Never have any shoes. How is it the same people keep winning the raffle 🤔

I ordered a pair of Jordan retro 12’s in October and they canceled my order because they were out of stock they said my refunded money should be back in 6-10 days. It’s been over 6-10 days and I’ve called them back to back and they said it was my bank. And I called my bank but they said champs refunded my money back. Now I have lost $149.80 and never got my shoes. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN!

My son and his friend were sitting in front of the joggers looking and discussing what they wanted. An older woman came behind them and made her presence known by asking if they needed help. She was told no! The boys left and came to get me. My sons friend found the shoes he wanted and took them to the counter instead of her asking if we needed help she just stood there looking at us. I had to tell my sons friend to get the shoe and ask someone else to help him. He walked around looking for someone to help him and found a younger guy to help him but not before finishing his conversation about buying weed! I cannot stand bad customer service! If you dont want to be there stay at home or find something else! I will be calling and making a complaint.
