My experience with yard works was outstanding. I am about to put my house up to sell which is costly and stressful process. I thought that getting new gravel was going to be another painful project to take on but the friendly service of the customer service gave me a peace of mind. Then the driver who delivered the gravel called me ahead of time so I can move my car. He was quick, efficient, friendly, personable, and I would definitely use this company again.

I called Yard Works to order mulch and take advantage of their 20% off sale in July and donation to Feed More. The man I talked to on the phone was very friendly and helped me with my mulch selection. The mulch was delivered quickly and the driver was also very friendly and worked with me on placement of the bulk mulch. I plan to use Yard Works for all my landscape needs!

I purchased my product (#57 slate chips) on Friday July 16th. Had delivery set up for Monday the 19th between 9:00 and 1:00. I was a little concerned at first with a 4 hour delivery window as I would have to wait around at home before headed to work. My driver showed up just a couple minutes after 9:00 so I was thrilled! I was already doing some work in the yard so I was outside to see the driver arrive. He pulled up in front of the house where I greeted him at his truck. He already had the specific location I had requested where I would like the Stone to be dropped. He was very accommodating and was able to squeeze that big truck into my requested area without any issues at all. It really made spreading the product a ton easier! I have, and will in the future continue to recommend Yard works for their Stone and mulch needs!

We had a Sales Rep out. Spent very little time on our property. Offered no creative design. He told us it was not going to be cheap because it was a big yard. Gave us a bid for 20 K. Just started a 35 k job this week with another company. My suggestion is offer design advice, don’t assume people’s budget. Act like you care and work to get business. The sales Rep made us feel like he would want to be anywhere but at our house. Based on reviews looks like we may have just had a bad experience with 1 employee.

Well these folks just earned all of my future business! My initial order was from another local supplier, that I placed 2 weeks ago, then they called on day of delivery to cancel because the product I wanted was out of stock. Called YardWorks and the gentleman I spoke to said they were about 2 weeks out on deliveries(its that time of year). He took my phone # and said if anything changed they would call me. Well, he called back 10 minutes later, 9:30am and said they could do it today. My jaw dropped, I could not believe it. 2 hours later the delivery truck shows up at my home with my order. My jaw dropped again! I am still sitting here in disbelief. I totally recommend these folks for service and quality product!
