Bought a mattress at the Colonial Heights location, but my son lives in Richmond, they were able to have it delivered from the Richmond location because it was closer to save us on delivery fees! Son enjoyed it so much he went and got another set from the richmond location, for his spare room. GREAT PEOPLE!

Purchased from Ben on 10/4, answered the phone when i called them at 9:45, even though they did not open until 11am. I had to be at work by 12 so he met me there at 10:30 so i would have time to drop my new set off before work. Pricing was great, and the customer service was even better!

William is such an amazing and friendly, delivery guy. He came to my home twice to deliver my mattresses, up 3 flights of stairs, and by himself. The store personnel were also very friendly and accommodating with my needs. Ive purchased 2 mattresses from here, and never any issues. Phenomenal team, great customer service!

Im so disappointed and unhappy. I bought a mattress and box spring and frame in January. I told them I wanted a mattress that didnt make noise. They sold me a set and within 2 weeks. I started hearing springs popping in the mattress. I called several times. Finally, they said I could return the mattress, that maybe it was a bad one, that was a fluke. I asked them could it be a not so good mattress and I would upgrade because I didnt want to deal with the noises. I also told them I weigh around 190 and my hubby about 250 and could we be too heavy? Oh no no, this mattress can hold like 1200 lbs. I get the 2nd matress home. Within 30 days, I hear springs popping worse then the first mattress. You didnt even have to be moving and boing. There they go. Then, we were in Corona Virus. I was told we could deal with this after stuff started opening back up. Ive been waiting on a call from a manager for months. Meanwhile, im still paying $33 out of every paycheck since January. I WANT A NEW MATTRESS THAT DOES NOT MAKE NOISE. If I need to trade up, I will. I cant stand this mattress. I wish i never shopped here.

I love this place. I have purchased several mattresses for my kids here. Last time I was literally in and out in less than 5 minutes driving away with my mattress. The guy that works there is really friendly, too. Definitely recommend.

I needed something relatively inexpensive but comfortable and decided to visit Mattress Outlet of Richmond and see what they had. After testing mattresses, I found one I was happy with and was delighted when I found it it was even cheaper than the price listed and also was able to get a student discount. Tim and the team were very accommodating with my move-in day delays and scheduled the delivery around my arrival time. Ive slept on my new mattress for two days now and so far, so good! Great place to go if you want an inexpensive mattress that will do the job. Have a young son who needed an upgrade from a toddler bed to a regular twin and a 14 year old that also needed a new twin. Got both for $99 each. They are durable and comfortable and both boys are sleeping peacefully at night. Highly recommend!! The salesman was polite and professional and even came out to help my husband attach them to the roof of the car so we could get them home (they can deliver but we opted to drive them with no issues).

Best prices Richmond by a mile. We been looking for a split King with adjustable base. We have been by the other mattress stores recently and saw that prices ranged from $3300 to $8000 for the complete set. We went here and got everything for < $1600. Dont waste your money at these other stores, get your bed from here!

Bought 2 sets over the phone. Odd way to do business but it was the only thing I had time for due to my location and i was sick with the flu. I had the pleasure of buying a new mattress in January of 2017. I noticed in September that there was a section that was sagging and you could feel the springs. Knowing that I had a 10 year warranty I called and inquired about a replacement. KEEP YOUR RECEIPT!! Keep the mattress clean and covered..I had my receipt and the mattress still looks new. A replacement was delivered 2 weeks after I filed my claim. Awesome customer service, and the friendly staff made my purchase and replacement fast and easy.

Excellent customer service. In and out. Wasnt shown a bunch of things that we werent interested in or were too expensive. The sales woman took us right to what we requested, a basic full size mattress. She showed us the two she had on hand. A purchase was made and we were leaving with our mattress in under 20 minutes. Excellent. Will never go anywhere else!!!

The guys in Richmond helped me coordinate a delivery near Wilmington to a beach place. They worked together with their branch in Wilmington. They gave me a great deal and Steve in Richmond made sure everything was delivered as promised. Definitely recommend!

I have had my bed for less then a year and it’s already sinking in and makes noise and I bought a good quality one with a higher price. I honestly don’t know what to do about getting another one. HELP!

My fiance and I had to replace our mattress after mold had taken over our apartment, and waited until labor day weekend to go shopping so we could catch some deals. After visiting some other chain mattress stores where the sales were really a mark down on a mark up, it was entirely refreshing to come here, not be pushed along or pressured to consider anything we couldnt afford or prefer. In fact even though we thought we found a great deal, we still went to compare it to local mattress stores (that strip of broad street is full of them!). 2-3 stores in we knew we had a deal we had to go back to. The sales man even gave us all sorts of honest tips to make sure we could maintain our warranty. After weeks of replacing furniture and dealing with lots of pushy sales people, this was a huge relief! I definitely recommend it!

NEVER buy your mattress from here!!! My back is in agony after less then a year of having this matters it was suppose to be pillow top mattress but it is very hard and firm and squeaks everytime you move SO PAINFUL

These guys have the lowest priced mattresses around, everywhere else they wanted $500-1000 for a queen set, Gary put me on a great pillowtop set for under $300, and he had it ready to go, and he got it out to me the same day at a nominal charge.
