Girl with the braids on 4/29/2021 left me standing in line. I had to walk the isle and get the manager myself because she refused to call for her. She told me to go to lane 2 and the manager would come. But she didn’t call for her. I’ll never buy workout clothing nor electronics from Dollar General again. Stick to the big boys like Walmart or Target.

The store is well organized and clean. The cashier are quick,very friendly.

It was very clean. Music on the speakers could appeal to everyone. The cashier was a friendly and professional college student, and very sweet young lady. The whole store looked organized.

They need more help to get the store fully stocked. The stuff is everywhere and you can barely get the carts through. Overall you can get in and out.

This location is nice and well stocked. The clerk was pleasant and attentive. DG is my go to store for everyday essentials.

Listen. Dont sleep on Dollar General. The little stores have everything the big box store have without the long lines a huge parking lots. If you need a quick in and out shopping trip Dollar General is the place to go.

DIDNT OPEN ON TIME... THERE WERE 9 CARS IN TGE PARKING LOT AT 8:20 AND TGE STORE STILL WASNT OPEN.... 🤦‍♀️WHAT HAPPENED TO FOID SERVICE

Our local Dollar General is stocked with products on a consistent basis but due to covid-19 havent been able to purchase hand sanitizer or disinfectant spray. Overall clean store...

This location is more organized than most, which I liked. Was able to get in and out relatively quickly. I plan to visit this location more often.

Dollar General is an AMAZING and AWESOME place to shop. Great prices and name brand Products at cheap prices plus the savings with digital coupons. Will definitely shop Dollar General again. Speedy check out also.

This dollar general like most in the area, was not stocked, boxes all in the floor and isles, there are shelves that are completely wiped out of product, I still enjoy shopping at Dollar general but they really need to hire more stock people or something!

Bad customer service from cashier today about 12:45 pm Highway 51 store-Ridgeland location . As I walked up to the counter lady was rude on a personal call; did not acknowledge me or get off phone until she was done I just stood there. I heard her say bye, she then proceeded to ring my items without a hey how you doing .. nothing.. nor did I get a greeting as I entered the store. After she handed my money back, I got no thank you, come back etc... this was my first time there and my LAST because of the rude unprofessional cashier that followed me outside to argue after I said “you have a nice day since I couldn’t get it” as I was walking out. I never stopped walking to my car as she was yelling insults. My opinion is this person need some bias and customer service training ASAP or be wished well in her endeavors. Instead of building rapport with me as she was gathering my money someone walked into store and she said to them “welcome to Dollar General “.My experience was very ghetto and threatening. On what planet does an employee engage and encourage in an argument outside as I’m walking away to my vehicle. She left her register and didn’t care obviously if another customer walked up to be checked out or heard her inappropriate behavior.This was a beautiful store, looks new.. it was clean and nice inside. There was a nice lady stocking shelves that helped me find items I was looking for. With all that said this employee made the whole store look bad.. I don’t think she was a manager but unbelievably as I’m to my car now she was still yelling/screaming and told me to get off “her”property ...whattt.. 😂 I’m 56 yrs old and don’t have time to be disrespected by a young hot head calling me out my name .I was a manager in retail and this was not GOOD customer service.. not by a long shot.. If she was having a bad day .. stay at home... don’t take your problems out on your customers...that career choice was her own doing.. not my problem.. she should do her job at her fullest potential. Maybe she didn’t like me or the way I looked...The same nice lady that was inside stocking walked out because she heard the employee yelling so as I’m pulling off she stop me and asked what was the problem...which was very nice! I shared a portion and just wanted to get the heck away from that store and surroundings. She said she was one of Managers from another store.. She walked up and saw the employee OUTSIDE and yelling at me. At no point was the cashier behavior acceptable......following a customer outside is never acceptable ... for many reasons....outside to provoke an argument?? Seriously 😳 It was witnessed by that other employee/Manager. Hopefully they address the issue according. But I won’t return!

Not that inexpensive,however.. needed a two slice toaster. Manager told me where they were. None on shelf. Thats ok but asked if she had any in storeroom. She said PROBABLY not,check tomorrow I said Im not coming back tomorrow,she just went into office with cash drawer and shrugged! No other store even close to get a toaster. Other customers laughed and said probably you wont come back. I said you are right

Every isle had rows of carts full of unstocked items where you couldnt walk down them. Pretty ridiculous.

Cluttered. But whats new for dollar general, right? Hardly anything on the shelves. Hard to get up and down the isles because there were rolltainers all over the place. On every end cap, down almost every isle. Just ridiculous!
