Went in for an oil change and a recall. After 3 hours they came up to me and asked me if I wanted to change the cabin air filter to the tune of $482. They claim rats got into the filter and made a nest. I asked him if they cleaned it out and they said no. I also ask them if there is leaves in the air filter would they leave them and as well. She seemed dumbfounded. Avoid this dealer if possible.
They were able to fit me in for an oil change and that went ok. Charging me $82 for a engine air filter and an in-cab air filter isn’t. Little steep IMO, but oh 🐳… I’ll just do it myself next time. And the unemployed sales staff sitting out on the break table in front of the building kinda gives off a bad impression… take ur breaks elsewhere amigos 🤠
Very quick service .. nice staff .. I normally go for oil change there .. I have a Honda Civic .. I used synthetic lube oil .. paying $64.20 .. their service includes oil change,,oil n filter checking,,multipoint vehicle inspection. Resetting maintenance or change oil light. Adjusting tire pressure. While vehicle is in service they offer their own cab service to drop you off and pick you up. If you want wait n seat there they have a waiting section also with magazines.
The salesman was friendly and no issues. When needed help years later they were great.
18 miles outside of Ridgecrest our 2014 Ford Focus ST started blowing steam and losing power. While waiting for the car to cool down we called a few shops in town but none would be able to see us that day.After refilling the radiator with water with help from a friendly passerby we limped into town around 4:30pm.On a recommendation from our motel, we rolled over to Ridgecrest Toyota.Bobby (service manager) and Richard (technician) took the car in and diagnosed the issue as a blown water pump.Left the car overnight and they repaired it the next morning. Picked up the car just after 12:00pm and hit the road to Death Valley.Cant thank them enough!They saved the day and our vacation.Thanks again guys!Dave.
Shuttle was suppose to pick me up after my oil change but they never showed up. They also didnt call me to let me know they wouldnt be picking me up. When I called about then not arriving they told me the driver was busy and he would send him as soon as he was free. 3 hrs later my husband came home from work and drove me in to pick up our Toyota. There were several people sitting around the office when I picked up my vehicle. They also tryed to charge me $50 over the price quoted on the website when I made the reservation. Luckily they did adjust the price to what I was quoted but this entire experience has me very upset.

I had forgotten my mask and when one of the staff members saw me outside they came and brought me a mask so that I could go inside and sit where it was cool while they repaired the car.
Poor customer service, they sold me a car that had been in an accident. They didnt inform me about it nor show me the carfax. They are very shady people. I will never go back for any reason. The staff also were not wearing any masks.
Excellent Experience! Jesus was probably the nicest sales rep I have ever met. He help me efficiently and was able to answer all my questions. Although I wasn’t able to get a car here.... wouldn’t have been able to make the payments and other bills altogether. Pete the manger is awesome. He calls to set up times with you personally to help you get the best deals. Unfortunately due to work I wasn’t able to sit down with him. But it’s nice to have a manger reach out to you as well :) definitely great vibe from everyone who works here. Great Local place to get cars! The salesmen/women were very professional and helpful in getting us the exact vehicles we wanted within our budget! We also have all of our vehicles serviced at Toyota of Ridgecrest and the service staff is very courteous and go out of their way to answer any questions I may have. Had our SUV serviced there this month and was very satisfied and was also happy to know that they offer shuttle service to take me back home/pick me up. Loved that! So thankful we have a hometown Toyota dealer that provides excellent customer service!!

The service department is the best I’ve ever been to. I usually schedule my appointments the same day. Super friendly staff and always looking for ways to help their customers. Why can’t more dealer service centers be like them? Will go back until the wheels fall off the car!

We purchased a Camry from Toyota of Ridgecrest back in 2009 and it was so easy that we went back to them first. Without going anywhere else, we purchased a 2015 Avalon. Again, it was an effortless exchange. We are extremely happy with the deal and the service department was very attentive with the Camry and we know it will be the same with the Avalon. Looking forward to many more years dealing with Toyota!
The person I spoke to here are a lot more respectful to a car guy’s(like me) knowledge when compared with the ford dealer down the street. They are also not at all pushy, again, like the ford dealer. The prices are overall good for a small town.
Fantastic sales staff. Our salesman Ryan Sanford helped us out a lot, by contacting us about our new Prius all the way through our purchase process to walking us out the door and explaining the finer points of the vehicle and its operation. The service staff is always there for us and every customer at Toyota of Ridgecrest. Cant figure out why anybody would buy out of town with customer service like what our local Toyota dealer provides!

Purchased a $63,000 Lifted Toyota Tundra from this place. A year later I get a flat tire and the key to take off the tire was not in the vehicle. 4 of us looked in the truck for hours before the tow truck guy had to call another tow company to get the truck craned onto a flatbed. I go to the Toyota Dealer in Miami since this is where I live now and they say they cannot take the tire off. I go to 2 other tireshops and they say they will not take if off because of liability concerns and that I should reach out to the dealer I purchased the truck from (this place). Toyota of Ridgecrest took over a week to get back to me while my truck is sitting in a tow yard. They say are you sure its not in there? did you check behind the seat?. I am pretty sure I would check behind the seat before having to spend $400 to get my truck craned onto a flatbed. They are so sure that it was in the truck and asked me if i looked here, or there, or over there. Im a customer and I dont have they key, thats all that needed to be said. Their General Manager gets on the phone and also does nothing to help me. You know what I ended up doing? I looked at the rim and called the company and they overnighted me a $7 spline key. Why couldnt Toyota of Ridgecrest figure this out? I know why.... because once you are out of the door, they could care less about you. This place sucks, Ridgecrest doesnt have much but I would say its worth it to bring your business to Lancaster, not this place. I have communicated this issue up to Toyota as well as the BBB. This issue has costed me $1100 in service and storage because of a $7 part and a dealerships poor customer service.
The service department here is PHENOMENAL. They do amazing work at a very reasonable rate. They are so great at what they do, I live closer to the Toyota service department in LANCASTER and I still go here.
Super service for out-of-state customer break-down on 395. They got us in really fast, diagnosed and fixed the problem in less than 2 hours and got us back on the road even though they were booked solid and busy as anything. I felt like the charges were fairer than I would have gotten in my home town. These guys are the bomb.

Avoid this dealer at all costs. They will sell you a new vehicle with a signed contract and everything, give you a few days to get used to your nice new car, then call you up and tell you they have to raise your APR significantly, in such a way that theres nothing you can do about it. Zero stars.

DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM HERE!! I recently purchased a 2012 Chevy Silverado. After two months of driving it normally, not aggressively, and never above the speed limit (got a ticket in my old car, not risking that again), I have so far had to replace the tires, replaced the oil pressure sensor, and am now stuck an hour and a half away with a broken down truck. Save yourself the heartache and go elsewhere
The friendly staff . Fred is very kind and giving to the community. The service department always professional and friendly as well. The price was very good on my Rav4. My next vehicle purchase will definitely be from Ridgecrest Toyota.

Their service department is the worst I have ever dealt with. We have taken our vehicles out of town to be serviced for the last five years due to bad service. We decided to give them another chance to redeem themselves just to replace a part due to an airbag recall. I made the appointment last week and specified the car and recall. We took it in yesterday and after having it a couple hours, they said they didnt have the part. It was ordered and would be there today. We took it back in today. After two hours, we called them and they said there was another problem with getting the part.....it would be here tomorrow. We picked it up. We will get it done out of town and will never take another one of our vehicles there again, nor buy a vehicle from them ever again!!!

I took my truck to the Ridgecrest service for an oil change and to get a quote for the throttle position sensor. I declined the TPS because it was too expensive. This is not the bad part.A week later my truck was making a horrilbe nosie and I popped the hood and the air filter box was wide open and the intake assembly was still DISMANTLED! This is still not the bad part.When I called the dealership to address the issue, the service and sales manager were completely dimissive of the problem and potentially damaging future implications of running in the desert sands for weeks with no air filter. They were rude and already trying to shift the balme to me the customer. This is the bad part... This dealership does not care for the well being of their customers...
Expensive. But worth it.

Was thinking about buying a car here. Emails sent to dealership were never answered (one was answered but not with information regarding my questions). So to me that is horrible service. Bought a new car in Valencia. All car dealerships in this town suck. Small inventory, overpriced, bad service.

Service is fast but the waiting area isnt the best. I wish they had a carwash for when your car is finished being worked on. They have a smaller car sells area but for they size of the city it works.
