Today 3-27-2021 I visited that store and I will never return; they are not attentive, helpful, friendly or polite.

This is a nice Lids, comparable to others. It is located inside of Chesterfield Town Center Mall. The staff members are helpful and friendly. We visited when it was pretty crowded but everything seemed organized. Prices are fair. Parking is usually pretty easy right outside the mall.

Always friendly and cool to be around. If they aint got it they will direct you to where you can get it. Good employees.

Ive been here often to buy hats and get embroidered hats done. Today the associate got agitated when I questioned what size he was suggesting on a hat.Ive been in the mall when the store was supposed to open at 10 and didnt open until 1130.Ill orderived online from now on.

It was a great Gift to a Close Friend of mine.

Just scooped up 3 hats for 25 good service what more can you ask for.

I had a great customer service experience. Granted they didnt have a lot of hats in my size but that didnt stop ne from getting 3 hats. Good selection..good prices some are $31 others are $34
