Excellent customer service and some fabulous yarn. Elizabeth, the owner was delightful, and Pam helped me find the perfect yarns for my project. Will definitely visit again when I’m back in town.

I am a kinda newbie knitter and dropped in here on a Saturday morning and three things stood out to me:1. There was a dog in the store. (dog hair and yarn do not mix)2. I was basically ignored (how can that be done in a store that size?)3. There was only one salesperson in the store and I was the only customer but definitely got the you cant afford this yarn vibesIve never been back since. Center of the Yarniverse and Dances With Wool will get my business every damn time. Every time. I dont have patience for shops that are run as a hobby business.

I LOVE this place! The staff is so knowledgeable and helpful. You cant get this kind of assistance in the big craft stores.

Hi! My name is Elijah and my Mimi took me to the yarn shop today for the first time. I loved all the soft yarns and the beautiful colors. I told the lady working there it was like a 🌈 rainbow store! They even had a little dog! The nice lady helped my Mimi pick out a pattern for a sweater and I picked out the color yarn. I cannot wait until it is finished. I hope I get to go back there again. It was a fun shop with lots of nice people.

Wish the hours were longer because I love this place! Friendly and helpful staff. They can also place orders for a specific yarn if there is not enough in stock for a project. Very happy and will keep going back.

Expensive and if you bought over yarn..... keeping because is no return “policy “ just back in credit store,Years before you can have the copy of the pattern, now she wants charge 3 dls a copy. Really???No really welcome people, should be a nice a confortable place.....

Says its open Even on Sundays. Show up and its closed and no sign with a reason why. They have a mediocre website. Obviously not good at communication.
