The service here is excellent. This location has some rare gems, I dont live in BC but these guys were able to help me out, getting the car I wanted. I would highly recommend Gary Ho. He goes above and beyond and has some of the best customer service I have experienced. He does everything in his power to ensure his customers are happy. I would also like to say thanks to their finance team for reaching out, I also have a good experience there. Incredible service here! Angus was very patient and understanding with my whole family when we went. Had a good experience here. Sonny was very helpful. Good follow through on all promises made. Staff took concerns seriously and addressed them when possible. Did their best to make sure I was happy. On the character side of sales, I think this location is great. Most importantly, when our salesman was unsure of the answer, he went and found the honest answer instead of saying whatever was necessary to make a sale. This is the most important characteristic of any dealership, so my gripes below are minor.The organizational side of things could use improvement. For example, the showroom is small, which makes it hard to know the inventory available, as it contains only 5 cars (though there is over 100 at the dealership, they are hidden). It makes for effective sales by reducing choice paralysis, but available options for trims and colours were not presented effectively. In retrospect I should have asked more questions about the inventory available, but receiving answers took a very long time.Regardless, I strongly recommend shopping here if you are interested in a Mitsubishi. They are the least predatory dealership Ive seen. This is a huge plus.

We came to Mitsubishi 5 mins before closing just to browse. Little did we know we were gonna leave with the Mitsubishi RVR. Gary Ho was a very helpful sales representative who took time to listen to my preferences and let me know when the car I was interested in had a price reduction. He was helpful the whole way through and not pushy. I really like how Applewood Mitsubishi does not charge any fees. In completing my vehicle purchase, I was surprised to learn that financing was strongly encouraged over cash payment (which was my original plan). It took several hours to work through financing and insurance. However, Gary stayed late until he could hand me the keys, and his service was greatly appreciated!

Bought an outlander today from Eric at the Richmond Auto Mall. It usually takes my husband months to decide on a car make/model. Eric was very informative on fuel efficient vehicles and helped us arrive at a car that was right for our family. Eric’s demeanour is calm and adaptable. We ended up keeping the dealership open later than regular business hours and staff were pleasant despite the deal closing so late into a weeknight! Hands down the best experience Ive had at a dealership. Dont skip out on visiting this store.I saw a listing by Eric for a used BRZ and set up a time and place to check it out. As soon as I stepped into the dealership, I was given nothing but great hospitality and a personalized experience. Every employee greeted me and everyone was so friendly. My initial salesman Eric was great. I bought a used 2019 Toyota Corolla Hatchback. He knew about the car and was very thorough and informative. i paid cash for the car. After we agreed on price it went downhill. They sent me to finance. They only had one person on staff and it took almost 30 minutes to see her. The women was pushy at every point. I had to tell her four times I did not want to finance the car after I had agreed on a cash payment. i had to tell her three times I did not want to buy an extended warranty. After driving to the bank and getting the draft I had to wait 25 minutes to see her again. Upon seeing her it took one signature and a total of 2 minutes. We then waited 45 minutes for transfer and insurance They finally walked us to the Hub insurance office next door to do the fifteen minutes of paperwork. In summary, i waited around 2 hours to hand them my money which took two minutes and then had to go somewhere else to do the remainder of paperwork.

We bought the car at the agreed price and all the staff pitched in to get us on the road. Kudos to Applewood for their policy of no fees and their great staff. We went to Applewood Mitsubishi a couple of weeks before we bought and fell in love with a 2010 Subaru Impreza Hatchback that was in excellent condition. Loved everything about but needed to do due diligence before making a decision. After a couple of weeks we noticed that the price had come down, and so we went for a test drive. Jakob was such a gentleman in every aspect as well as all the staff that we met during our visit. Our experience at Applewood Mitsubishi was such a pleasure and never felt any sort of pressure--an extremely professional and friendly atmosphere highlighted our experience.

Was helped by eric who helped me get my first ever car. Car was in decent shape and was able to leave that day. After bidding war with Eric I was able to get the price down along with oil for life and the vap for free as well as getting the seat cover removed and replaced. I would definitely recommend here if your looking to get a new car and to use eric he seems real close to the manager and looks likes he is able to get you a good deal for the price your looking at.

I found that it will be fair to express my feeling after having a conversation with Jake.Jake exceeded my expectation as a sale person. A little upset with this Dealership.My son & I made an appointment today to view a used car on their lot, we were to be there in an hour driving from Cloverdale to Richmond around 3 pm.Before we left to go there, my son texted his sales rep and told him we were on the way. He texted back great, that he would have the car ready to test drive.We arrived in 1/2 hour, quicker than expected, to our surprise a different sales rep was writing up a deal on the car we were to look at!What a waste of our time.No courtesy to call us or text that someone else was looking at it. They were walk ins, driving by and saw the car.They could have told the new customers that we were coming and that we were first.Bad form Applewood!I cant tell you how frustrating that was. Our Sales Rep was really sorry, big deal, they asked us to wait in case the other deal didnt get accepted. We wasted our time, and lost respect for Applewood, at least the Richmond Dealership.Just to add a note: My wife & I have bought 3 new Kias from Applewood Kia in Fleetwood over the past several years. We always felt treated right by them.This experience put a damper on that.Applewood; Your Salespeople need to communicate better.

What I found was very patient staff and also very honourable businessman, they absolutely stand behind what they sell. They have excellent communication, and customer service. I was looking for a Tesla and spoke on the phone with Gary Ho several times before meeting him at the dealership. He was most pleasant, and initially we sat in my new car to be as he patiently explained for 15 or 20 minutes all about the various options on the vehicle. We then took a test drive [him driving and then me] and returned to the dealership. We struck a deal which I believe to be fair and then they arranged for the ICBC for change of ownership etc. on the spot. Our sales agent was ALAN LI.He is an amazing guy, he helped us get a Honda CRV 2017 touring yesterday. I would highly recommend yall to go to Applewood Mitsubishi in Richmond and see Alan. Also, before buying I also visited some other Honda Dealership such as Destination Honda Open Road in Burnaby and the experience was not as great as Applewood. Must Visit!!

Great experience purchasing my vehicle from Applewood. I appreciated the low pressure high knowledge sales staff and management. Even after I bought my car I continued to receive support and tips about getting the most out of my PHEV Outlander. Love this car so much my brother went and bought one for his family and he got the same great service and also is very happy with his car. Using essentially no gas is pretty awesome too!
