Its worth the extra money to have professionals backing up quality products. I was pushing to buy a Costco spa and my husband chose Paradise. In the first month even, its been totally worth it. My friend has had her Jacuzzi Tub for 31 years and its still going strong. Quality makes a difference.

They mostly sell the Jacuzzi brand, and try to do a traditional sales job - its very much like visiting a car dealership. Prices are not posted on websites, and in the store they range between $7000 and $15,000. You can get very good hot tubs (with better customer reviews and more transparent pricing) for about half the cost. They also try to aggressively talk down their competition. Do your research before and after you visit this store!

After five years our Jacuzzi broke down and despite repeated tries by Paradise Valley technicians, could not be repaired. Rather than throw up their hands they replaced the spa with a new one. We are very satisfied with the way they backed their product.

I had the best experience shopping at Paradise Valley Spas in Richmond. Mr. Leroy the sales person is very knowledgeable and very kind. He helped us determine the type of unit best for our yard. We ended up needing a crane to lift it in and Mr. Leroy was able to refer us to vendor. We now spend many relaxing evenings in our spa.

Been in here several times and they are usually cordial, but not what I would call friendly. I get the feeling that they are suspicious of people of color, but I hope that Im wrong. Maybe theyre not too interested in the people who are just buying additives and other supplies, compared to those shopping for a new jacuzzi. Anyway, go see for yourself and rate accordingly.

Really fair prices and top hot tub brands. Would recommend getting your hot tub from this store!

One of the trucks hauling a trailer from this company attempted a last second merge in front of me on I-80, pinning my car between their trailer and an 18-wheeler. Luckily I had space to slam on the breaks, but it was a close call. Not how I’d like to start 2020.

They sell it but wont service it well. Ive spoken to Rebekah and James and neither has been helpful is solving my issue. My spa has been out of service for a while now and the cold water in it is getting filthy. They charged me for a service they did not complete. Very unprofessional.
