This Tumi store offers great quality products which are very sturdy. I really like my black Tumi business card holder purchased previously. The backpacks they have look very nice. Plus their suitcases and other travel bags look top notch. They are a wide variety of products at this store, and the displays are excellent!

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. I trust Tumi to hire the best and this location is an example of well trained and friendly management and associates . I completely disagree with the womans 1 star review regarding this store, although Im glad she chose to use a thesaurus while ranting.
Tumi is high scale luggage. Its very costly.The staff have been very friendly and helpful when Ive gone there.They do offer discounted merchandise a few times a year.The luggage is sturdy which is a plus when traveling especially if youre one to check your luggage.
Be careful when you buy from Tumi. The sales people will push you to personalize their tags (not the bag itself, just the accompanying luggage tag), but conveniently forget to mention that, once this is done, you cannot return the item. For an upscale store, the customer service is severely lacking!Update: After the manager of the store got involved, we were able to return our item and select a different one that better suited our needs. It wouldve and nice if the customer service was good from the get-go, but at least they acquitted themselves nicely in the end
Handle on bag finally gave out after three years of pretty relentless and unforgiving use. Thank you for the free repair and helping me get the most out of my tumi luggage. Will definitely be back in the future for all of my needs! Tumi is one of the few brands that still plays the long game with its clients. Do not think twice about the investment in one of their bags.
If you are buying TUMI, you deserve the quality service that goes with the quality brand. One star for the store at Short Pump, but the brand itself is fabulous. I have traveled the world and visited/purchased from Tumi Stores all over but mostly in Northern Virginia and Buckhead (Atlanta.) Recently moving to Short Pump (essentially directly across from the Mall) made it really convenient to transact TUMI business there. I started with some new purchases, some drop offs for repair and everything was as I expected. Well, stepping into the store a third time for some problems related to recent purchases was like stepping into a customer service twilight zone. There, I encountered a most recalcitrant, negative, skeptical service person (Steven - a zero or can you give negative stars) misrepresenting himself as the store manager when the actual store manager was in the back! I also had a discussion with the real store manager (Amy - needs more training) and the two seemed like minded in their twilight zone customer service approach. They were backwards and not consistent with what I absolutely know to be the TUMI brand. Needless to say, once I recognized the level of ignorance I was dealing with, I took the matter to corporate and my issues/concerns were addressed and resolved. I had a great discussion with Derek (corporate level manager who gets 5 stars) who indicated he was actually on the phone with Amy the day I was having the twilight zone experience but was not aware of how they were behaving. He thanked me for the opportunity to fine tune the customer service training provided at that store. If you can shop at another TUMI location, I would strongly recommend it. But if you have no other option than Short Pump and find you are being treated inappropriately, unrealistically and unreasonably - call the corporate organization to get the matter more appropriately and professionally handled. I went back to the store today to deal with the same two individuals, but this time - with Derek having corrected them - the matter was brought to the closure I intended. No apology whatsoever from the class-less culprits. Once the Short Pump location comes under more mature, local management perhaps I can upgrade the rating for this specific store. If you are shopping TUMI, you deserve the quality service that goes with the quality brand. I had previously dropped off two bags for service so perhaps in the few weeks it takes for those to return - maybe we will see some improvement. I also recommend the TUMI brand simply make luggage tags a separate, line item for optional customer purchase. The tag is NOT the bag.
We recently visited the Short Pump store.. I have several Tumi products, but a piece went missing on my last vacation so I was there to replace. Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. I will be back again soon to get a new piece. As a side note, when reading the reviews, I know we all have an opinion, but the one women named Pam on these review sounds like the biggest spoiled B.. Id like to give her a -0 star. LOL.. Tumi products are great . I have been to the store multiple times. Staff has always be extremely kind, knowledgeable and helpful.
The gentleman that helped was great. He also assisted my daughter during Christmas.
Nice service by Amy, yet left unsettled that I bought a $600 bag as a gift but instead of focusing on that the male salesperson tried to upsell me on a $60 charger and sale items while I waited for monogramming. Weird. Appreciate the pricey purchase that I came specifically for.
