All the staff we encountered during our recent purchase of a Pre Owned Jaguar E pace were exceptional. Very knowledgeable, patient and kind. Mac was our salesman and he was awesome he even took the time on his day off to answer his cell when we called with additional questions about our new to us Jaguar. He also spent some time with my husband a few days after to explain some of the electronic features. Very happy with the service we received from Jaguar Richmond.

Went there to look into a pre-owned SUV that we found online via the Auto Mall search feature. It was a premium type SUV but wasnt a Land Rover or Jaguar, so I wasnt sure how we were going to be treated. From the beginning and all through the process, we were treated very professionally and never felt slighted or looked down on. The receptionist remembered us on the 2nd visit and our salesperson, Mac Wu, was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Covid procedures were great, customer/staff safety was very apparent, while not sacrificing service.On the pickup date, Mac was great, showing us the car before things were finalized, and demonstrating the service completion that was negotiated as part of the offer. After purchase follow-up was also great, which I dont remember even on previous new car purchases.Thanks very much.

Just purchased a Jaguar f-pace from this dealership . I had multiple experiences with dealerships in the past but this one is by far the best one.Li Chen who handled my entire process was both friendly and professional and he managed to give me an answer for absolutely every question or concern Ive had.He went above and beyond to give me the best experience even answering to my emails outside business hours and on weekends.They are presenting other optional services you can purchase with you car but they are definitely not pushy like other dealerships which make you feel uncomfortable.I wish I can give more than 5 stars to Li as he was one of the best sales person Ive dealt with for a long time.When I will replace my car I will definitely come back to this place asking for Li :).

I just took delivery of my Jaguar I Pace today and my entire experience with Jaguar Richmond was excellent and completely pressure free. My sales consultant Kevin Yang was friendly, informative and extremely patient. He made the whole experience feel so relaxed. Terry Chen the sales manager even took time to say a friendly hello and a warm congratulations when I took delivery of the car. During the grand unveiling in a stunning showroom Kevin filmed the event for me. It felt like a celebratory event. They make their clients feel special. A special shout out to Tandle another sales consultant. He was very helpful even though he knew I was working with another sales consultant.

I have been looking for a vehicle for sometime. I finally decided on a Pre owned Jaguar e pace. I was interested in a 2018. . From the moment I was greeted at the front reception to the insurance sales person I was treated wonderfully. But what I was most impressed with was my sales person TandleTandle just seemed to be so happy to assist me and boy oh boy he has the patience of a saint He is very informative and has a wonderful sense of humour. I never thought I’d ever be purchasing a Jaguar and I think Tandle was just as excited as I was. After going over the vehicle before I left the lot Tandle entered my parents address in the navigation system and he was kind enough to text to make sure I reached my parents home safely. Tandle I can not thank you enough for helping me make my dream come true and thank you for making the entire process such a positive experience.

One of the dealership i have ever been to.I have 2017 jaguar XJ. It is still under factory warranty, so i went to dealership for a problem with doorhandles they were sticking out all the time when i was trying to open door and i have manually push them in. When i visited for the first time service advisor said we will fix it but it was same after i picked my car. i visited dealership again, same service advisor said we will look into it if it needed new handles we will order those. But again they did nothing and returned my car. In my third visit, it was all same again no new parts were ordered and on top it service advisor says “I don’t like your car”.I would say you guys have problem with your staff and so called certified mechanics, which I don’t like and will never suggest anyone to but car from this dealership. It really bad experience with this dealership specially with hardev.

They are very much helpful and responsible. We went there from Prince George on a weekend and they kept everything ready so that we can drive back on the same day. We could finish things within one and a half hour! Li Chen was our contact person and he helped us with the buying process. He immediately gave us all the details we wanted over phone or email. I just purchased certified F-Pace few days back and the sales guy was not good. It seems he was not knowledgeable of the vehicle features. I got multiple issues in dealing like warranty, issues with the vehicle. Theres was no commitment to things and he acted like he is doing favour on me. After 11 days of purchase my infotainment account us not active from backend which I came to know from service team.Not impressed with the sales team.Hope services team is good.

This review has been rewritten.My experience with this dealership was mixed. I feel I got a decent deal on my vehicle and the salesperson I worked with (Tyler) was fantastic.However, after taking possession of the vehicle I did experience issues beginning 2 hours later - the first of which is a currently unknown issue with the dynamic suspension. The second issue (fuel pump) occurred after only 6 days of ownership which was about $1450 to fix with the tow considered.I contacted the dealership about these issues and was denied any compensation. In fact, management did not seem interested in speaking to me at all and instead denied my request via the salesperson but it was a clear too bad from their corner. After writing an accurate but clearly displeased review, I was called the same day it hit Google and now management was willing to work with me. I was really quite upset by their original handling of the situation, but I do feel at this point they have finally made an effort to resolve it.I feel my ask was extremely reasonable - primarily $500 towards the $1450 repair, to which they agreed. They also offered to help me on the part required to fix the dynamic suspension if I so choose.So in short, things certainly went sideways (so for the sake of accuracy I will not raise my stars to more than 3 as it should not have taken a review to have the issue handled properly) but in the end they did make an effort and I consider the issue rectified.

This certainly was not the case with Mac Wu. Land Rover is an absolute embarrassment. I spent $250k on a range rover. Their training staff have no idea how their vehicles work. I was actually told that the back of the passenger seat pocket was for document storage. They literally didnt know that it is a footrest and flips down for a back seat passenger to put their feet up. Its been 2 months in, Ive had to send it in for repairs of the computer 4 times. Its like its running Windows 98. Its terrible. They sold me a Lemon and each time they claim they can fix the computer, but it always malfunctions. The vehicle drives nice, but the constant computer malfunctions are unacceptable for such an expensive car. I should have known, when the first weekend I drove it, the computer kept saying there was a coolant leak, when, of course there was no issue. The salesman was fine, did his job, but the service staff, is awful and the car is a lemon. Land rover needs to respect its customers that spend big money and ensure they do not have this kind of user experience.

After some frustration with other dealers I was blown away with Jaguar Landrover of Richmond. Beautiful facility, very helpful and friendly staff. Jacky Wu was a great salesman. Although fairly new to the brand he was very knowledgeable and helpful. They located a brand new Discovery to my preferred spec and I was able to cut a long waiting list. On pickup day the admin and insurance team were highly efficient. On vehicle handover Elizabeth was outstanding. All round a great experience, way above some other dealers.

Did a walk in For warranty work on my Range Rover Sport. Terrence the service advisor helped me out and was great to deal with. Very prompt. Everything on time. Flawless execution. Walked in and was greeted by one of the receptionists right away, who let us know she would page a sales person, right away. We asked where the car was that we saw on-line located and she offered us two options on how to find it. It was exactly where she said it was and about 5 minutes later, a courteous sales person was there and he let us take the car for a test drive. We did a trade in, Mac Wu our sales person, was fair and helpful. Would go back if I wanted to upgrade my car. Overall a pleasant experience. We are from the North Shore and did not feel because we were not of a certain background/race that we did not get the service expected. The experience was fair and balanced. We bought the X5, great treatment form start to finish. Negative ppl will always leave negative comments, take it with a grain a salt and go in yourself and see. This was my first time visiting this dealership and it would be the last time as well. The JLR Richmond Service department is the worse than I could ever imagine and they just dont care enough to address the problem that customer would tell them and they would make it even worse than what the problem was. I told them my car seems to be having some difficulties with smooth driving and guess what I get told by service department, WE HAVE RODE YOUR CAR PRETTY HARD ON A PARKING LOT TO MAKE SURE IT DOESNT HAVE A PROBLEM. I didnt notice the more roughness until I got on the road and I dont have time to go back and argue with them over this because the service guy name ARTHUR SMITH thinks he is a guy you should bow down to and didnt respected me at all. My main point of this review was to aware the other people so they dont get disrespected and dont have to go through what Ive experienced. I saw the owner responding back to the bad reviews but Ive experienced this last month so dont think anything is changing.

They keep telling me to contact them privately. Its like they dont read who this is from...Jaguar Land Rover is pathetic! Do not buy from here! They sold me a lemon! They will not replace the car after repairing the same issue 5 times. Spent over $250k on it and have had it in the shop 25% of the time since buying it! This is not how you treat customers!

Had a great experience at this dealership. Tyler Hamade was a great salesman to deal with, personable, very knowledgable and was respectful of my time. With an insurance issue he even drove with me to an auto agent to finish things up long after he was done his shift.
