont know how this place is hanging on in any town that you find one in??!! Theyre overpriced, their products arent moved as quickly as other stores, so without the maid showing up theres dust on everything! This is definitely a city folks store! Rural King & the other over priced farm store TSC, is where its at!!!

Horrible customer service! Was told to get a rabbit hutch from the top shelf by myself! It was a 2 teir hutch and probably weighed 80 lbs! Really ill shop somewhere else. Just lost out on over $200 dollar sell!!

Need the big rawhide for big dogs. They dont have any.

Extremely overpriced. Have to really watch prices on shelves, even though product is lined above tag, it hasnt been price of that product. When ya get to checkout, its like surprise, not the right price and they dont even change up the shelf pricing or products.

Well as everybody knows its April in Indiana and for us its still like December when it comes to the so it still gets cold I was looking for a heater electric to be exact I did find one but it was like pulling teeth it so cost so much elsewhere it would have been 1299 but you have no choice when you need it their prices need to be more reasonable.

Could not find a person to help me find what I needed. When I finally found it there was only one of what I needed.

I think they are the best overall shopping place for just about anything you need for your house. Whatever the need is: hardware,gardening, plumbing, electrical. You can almost always find what you need or some substution that will work. That have always been friendly and helpful. They really are my first go to place to get it done. Thanks for being there!

This store seems like its barely shopped in. Dust all over products and rather high prices. Other than that it its kinda a cool place to shop

Great place to pick up some farm items and I dont even own a farm.

Great variety, prices that are higher than competitors, friendly. However can take forever to get out of the place since they are not prone to opening a second register even when there are more than enough employees. This is so normal that it makes me reluctant to shop there. Last time there were 13 people in line and one register open. After a long time someone did open a second register, but then after servicing one customer she strolled away to do something else. Efficient check-out is not optional.

We shop here a lot for our animals or just household items. Were able to get all of our outdoor needs and animals needs met with items that we find here. They staff is usaully friendly and now knows us by name

Great store for animal feed as well as many other products. Rewards programs if you keep track of them.

Around the insulated bibs floor was awful hadnt been swept in a long time. Dirt and dust covered the legs of the bibs.

Friendly service with a wide variety of items. Its about the only place on the far west side of town to shop besides convenience stores.

The staff was very accommodating, assisting with my selection and purchase.

We typically buy good dog treats there made by greenie or blue. The last 3 times we purchased treats they were expired by MONTHS. To some people their pet is more then just an animal. We pay good money for the treats they shouldn’t be expired. Staff hasn’t been very friendly lately either.

Everything you need, for a fair price. Also hosted pictures of your pets with Santa to benefit a local sanctuary, Liberty Acres. Every staff member was kind and helpful! Great deals on things I need and more!

Great Farm and Hardware store. Convenient in town. I buy alot of my nuts and bolts there? Car batteries, oil, welding supplies. All kinds of stuff for the shop.They also carry Clothing, boots, electrical, and house items. Oh yes and anything for pets and livestock that you could want. Trailers? Fencing...The staff very helpful and the cashiers very friendly. I always wondered why more people dont shop there.

OMG they have everything except groceries. Fun store.

Tough to get feed in and out of the front door with the provided carts. Also the curb does not allow you to roll down. However what they lack there they make up for with the friendly knowledgeable staff.

Theyll usually have the one-off things you might need that TSC or Lowes might not, albeit for a bit of a markup.
