Lady at the register was extremely rude this morning !! I ordered 2 large horchatas and I was served two cups fill up with ice, so I asked her in a nice way to take out some ice and she roll her eyes and said “No, I can’t do that “ then I asked for my money back and she still gave me bad attitude . I paid for two horchatas and received cups full of ice … customer service sucks at this place ..

Ive come to this place for over 15 years and tonight is the first time I left disappointed at the burrito I received I ordered a Suoer Burrito and they served me regular size Burrito I took it back to bring it to their attention and they took it re-wrapped ir and handed it back to me. I watched the hard work pur into building this business and now the young crew does not know how it needs to be done.

Flavorful meat, I liked the carne asada more than the carnitas.Small parking lot out back, plenty of shaded outdoor seating, and the line wasn’t long. In and out in less than ten mins and less than ten bucks.*tip - ask for a plate and hot sauce/salsa if you’re getting it to go.

They have Super good tacos and they’re open late. But There are Weird characters sometimes that post there and parking is scarce

The food is good but sometimes they over do it on the salt theyre not too consistent.

Its very clean and well organized. It has a limited selection of items though.

Has good flavor,steak and carnitas very greasy. Kind of overpriced for the portion size. My carnitas had some hard dry peices mixed in. Dont think Ill be going back.

This place use to be good. I went there today bought a steak burrito most of my burrito was rice and little meat. The meat was chewy and almost burnt. And Most of all they got way too expensive and not as even as good as they use to be.

Bad service, food is delicious but, I order no onion and different kind of meat and give what they want, I didnt realized until I got home. 😢🤯😡

The food is good, but with the pandemic situations we have, I saw 3 employees with their cover mask halfway inside the truck making food and the lady who was giving the food was told by a customer to use the mask properly cause the owner may show up, and then she fix it back the right way, I believe they need to make sure they use it cause they are handling food,

The four stars are based on this being a taco truck. With that out of the way, this place is delicious. Im pretty picky about my Mexican food and this place is up to my standards at least. I prefer the tacos (al pastor) over the burritos, but those are good too. The horchata is pretty good too. I get it every time I go.

Good but really busy

The food is good. But it takes about 30 minutes to get a burrito and 2 tacos. Plus now for a REGULAR burrito, 2 tacos and an horchata we pay 25 dollars. Food is just too expensive

They always give you so little amount of salsa regardless of your order if its big or small, also you better check your order before you leave they always forget to give you something that you already paid for, I gave them too many chances already not coming back again.

Ive been to this taco truck many times and recently theyve hired new people to work there. Yesterday I ordered a burrito and they got my order all the way wrong. When I drove all the way back down there to explain they didnt get the order right (in a nice polite way) they made a huge deal out of it. It seemed like everyone on the truck came to the window to question me about it instead of just simply remaking the darn $6 burrito.Then one of their drunk customer started cursing me out. After 10mins of simply trying to get them to remake the burrito I got frustrated and asked for my money back! they didnt want to give me the money back and I left the messed up burrito there. To be totally honest the food is really good the times Ive been. however, that kind of service is so disrespectful and unnecessary so I will not be returning and Im telling everyone I know not to return either. Learn how to value your customers man. Ive never been treated so nasty... and by a food truck at that!

Really small parking lot, street parking limited. BUT well worth it! Had a super Al Pastor burrito, and the onions, cilantro, beans, meat was EXCEPTIONALLY fresh and flavorful... will go back!

The taste of the food that made them unique is not lost. However, Ive gotten food from them since i was a kid; Over time they raised prices from $5 burritos to $11 which is not worth going there anymore bcus over time they started putting more rice/beans/cream, and little bit of meat in the burritos.

Poor Quality tacos the lengua was mushy the asada was dry they wrapped 4 tacos in foil NO PLATE, NO CHIPS AND SALSA!!! One Napkin!, I waited for quite a while for this Moosh! Never again will I go there. $14.13 for 4 dinky tacos and a Jarritos SMH .

Food use to be good here but now its not that good and overpriced it. Ordered a regular burrito and had a whole bunch of stuff that normally didnt come in the burritos before I couldnt even finish the burrito.

They take a min and the line is always long, so be prepared to wait. They have a few outside tabels. Very clean, not fancy, Nice staff.

Torta al pastor was BOMB! Perfect size for lunch with a Soda. Very friendly people, fast service, fresh and hot order, convenient location.

Fast and delicious food. I do wish there were more options for extras. For example, like adding some pico de Gallo or avocado and or tortilla chips.

Food here is good, only thing to watch out for is when ordering a burrito de lengua (tongue) theyll put lengua on both end but different type of meat in the middle mix with some lengua.

Before it was the best in Richmond but now its gone down a bit I think do to the competition... And last time I ordered some carne asada tacos they tasted like I had a mouth full of salt... Not good at all but I can say El burrito de buche is very good cant say much about anything else.
