I ha and a delivery of something that was pretty expensive. I was supposed to show ID and sign. After the delivery I checked what was said about the delivery. Im t said i signed.i didnt sign a thing. Next day same thing. If they leave it at the door it will be stolen. Ive told them that an infinite amount of times and they still do it. I always get what I ordered or whatever because somebody has to pay for it again and deliver it to me it seems like FedEx would get tired of having to pay for stuff but they dont pay taxes anyway so I guess they got the extra money

I was at home all day awaiting the delivery of my package. My driveway was clear enough for other delivery vehicles to make deliveries but Fed Ex says I was not home. They did not even pull in!!!

Worst experience ever with getting a package. They didnt bother to ring the doorbell or knock on the door and they postponed my delivery until the next day when Im supposed to be at work. Tried calling to talk to them about it and the first guy said it was supposed to be delivered the same day later in the day so I was going to just get it then but then I called again because the website says its going to be the next day so I called back again and they said its supposed to be the next day so I wanted to set up a time to pick it up and they said I wasnt allowed to pick it up even though on the site it said I could. All the while the second person I talked to was extremely rude because of their screw ups and me being upset.

Not the smartest group of package delivery people. Putting a $300 vacuum with the brand stamped all over the box outside of the door in a apartment complex isnt the best thing one could do for job security. I was home only feet away the whole time they came. Did they knocked or just whisper. Very lucky no one snatched it up. Come on people

Customer service is hard to understand. They told me they were going to send package to local location one day. Called the next day as it was not showing in system and the lady said no notes were in the system about it and that it could not be done. I think they are call centers outside the country and you just get whom ever. I could not find the number to my local location. This company is not customer focused.

They claimed they delivered my package to my front door. It never came. Checked with my neighbors and they didnt receive it. I dont know where they delivered it to but it wasnt my house. They promised to have someone call me back with in two hours. They never called and of course now theyre closed for the rest of the weekend.

Made it easy for a person who doesnt ship things often, if ever, to ship something without worry.

Once again FedEx lied and said they tried to deliver a package when I was here waiting for it. Nobody ever came. Now it wont be attempted until Tuesday while Im at work since Monday is a holiday and they wont hold it at my local office since it got sent to a facility in another state. Worst carrier ever!!!

Competent and helpful

Constantly our local fedex does not deliver when online update says they will. They are lazy and choose to not come to our out of town location, sometimes for 3 days after email says out for delivery. Use usps, you will never be sorry!

I am slightly handicapped and walk with a cane. I had 2 packages so the lady oh, sorry I didnt get her name help me by carrying the packages to my car and placing them in the back seat for me.

If I could rate FedEx lower than a one star, I would. They sent me an email telling me that my package would be delivered today, so I have to stay at home all day waiting for the package that was to be delivered by 4:30, only to find out that they sent another email at 3. AN HOUR AND A HALF before the cut-off that the package will be delivered tomorrow. I wasted my whole day waiting for them to come, and they just randomly decided to push it back a day. Then I called to see if I could just pick up my package from the FedEx location, and they wont allow me to do that. So they told me to have a family member wait for the package all day as if their time isnt as valuable as mine. It is ridiculous and completely baffling. I will definitely avoid all business through FedEx furthermore and will only ship through the USPS and UPS.
