At one point I really loved this store but after what happened yesterday I’m not happy. I went a purchased clips ins (I usually order hair from online) and when I went in, I asked the lady who was behind the counter (who didn’t seem to want to help) if the clips ins could be bleached or even lightened enough because I just bleached my hair and she unenthusiastically answered “yes”. As soon as I tried to lift the hair, it didn’t take. I’ve bleached hair multiple times prior so it wasn’t anything new to me. I was very dissatisfied because they don’t do refunds or exchanges even after I was mislead with information. I am not happy and now I’m out money.

When a item is priced on the package; I expect to pay that price. This business does not believe in honoring their prices or keeping a long term customer. I refuse to support any business that feeds off my money; but won’t do right by the people that support their business. Online ordering here I come.

This store has wonderful customer service. And they also made me a very wonderful Christmas. They have awesome deals. Definitely recommend this store for all your hair store needs.

I used to really like this store for my beauty needs whenever Im in Jackson. But my last visit has made me change my mind. I will no longer patronize this business. I went in to buy a lace front. After waiting awhile to get help from the lady at the counter, I realized she had no intentions of helping me or even acknowledging my presence. I stood around browsing at various options with my niece to only watch her help another customer and then talk on her phone having a personal conversation. I can understand you helping another customer that was there before me, but then start having a personal phone conversation even after we made eye contact. So after 15 minutes of waiting around and not being even greeted - not even a hello - I just left. Just to better show the lack of customer service, I stopped on my way out to let the manager know my dissatisfaction. He proceeds to tell me that they can help me and I told him Ive being waiting for 15 minutes for help and needed to leave. He was like oh ok. Like dummy Im trying to tell you that your employee is causing you to lose business. Clearly he was clueless. I will not be back as I will not spend my hard earned money where people wont even acknowledge me as a human.

Good store, very well organized and well stocked. I will be going back foe all of my hair needs.

I love this place. They always have everything I need and more. Plus the prices are great!!! I can go in there and spend under $200 on everything I need for my hair, my 3 daughters and even my son. Love love love this place and will recommend it to any and everyone

Went to this place was on the phone with my daughter just walking around the store while she give me the name of the hair she wanted, the young lady that works in there kept watching me. So when my daughter did give me the name of the hair and i asked her did they have that brand she looking at me as if im bothering her and dryly answered no. Then goes back to the front of the store and watch the cameras. If she help the customer like she watch the dang camera it might be a better business. Everybody dont steal boo . Some of us just want our hair done 😚

One of my go to stores. They have a lot of variety in hair and products. Even more. Only downside is that there isnt much help but its not a issue for me I pretty much know where things are. And they have a lot of sales

This store has a huuuge selection of hair, makeup and soon much more, Ive found there that I havent been able to find anywhere else.

Be careful at this place you can buy stuff have a reciept before the 5 days and they still wont let you exchange for any thing else very shady DO NOT GO HERE
