If you value your time and perhaps your sanity dont ever go this Walgreens. I went to this pharmacy to get a COVID booster and flu shot. It took 3 and a half hours to actually get these shots. The reason why is that the pharmacy staff in this store raises the level of incompetence higher than would be imaginable. If I could give it zero stars if I could, actually I would give it negative stars if that were possible. I will never again shop or use the services of a Walgreens ever again.

The store is easy to navigate in order to find what you need. The staff are good, honest people and will help you out. The shelves were pretty well maintained when I visited and clearly labeled. For reference, the pharmacy is to the left all the way to the end as you enter.

Worst pharmacy in town like others have said. Long wait times, and the pharmacy staff is disorganized. Would definitely recommend going elsewhere for better service.

Went for 2nd covid vaccine. Lady was just rude and nasty. She claimed she called me to advise they dont have it and I didnt have voicemails set up, but I do. Called Rite aid and got it done asap. Work on customer service. You deal in the health industry during a pandemic. Just a thought...

The store was neat, quiet, looked clean. The ATTITUDE of one particular employee by the name of Margaret (I think) was just as nasty, if not more, than her thinning, fragile red hair. This older lady had some mean vibes and a cold attitude when I asked her a simple question. The attitude of the cashier seemed to match the negativity of the toxic place of employment. Walgreens is my go-to for pharmaceutical needs. However, as long as I live in Ridgecrest I will go to Rite-Aid or Walmart. DO NOT SHOP WALGREENS ON DRUMMOND

For the most part this is a good store. The People in the pharmacy dont always listen to what you want and provide you with the correct things. But other than that its a good place.

My prescriptions are always delayed for “insurance reasons”. Once I asked the pharmacist directly—-face to face what the delay was about. He told me there wasn’t a delay. Why was I sent that message?......there wasn’t a delay, he said.Nevertheless 75% of the time I get that message. Face to face I can get it resolved. But that’s 20 minutes in line. They never answer the phone before a 30 minute wait. And then the call gets dropped.

This is the worst pharmacy in town. Pharmacists are rude and incompetent, technicians as well.They have no idea what they are doing and thats never gonna change as long as they have the same management.Never in any circumstances dont go there.Try Save-On in Albertsons they are great,they work fast and are very nice.

The pharmacy is very consistent with being absolutely void of customer service, professionalism (eating candy at the counter) and having prescriptions ready.6 hrs, 12 hrs, 24, 48, 36 not enough time to fill your prescription. No matter how much time you give them or when you show up theyll tell you it isnt ready yet. Transfer your prescription to Center pharmacy at Ridgecrest Regional Hospital, theyre awesome.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever used. Twice they refused to give me my prescription medication. Just recently my husband had spinal surgery and they refused to fill his pain medication he needed to come home from the hospital. They even refused to work with the Dr when he called. Dont use this Walgreens they are not your friends!

The wait times at this pharmacy should be criminal. I have never had to wait so long for a prescription. I blew out my back and had to go to the ER after not being able to walk. Was in excruciating pain and had to drive myself so the ER could not supply me with sedating pain medicine. They sent a prescription to Walgreens because Im new in town and I randomly selected Walgreens out of all the choices given. Gigantic mistake. I came in the morning after and hobbled to the counter to check on the status of the prescription and they said it would be an hour or two. And that they would text me when it was ready. They hadnt texted after three hours so being in excruciating pain I decided to drive in there and see if it was ready. Sorry its not ready. Do you know how long its going to take, I can barely walk? No

POSITIVES+: inside looks clean, organized, and always stocked. Employees have always been assisstive and niceNEGATIVES-:Employees do seem disinterested and leave front checkout stands unattended for long periods of time so you can be in line for a good minute.Pharmacy also has the longest line outside and inside. Takes forever for each car to get seen and most times the prescriptions arent ready yet even though we called ahead and were told they were ready to pick up

Walgreens pharmacy is the best pharmacy I’ve ever encountered. Their system makes sense, staff is very knowledgeable, and so helpful to their customers. There’s always a follow through with their process and the customer (myself) don’t have to play the middle man or babysit anyone. Only thing I wish was that lines would move quicker but is understandable that it takes time with each and every customer.

Pharmacy girl was poorly trained about customer service. I was from out of town, here because of an emergency and was there at 8:30 PM and all she said was, you cant get it tonight. I needed the nausea med before I could even keep water down. She made no attempt to help when I had no choice. I was suffering from a kidney stone. Finally the checker up front at the register was very understanding and got me on track. Wish I could give her name.

If I could put a negative number, I would. The store is okay, but the Pharmacy is awful! They open late, close early, usually only have 1 maybe 2 technicians helping customers. They never answer the phone, or put you on hold forever. There is absolutely no customer service! They act like customers are an annoyance. Go anywhere else if you can!

They work hard at satisfying us. Those who think they can do better should open their own pharmacy and see for themselves what a difficult job they have.

Worst pharmacy I’ve been. Incompetence all around. Having taken 2 Rx and they were unable to fill each time. Taken them to other pharmacies with no issues. Don’t waste your time and spare yourself the headaches.

It’s still a nice and clean store, staff are nice and doing their best in customer service. It’s just appears to me short staff most the time.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. Daughter was at Emergency Room of Ridgecrest hospital. Prescription went in late & local Walgreens pharmacy had closed. We left town and returned to Las Vegas. Called Ridgecrest Walgreens the next morning at opening & asked to have prescription transferred to Las Vegas location. That took about 25 minutes. Was told the Las Vegas Walgreens could easily obtain the prescription in the Walgreens system. Then called Las Vegas Walgreens facility. Was told by the Las Vegas Walgreens that they have no record of the prescription. Called Ridgecrest pharmacy again. On hold 30 minutes (I saw the time elapsing on my phone), when the phone disconnected. Called back again and was placed on hold again. While I was on hold my daughter called her local doctor directly and he submitted the prescription. I hung up with the Ridgecrest Walgreens. When you read about terrible service, there is a high probability that its true.

The store staff are great, but the pharmacy is always way too busy, seems understaffed. They also get my prescriptions mixed up and they do not give me the amber Rx bottles, which is easier for me to open. Ive had a lot of problems with this pharmacy, and I have complained to the corporate office.

This place for the past 14 years has been absolutely terrible . I keep trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but they are completely incompetent of performing a service of any sort . Bad customer service,bad attitudes,they “never” receive a fax from any doctor or so they claim. The pharmacist is always sloppy looking wearing loafers I might add . All around they can’t do their job until you force them with your doctors office constantly calling them. I’m beyond done with this place . If I could rate 0 stars I would . Just shut it down already . Over a decade of failure . Oh and let’s talk about time frames when in line, the worst I’ve seen in the state . Literally. I’ve sat in the drive through with 2 cars ahead of me and it took me just over 40 minutes to get up to the window . This was on one occasion every other was atleast 30 minutes,other occasions I was told to come back the next day even though it was promised to be ready within a few hours .

If I could give this place a negative review I absolutely would. Horrible, horrible, astonishingly horrible service. Go to any other pharmacy if you can because the staff at this location would probably let you die without your medication rather than help you. I’ve never been treated so poorly at a service place in my life. The staff is always rude, annoyed, and quite frankly they just don’t seem to care. They can’t wven pretend! They are not approachable at all. Don’t waste your time here. You’re better off going somewhere else.

Worst pharmacy in town. Clerks seem to have no idea what they are doing. I’m currently 9th in line to pick up a prescription and the clerks are meandering around with zero urgency.

Worst customer service. Wait for at least 40 minutes in line and get poor service . I went over a week without my medications only to get lied to and then finally told that due to the high number of calls I would have to wait another day to get my prescription filled. Dropped them immediately and switched to Rite Aid

I dont even want to give a review of 1 star. Worst experience ever. They are always short staff. Our 18month old son was released from the ER with a diagnose of Bronchiolitis. The ER prescribed him with Albuterol to take by mouth. We went to Walgreens to drop it off early in the day. The lady at the counter taking the drop off said it will be 30mins. So we said we will be back to get it. We went back through the Drive-thru and a different lady said it was not ready and will not be fill today because the pharmacist is leaving at 6pm and will not get to it. Then proceeded to tell us what is the most rudest thing to say to a worried parent that Albuterol is not for sickness, pretty much saying we dont need it today. I mean who are you to tell us that we dont need a medication for an 18month old. Bronchiolitis is inflammation in the lungs. Causes congestion, difficulty breathing, wheezing, nausea, vomiting, fever etc. Because our son is so young and cannot take any other medication like a decongestant, cough, or for nausea etc., we were prescribed the Albuterol. Albuterol is to help open his airway so he can breath, be comfortable and is able to rest at night because at night is worst for him and Walgreen tells us we don’t need it for his sickness. Worst service ever and to top it off with rude service. Then we tried calling the pharmacy 3 times to talk to the pharmacy manager. We were hung up on the first 2 times. We finally got through and spoke to a gentleman about it, he put me on hold for 3 mins and then hung up on me again. We ended calling the ER to have them send the prescription somewhere else but no other pharmacy carries the Albuterol. 😥. They tried calling Walgreens and kept getting hung up on as well. We are frustrated and absolutely pisst off. Finally after 40 mins of stress and frustration the only result is to buy a Nebula breathing machine and change the prescription to an inhalant. Will cost us more money but at this point it is whatever will help our son.

Stay away! Long lines, dimwitted staff and wrong prescription refills are common at this location. Theress plenty of better pharmacies in town.

Do not go to this place or any other one here in Ridgecrest they do not know what their doing and do not care they give you attitude every time and the line takes bout 45 min and 90% of the people are fighting with them they are always late to fill your script too

Very kind and curtious staff, who work hard yet are confined to the rules that every pharmacy must follow, it would be wondful to see other patrons understand this. I personaly have had to wait for my prescriptions like others, but thanks to the staff and their smileing friendly demener I feel confident with bringing my medical needs to Walgreens each and every time!

They need to hire more employees or fix the wait problems they have. There is no reason to return several times after being told each time to come back in 30 minutes and my prescriptions are not filled. Lol - Anthonys comment is too funny.

After you wait forever in line they take your prescription so that you can find its not in stock after you get home. Whn will it be in, we dont know but its on the way. But I need my meds. Oh were sorry. Youll need a lot of luck to deal with Walgrens and someone should close them down. But then we might have to hg to Wallys.

The wait is absolutely ridiculous. 40 minutes behind only 2 cars is inexcusable! Save time, choose a different pharmacy!

Never had a problem

Went there for flu shots and it wasnt entirely a bad experience but the Desk lady was rude and acted like she needed attention. The pharm Doc seemed a little fed up. Maybe just fire her chicken. She was rude and ignorant.

The pharmacy has gone downhill. It is unbearable how messed up it is. Never a straight answer. Always a different answer depending on who you I speak to. Store manager is no different
