Very poor service. Received bills in excess of $1,000 for visits where we did not ever actually see a technician on site. We are always home. No message was ever left on door. Even after complaining and requesting that they let us know when they were there this continued. Ironically the problem they were charging us for was never fixed. When I looked up items that needed replacing online the markup that they quoted me were 2 1/2 times the actual price which I think is excessive. I have texted and left messages which were not responded to in a timely manner. I will not be doing business with them again. I have found a much better pool company.

Great prices on pools and spas! Super friendly and helpful. Also are willing to work with insurance companies to find the best water therapy for your specific needs.

We started using Clearwater Pools last summer and love the excellent customer service & friendly staff! Ashley helped us with step by step instructions for replacing our sand and new pump! Got our pool up and running with no problems. Convenient drive thru for water testing. Highly recommend these guys!!!

Excellent customer service. I really mean it. Modern testing equipment. Clean store. No distracting loud music playing. Solved our issue. What more can can you ask?

Great service! I went to 2 other pool stores and was treated like a hassle. Clearwater tested my water and wrote out instructions for me to use. My new pool store for sure.

After establishing a good relationship. Tommy, the owner, misinformed me about opening cost of our saltwater pool. Gave one firm price, then sent bill for 2x the amount .

Cant get anyone from this company to complete a simple measure to quote a lining replacement. They apparently have so much business that they dont need mines. I have called three times and was told that someone will come out early this week and tomorrow is Friday. The lady that answer the phone said that all she does is pass the information along to the service department and that Tommy would be giving me a call. Well lets see if that happens!
