The best T- Shirt company I ever collaborated with out of all the shirts I had made. Wonderful staff and very efficient with getting what I needed done in a timely manner. Will work with this brand again soon for future designs . Thank you guys again!!!!!!

I was paid a deposit for my order was told it would be ready at 6pm I be dam if it not 11:38 PM and still no shirts. I swear never again and he smiling saying I gotcha . I would not recommend anyone to use him. If you need your order better have picked up a week in advance because several customers came in front of me complaing of the same problem never have your order on time.

To make a longggg story short...my experience with this company was horrible, to say the Least!!!!I ordered over nearly $500.00 in tshirts for a family gathering..1/3 of the tshirts did not turn out as ordered and some were missing. It was a last minute deal and they accepted the large order and challenge to get it done within a short amount of time, so i made no big deal about it...but my family and i were dissatisfied.Lesson Learned...never this company again.

Very professional and well mannered business

I placed an order 2 months ago for 40 shirts and 1 hoodie. Went back and forth with Snap over time about my order. I come to pick up my order today, JUNE 5TH, 2020 and he doesnt have my hoodie and half of my shirts are wrong. No apologies or anything.

Please, please, please do not ever use this company. Salesperson dont know what the policy according to the owner or the designer. They promised that a design would be sent by email in a couple of days, called back and the same salesperson said we would get a design by midnight that night. Still no design. Called 3 days later talked to another person and he said that the person we talked to was wrong.I just want my down payment back.

Bad customer service. Didn’t give me a exact date on when my shirt will be done. I had to call them a week and a half later to remind them and to resend my design.

I came here and the guy in the front was very kind to me and always smiling good business person I do not know what you guys are talking about he is humble n kind as ever I’m from Florida and they will even know about his business BLACK OWNED BUSINESS wen he said it will be ready is was on time I appreciate it a lot manPorsche

So unprofessional I place my order Monday for Friday at 2 I arrived at 3 get there wait 15 minutes before someone acknowledged my presence I told the guy I was there to pick my order up he went to the back and never came back the nice lady in the front told me I’ll be ready in 30 minutes so I went in sat in my car for 40 minutes go back in there nothing was ready she told me it’ll be ready in 30 more minutes so I left and ran errands when I got back my order still wasn’t ready and now it’s going on 6:45 got my order and it wasn’t what I asked for or the size management never came from the back to even handle the situation Oh and may I add very unprofessional again

I ordered shirts for my friends and I on Tuesday to wear on Friday. After I paid my deposit I asked if the shirts would be ready Thursday afternoon. Their answer.....YES! I arrived to pick up our shirts Thursday at 7:30 pm and they were not ready. They literally started printing the shirts when I arrived 😡. I went to Wing Stop sat down and ate and returned an hour later and our shirts were not ready. 9:30 and I’m told he’s printing them out now.....he still has to iron the print on!!! I know in business sometimes things happen but nobody apologized, nobody made us feel appreciated or thanked us for our patience. Great place to order shirts if you have several hours to waste. Definitely would not recommend.
