When I took delivery of my new bike, noticed the rear sliding dropout had a derailleur hangar. My bike is belt drive, so wanted to replace the insert with the correct part without a hangar. Emailed the shop to ensure I had identified the correct part. They responded within minutes, asking for a photo, which I provided. The pointed me to the correct part which saved me ordering the wrong one, having to return, etc. Good, friendly, prompt customer service combined Smith excellent quality parts for custom bikes.

Components are always correctly toleranced and dimensioned. Shipping needs a little work. Second time this has happened: Ordered some components and they shipped to my billing address rather than my shipping address. Had to pay twice for shipping...
