Went to them with a car I needed sold, it took a little longer than we all anticipated, but it did sell. They worked with me with pricing, overall not a terrible experience. Had a small miscommunication with the final paperwork,but they were totally professional and actually didnt charge me a fee of 50 bucks that was owed at the end of the sale, was very thankful for that. Overall would recommend.

Bought a 2016 Ford Fiesta, paid for the system check to verify that there were NO mechanical issues before I agreed to buy it. Immediately after I bought it, the radiator needed replaced. Just a few days after I drove away from the dealership.Upon examination of the radiator, I saw the dried stop leak in the broken radiator. So, they used stop leak and told me that the radiator was new. That cost me $368. Now, today I had to buy a new key fob for the car because the one that they gave me is defective. It cost $269.99. In addition, I had to make a appointment with a mechanic shop to replace the throttle body assembly. Thats going to cost $555.92. Im wondering as I look at my paperwork from the dealership if they used a different 2016 Ford Fiesta because the dealership was paid to have ALL of these checked BEFORE agreed to buy it. According to the paperwork, the car was in perfect condition with no defects.
