Five stars to Elizabeth, Hannah, and Sydney! I come in daily and these ladies are always friendly and go above and beyond to help me. They also always are having to manage multiple tasks at once and they consistently keep their cool. If there was another ups store in Richmond I would still choose this location based solely on working with these girls. Awesome attitudes, hard working, and a delight to see! After a challenging day, a super sweet little gal named Sydney brightened my day with her smile, her positive attitude, and willingness to help. Every single time I’ve walked into this store Elizabeth has gone above and beyond for me. I went in to ship my aunt this antique turtle my grandma left us recently and let me tell you I was nervous. This thing is ancient and I was so nervous that the workers would be careless or not understand it’s value because I had never been here before but I was shocked!! Response to owners reply below- you can write your drawn out response of this is how it’s done here and we can be different because at the end of the day you are trying to make every dollar you can when I specifically called 2 Lexington stores + ups customer service and none charge for that service that you’re referring too. Have a great day.Amazon gave me a QR code for me to return 3 boxes under one order that have the same item in each box. Ups employees told me that they would have to charge me $15 to wrap the boxes together with zip ties because there was only 1 QR code therefore only 1 box could be shipped even through it obviously says 3 boxes are covered under the qr return code. Note for owner “Karl something” you obviously are having huge issues by all the dissatisfied customers related to Amazon. Maybe it’s time to look inwards instead of issuing empty apologies. Ps I’ve contacted 3 nearby ups stores and THIS IS NOT STANDARD PROCEDURE BY ANY MEANS.
