I will not bring my car here again .. I had dropped off my car Wednesday and nobody called me to inform me of anything and I get it they are busy so I waited a good amount of time till I made t choice to call them and whoever the lady was I talked to was very rude to me… they finally informed me Friday late afternoon that my car won’t be ready till next week and she failed to inform me that they don’t do mechanic work on Saturday.. and the lady told me the issue on Friday and today Monday the mechanic tells me something different of what the issue is .. so will not use this place again poor customer service

The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating to my schedule. Their diagnosis and repair was spot on and the price was more than fair. This is our trusted “go to” auto repair shop. It’s refreshing to do business with honest people and support a local business in the process.

Please do not bring your vehicle here for service. According to just my experience. My car has been with them since Wednesday. Im only getting a water pump. I was informed Thursday that my car would be ready Friday. Today is Monday. Ive constantly been calling them and they have been putting me on hold. Finally got into speak with someone. Now it wont be ready until Tuesday??? Very inconvenient. It honestly seem like they dont care about that part either. Just was told Ithey will call me back.

Been waiting on a part to come in from Kia for 3 weeks now. No courtesy call, nor update DAYS after speaking with the service manager. She seems to shrug off issues. My honest opinion is that they forgot to order the part. I found the part, and boom a few days later it was delivered to my house. These people are full of it. Take your car somewhere else!

If I could give this place a flat out ZERO I would! Definitely do not recommend. Those airhead receptionist don’t do anything except run the hole on their face! No communication. Would have had my car for 2 weeks had I not continuously called to check in. They never called my extended warranty company, at least get the ball rolling, and get off your flat arses and do something! Run away from this company!

I came in for diagnosis on 9/27 and told them to order the parts for Monday 10/4. They did an oil change on 9/27. They did not order the parts and they kept my car all day not calling me to tell me. Wasted my day and they didnt even care. Do not use these people customer service is non existant.

This is the most bootleg, unprofessional shop I have ever used. I came in for a simple batter change! They left the old battery under the hood while the new batter was still connected! Then the stripped the nuts off of the battery terminals and broke the cover!!! Don’t ever use this shop!!! It’s the worst! I waited to see if they would compensate me for my troubles.....still waiting!!! I may seek litigation!!!!

RSC got me in and out quickly and went above and beyond to help me. I was having them install headlights I had purchased off of Amazon. Turns out they were the wrong model. RSC got me the headlights I needed from their retailer just down the road. Through all those hiccups they got me in and out incredibly fast, were so kind and helpful, and very well-priced. Thank you for taking such great care of me and my vehicle! I’ll be back and spreading the word.

I purchased a new set of tires there for like 1200 dollar and the sales lady said I had free tire rotation and repair. I returned for a repair to learn that that is not true and to the rotation I must get an oil change. I will not return to this business because there word means nothing.

My car sat up there for a whole week without being touched. I called 3+ times to get a diagnostic. We will call you back. Never got a call. I saw a note on the blank paperwork saying, waiting for customer to call. Really?

Worst customer service I experienced. Theres a big young white dude there. He didnt put enough oil in my. I noticed it after a couple days. Went back there he checked my oil. Pull the dip stick out. And wasnt going put it back. When he cracked the car up. I had to tell him put the dip stick back. He has bad work ethics bottom line. It is family own too. That sorry lazy wast of customers $ dude. Is kin to the people that owns the place. I told the woman they call C C. She didnt nothing about it.

If you need car repair, THIS is the place to go for affordable care. They take the time to fix it right and just fix what is needed without breaking the bank. They will save at least 30% on many jobs. Well worth it!

Can’t say enough about how great this place is they are very honest and do extremely well work and they never tell you something is broken or wrong if it isn’t. I love the staff and the whole crew everyone is very friendly, the waiting area and just the whole shop in general is very clean and well kept. High recommend this place for anything you might need.

I love seeing the girls @ Ridgeland Service Center! They help keep my car in the best shape. Also, last time I had an oil change I got a full detail on my car and it was the BEST job I have ever seen!!! I usually wash mine @ home or in the drive through. I treated my car for a change!! :) Thank you for taking care of us!!!

Hal and his family do a great job. I had an issue with a battery that had been going on for over a week and they were able to fix it in a matter of minutes (disconnected cable) and did not charge me anything. I always go to them and they charge me a reasonable amount and do a great job. Highly recommended.

Use at your own RISK! Took my vehicle there for a $4,500 service and after hearing my vehicle will be ready Wed or Fri almost every week for 4 months (yes they kept my vehicle for 4 months). The bill ballooned from $4,500 to almost $12,000.You would think 4 months and $12,000 of work would fix any problem right? NOPE!One week later the head gasket blows due to overheating (a problem it didnt have when I took it in). With an aluminum engine, that means I need a new motor.Now Im out of $12,000 and still cant drive my vehicle!Let my lesson be your lesson!

Had a flat tire on my way to work this morning and took my car to this location after I got off at 3 pm. I was under the impression my repair would be free and when the woman tried to charge me I asked why I was being charged if flat repair was free. She very curtly informed me that they did not do free repair because they were independently owned and that the only time they did free repair was if the tires were purchased from them or the warranty was purchased. I told her that all of my tires were purchased from their location and she very abruptly asked if the warranty was also purchased. It has been less than two months since I had gotten the tires and she was still looking for an excuse to charge me. She changed her tune real quick after she finally realized that I had in fact purchased them quite recently. Its not an issue with the policy that I have. Its the fact that she failed to make sure that I had gotten the tires from them before she attempted to charge me. As someone who has worked in customer service for years, I know that the quickest way to make sure you never have return clients is to have an attitude when its not necessary. Do yourself a favor and take your vehicle to the car care clinic in ridgeland.

Took my wifes car in for check engine light. Told me needed new fuel pump and lines. Asked if they worked on Volvo. Owner said he was 25 Year certified mechanic and owned other European Auto Service in town. Didnt question. Agreed. $1300. Called 3 days later to pick up. Paid. Drove 1/2 mile. Engine started bucking. Took back. Left. Was told pump bad. Ordered new one. Fixed. Called to pick up (into week 2 now). Picked up. Took home. Check engine light came back on. Back to RSC. Was told pump bad, again. (Week3) RSC took to Volvo this 3rd time since their 25 year master mechanic couldnt fix. Volvo said pump bad. $2100. RSC turfed to me and refunded my $1300. They have now created a difference of $900 in charges that in my opinion the master mechanic created himself. Volvo fixed. I wouldnt take my bicycle to these guys to fix. Way out of their league. Should stick to oil and filter change only. Poor service. Poor followup. Poor customer service. Not worth any more of mine time. Customer beware.
