Bought a kandy grinder that the sales clerk swore was amazing, it broke less then 2 weeks later. I called to find out what I can do and they said without an account they cant do anything and that the manager wont do anything, this not coming from the manager themself. It didnt matter that over the last 2 weeks Ive spent about 400 there, and who knows over the last couple years, without ever once being told about a rewards account. Im very glad that Bahama mama opened by my house so I no longer have to bring my business there. Terrible products that are overpriced and break on you without any abnormal behavior towards it.

Awsome shop! This is the only smoke shop that I like shopping from because the customer service is outstanding and the vibe of the shop over-all is very pleasant.

! EXPIRED Vape JUICES ! and they Dont Really Care for your Business.. Ive been coming here ever since they open, Im there at least twice a week, but the young lady that works there is kind of rude.. let me explain I bought 4 E-juices walked out my wife rang my phone on the way walking out and told me to get 2 more bottles of e-juice, But the Lady Would Not Exchange 1 of the Juices, That I literally Bought 90 Seconds ago.. I Was are You Serious! I Been Coming hear for 2 Years, So She Lost a 2 Year Costumer for a $10 Bottle of E-Juice.. P.S I Spend at Least $100 + Dollars There a Week, So Do the Math... Your Lost ( Rock N Rool It )

Trey is very educated on inventory and the store looks great for first day opened! Definitely will make the 30 minute drive again!

*BEWARE* these guys sold me a dud pen. No big deal right? I can take it in and either do an exchange or buy another brand for the difference, no. Dude tells me I must’ve charged it too long. I told him I tried to turn it on when I opened it, didn’t work, charged it for an hour, didn’t work, charged it for another few hours nothing. After everything best he could do was 50% off another product. Do not buy from here. They give you $5 off if you leave a 5 star review so that’s why their rating is so high. Even yesterday when I went by the girl that works here was uninterested and honestly seemed like I was a bother being there.

I have to say this is one of the best shops I have been to! The staff is very professional. Sarah, in particular was extremely helpful and made some very good suggestions in what I was looking into. Definitely will be recommending this place to friends

A month and a half ago I got wrongly charged with a miss communication when they first started doing curbside service, josh called me today to apologize and get back with me on fixing this issue! He explained why it took so long and we got everything fixed up!Because of this I feel comfortable going back to rock n roll to spend my time and money. They have awesome deals and excellent customer service!

Love the store and everything but when I went today to get a container the employee with a Texas A&M mask was just so disrespectful! Anytime I would try to ask a question he would cut me off try to correct me or he had some smart remark to make afterwards. He also show no respect no please and thank you, these are the things I like to experience when I visit any store. It was about 12:30-1:30 when I shopped here. I will be back but not if that man is in the store

Normally I would have given this shop a 5 star review but I received really bad customer service today from a tall guy who didn’t know anything about the hookah tobacco products and was really rude to me. He rang up my purchase and sat the products on top of the cash register and walked away while I spoke to the much nicer shorter guy and made some sarcastic remark about how unhealthy vaping and smoking hookah are. The shop has a really nice selection of products and is really clean but if I see the person who “helped” me today I will absolutely turn around and walk out.

We are completely satisfied with this company. They were very kind to us from the moment we walked through the door. We forgot an item for our Vape and when we Went back to pick it up, they were very apologetic and gave us an even better peace than we originally bought. To make things better with the manager calls us a few days later and apologize it is! Absolutely great customer service. Although our Vape was not all in the bag they sincerely made up for it. From the second I walked in the door to the moment I walked out I was in love with the presentation and the customer service. I was greeted on entry and asked how my day was. I was shown around the shop and was given many recommendations from glass pieces to vape juices. From new mods to rolling trays and papers, If I needed it they had it.I left the store with everything I needed and a smile on my face.
