I wasnt here shopping for myself, I was here to shop for an Instacart order.I had never been to this store before so I was heistant taking the order, but decided to go anyways..Geri is absolutely wonderful she instantly helped me and was perfect! He gave such fine customer service and as a result of his awesome service he earned the store over $150. He truly went above and beyond helping me find the items I needed. Give that man a raise!!

Drove my mom there a couple of times. The staff member behind the register did an excellent job on assisting her. She even came from behind the counter and walked over to the isles that my mom need assistance in. She wanted to know about specific vitamins and their differences. This was my very first time being in a Vitamin Shoppe, now I am wondering it theyre all like this. As you can tell I was and still is very impressed with this Shoppe. Visited the Richmond location, clean store, helpful staff, and had what I wanted.

This is a friendly Vitamin Shoppe with a good clearance selection. They frequently have free samples as well. The downside is that all Vitamin Shoppes are expensive compared to online shopping or even Kroger.

This place has almost anything you could ask for in the vitamin world. The staff was nice and the prices are good.
