Excellent service, line moved very fast. Was anticipating a longer wait due to the length but it was processed through quite efficiently, with just enough time to read the two beautiful, artful boards listing the secret fall menu and the barista bundle picks. Since I had time to read the secret menu I actually ended up choosing off that instead of ordering my usual go to ice mocha. Super happy they had that out and I tried something new, I strongly recommend the sweet and salty mocha, iced.

ANTI-SUGAR PEOPLE BEWARE: This Starbucks uses Stevia in the Raw. This products first ingredient is Dextrose. If you are concerned with your blood sugar levels, please do not use this product. It has an extremely high glycogen level! The barista said I cant do anything about it, call Corporate when asked if she would warn Starbucks customers that this is NOT the normal Stevia Starbucks uses. Literally this could kill someone that is used to the standard Stevia product Startbuck uses. The barista said, they told us its the same. Clearly it is NOT!

Not friendly for truck drivers. I parked my truck nearby, (course I can’t go thru on semi) to buy some coffee at this Starbucks, but they didn’t let me in and didn’t sell coffee at the window. Shame of you guys. That’s how you thanks to essential workers 👎🏼

At this starbucks I always use the drive-thru and most of the time I ordered their nitro coffee. I really like the nitro when its made right but for so reason they always mess it up by putting ice in the cup. And its not just this starbucks but all of them seem to be messing this up!

I’m a first time customer. Today Dec 8, 2020 (Tuesday). I was not treated respectfully. Now that I think about it, I was not treated respectfully yesterday as well! Dec 7, 2020 I had a craving for hot chocolate! So I said to myself “let’s try starbucks”. I’m a trucker so I could not go through the drive thru. Tapped on the front door a woman hand signals not open yet 11:00 am, I’m like okay. So later that evening wanting to be loyal I returned it’s 5:15pm I’m at the drive thru window she says “sorry we closed at 5:00pm”, So I’m like okay. Loyalty. . . I go back the next day Dec 8. Appropriate time it’s about 1:30pm. Again I’m a trucker, so I go to the window and the cashier says “you have to have a car.” Wait what?? Last night at 5:15pm STANDING AT THE WINDOW, It was “sorry we closed at 5:00pm.” That was not a problem I understood that. Next day I’m here now at a appropriate time but now I have to have a car? As a trucker it’s already hard on the road for us. We like things that make us feel “home like” or “homie.” I’m on the road 2 months at a time. To be denied for various reasons but yesterday it was this reason and today it’s this reason was a sign to me that I was being frowned upon. We are not flashy SuitTrucking. We work! Hard! To deliver your goods to your back doors ACTUALLY. The experience was ridiculously. My bottom line is I WILL NEVER SPEND MONEY WITH ANY STARBUCKS. America 🇺🇸 RUNS 🏃 ON DUNKIN!! I will spread the word to anyone who would listen that Starbucks do not respect loyalty and do not appreciate hard working people. Remember 70% of the United States economy DEPENDS ON TRUCKS to deliver. Last I checked a train or plane DOES NOT pull to the back door of a Starbucks. Same manager BOTH days. It was her that was behind all of this.

Lobby is closed more often then is it open and drive thru is slow.

On 8/19/2020 at 6am, I went through the drive through and no one helped me i thought it was closed, so I pull up to the window I saw no one, then as I was about to pull out i seen 3 workers so I went back to the drive thru but again ignored, I went to the window and I can see the 3 workers and they were ignoring me I honked twice and I was still ignored.. the store was clearly open and I was ignored that is ridiculous!

I ordered a sandwich with no cheese at the drive and end up with cheese. I was in a rush. Had to park my car and go back inside to get the correct sandwich. So annoying!Also the drive through is the slowest in the county. This is not a good starbuck to go before work. They will get you late

This place is very popular and they had a huge crowd and I was very impressed with how nice and fast these guys were. They were very helpful, friendly and they so totally made very so quickly. These guys ROCK!!!!

I have to go here a lot as it’s near my work... and after multiple times, it’s clear to me that the workers here are concerned with anything and everything except doing their job.... I watched 4 employees stand around talking while I waited for someone to wake up and make my drink.This is the norm here.And if there was a manager even there, they didn’t see any issue and didn’t say a word.I’ve been to Starbucks with 1 person running them that run smoother than this place.

Great Batista! Knowledgeable and knew what she was talking about. The register girl........ Not so much. But got a good cup of coffee, a bag of ground coffee(French press grind of course) and a new You where heremug. BTW, that was 5 minutes later. Love that blonde cold foam cappuccino!

This place is always busy, but they get you in and out quickly. My drink is always made to order and the staff is courteous. All in all, not the best Starbucks in the world, but a decent establishment with good service. Certainly acceptable for a morning coffee on your way to work.

The drive thru is proven faster because inside you wait for attention half the time 👎 good drink.

One of the smaller stores and possibly the only one in town or just the only one close to the soccer complex fields. Stopped in during a soccer game. Long line! But the friendly staff handled it great!

This location is by far my favorite Starbucks. I will literally go out of my way to go here instead of a closer location. The staff are super friendly, helpful, and FAST! Drive-thru is almost always packed, but they keep us moving so very quickly. Now with mobile ordering, getting my drink is ever faster. My drinks always taste amazing. Thank you to everyone who works here for being awesome!

Ordered four drinks, nothing specials 3 Frappes and one iced tea. They managed to get multiple cars out of the drive through and handed 5 drinks inside before they even acknowledged that they hadn’t started on ours yet. No apologies or anything, HORRIBLE customer service.

I love starbucks but I ordered a hot cocoa with whipped cream and caremel drizzle and I got none of that. But someone payed half of my order so I passed it on. I have had many orders messed up. So I think that you guys can do better

We were visiting from out of town and went inside to sit down and enjoy our drinks. The service was so slow. They had so many people working there but no one would acknowledge you. They forgot our scone and when I tried to get a water no one even looked at me. Worst service weve ever had at a Starbucks.

Good coffee and friendly service, as expected from Starbucks. You can see it from the freeway, but its hard to see which (long) driveway to turn into to get here. Carls Jr next door has reserved most of the parking places for their customers, leaving too few for Starbucks.

Either going through the drive-thru or going inside, youre sure to get good service and good quality coffee. Ive never had long waits here and they seem to change the filters pretty often. In my experience, this is one of the better Starbucks in the area. I would give it 5 stars, if it wasnt a Starbucks and so over priced lol.

Horrible! The young lady taking orders was not focused on my order except for the guy before me. The young lady screwed up my order 2 days in a row. If you ask for hot you get iced. If you ask for a blender drink you get hot. What a great way to start my day.... Wont be going back to this on.

I came to meet a friend and do some work. This place has a very high traffic I was amazed at how busy it was the entire 2 hours I was their. I recommend it the employees were friendly and quick to finish their tasks.

Always a long wait. There needs to be another option here in town. Most times there so busy my order gets messed up. Totally not theyre fault. Needs better training and more hours for employees. All hands on deck especially for the weekends with all the traffic from the park!!! I just want Starbucks on my lunch amd it not take me 40 minutes to get it!!! :(Plus getting my order wrong on a $6 coffee sucks!!!

This Starbucks is plced in a very busy environment. But they handled it well. We used the drive thru and I was happy with the time and met at the window by a happy pleasant person.

Busy today and long lines due to large soccer tournament. However, the barista at Starbucks made BEST lattes my husband and I have ever drank. Pumpkin Spice Chai and Vanilla Lattes.

They always extremely Pleasant the restrooms are always clean and the staff here is nice. If you want to sit read your newspaper they never rush you its a perfect environment

Not that good of service. I went in 5/26/15 at 08:30 and was not greeted at all. I didnt feel welcomed there. The cashier would cut me off while Im giving my order and i have to ask for my receipt or I wasnt going to get it. The drive thru was pretty busy so I guess that why I had to wait so long in the lobby for one drink. When my drink was ready. I told the lady thank you, she ignored me. So I said it louder to where everyone at the counter heard me. Then she acknowledged me and told me thanks for coming to Starbucks, have a nice day. I just think that shouldve been automatic upon giving me my drink. Despite the rush hour in drive thru there was enough people working there to where some could greet customers walking in, if not Im sure the cashier should. Ive been to many Starbucks across the country and not all of them are like this one. I rated this Starbucks at 2 out of 5 because the coffee wasnt bad. Hope this helps everyone.

This is the third Starbucks Ive been to this morning on my way to work. All have been closed. The hours said they were open. Really need to update your hours. Very annoyed right now.

Love the raspberry green tea frappe. Not on the menu, but its always available and good.

What is there to say? Everyone knows its the best place to go.
