UPS lost my $80 tracked package. Their customer service has spent days lying about it and avoiding connecting me to anybody responsible. So theres not much I can do about that. I dont know Oakland Packaging & Supply, but 5 stars for not being UPS!
My company needed compostable cups for a special event and Oakland Packaging & Supply showed up as a local distributor for the brand we like. I called them to inquire about sales and pick-up. Michelle helped me place an order for same day pick-up and gave super helpful directions on how to find the warehouse. The warehouse staff was very friendly and they made pick-up really easy. All around A+ experience!
