Quality office cleaning supplies, courteous and fast services!

Some of the things are very good here. I like to get my microfiber rags, concentrate, and mop heads here. Today I just came to get my concentrate, and they had enough behind the desk where Leslie was,like 2 or 3 but I still had to go around the back and wait which was kind of inconvenient. Maybe the stuff in back is just for show what they got. 🤔

Well where can I start with this company from and ex employee perspective!! As being an ex driver for this company was not bad when it came to the customers but as for management it was horrible! This management In the Richmond division is just pathetic. They have a vice president of operations who told nothing but lie after lie after lie from the beginning!1. Lies told were employees were going to get evaluated on how they were going to get a raise and after 5 months that mysteriously never managed to appear! 2. They had their favorites when it came to driver and how they paid them as in they have drivers that been there for over 15 and 20 years and they are making multiple dollars less than drivers whom only been with the company for 6 months or less which is uncalled for! 3. They have a SO CALLED supervisor in nightshift who is the biggest snitch in the company there could be but yet is the main one talking about every bad thing that goes on in the company. If u want to work for a company that in NOT family oriented then DONT go to rutherford!

Can I say that we here at Rising Sons Computer Clearance & Electronics love the kindness of ***Gail*** and her professionalism?.Well, I think we just said it. We always enjoy a good laugh and she has never failed to deliver the best customer service experience. We have been in business for over 21 years and until recently I have been put in charge of ordering supplies (yayyy sarcastically) but as usual it was a painless and fast process. You are greeted by an ACTUAL human not a barrage of prompts. Always, impressed. Always a happy client... even if my eyes are larger than my pockets some days. I always find something cool that i want to buy that we dont need!
