Good place. Only thing is the air or lack of it had me exiting every 30 minutes or so. Friendly staff. Easy target set up. Nice bay to hold all your guns, ammo and cases under the bench. Id go back.

I bought a Groupon and tried to redeem it and the person I talked to said that they will not accept it whatsoever. Once they sell them I feel they should honor them otherwise I cant trust the company.

The older guys are great to work with. Great prices and great range.

They check weapons for CA COMMpliance before letting you enter the range.They also dont let you use your FREDOM WEEK MAGAZINES. Yes, they are completely legal to possess and use in any firearm besides a fixed mag rifle. Guy at the counter was convinced they are illegal and said he would call his lawyer and cop buddy.Rates are okay.

Be prepared to have the employees interpret gun laws as they inspect your own firearms and magazines. Also, employees will give you terrible advice regarding gun ownership. Otherwise, ok indoor spot to shoot.

So FUN. It was the first time I ever shot a gun. I used a .357 first and because I loved that so much the guy brought me .44 to shoot and man that had kick but I loved it. I never felt so much in power lol. So much fun.

Great place to go for shooting took my wife to break in our new shot gun and every one there was very nice. They even gave us tipson how to improve our aim. They won me over from how nice and professional they were. Definitely going back.

The Groupon deal here is a scam. They dont have the range ammo for the Groupon deal but they are happy to try to sell you new ammo for $30 for 25 rounds. Personally, Im taking my business to somewhere thats an honest business.

Ive been there 3 times now for the Groupon deal (50 rounds of 9mm) and every time I have gone theyre always out of the Groupon ammunition. I even make sure to call ahead of time the last 2 time that Ive gone to make sure that they have some in store and theyre always out when I get there.Whats the point of this Groupon if I cant use it. I highly recommend going somewhere else where they wont waste your time and money!

I honestly will never go back to this place. I feel it was priced too high for the experience and the staff was a little rude in my opinion.I prefer to go to Magnum which is down the way from here and decided to try this place as somewhere new. But the friendliness of staff compared to Magnum as well as the prices just doesnt justify coming here.I will admit, it is a cleaner range in many ways, air quality being one, but there was no tables behind the shooting stands; so if you go with multiple people, one person an load while the other shoots isnt possible.So with friendliness, price, and availability of loading tables behind the shooter, I dont recommend this place, but thats just me and I am a little picky.

I just recently went and I brought my own gun. The African American with the salt and pepper beard with glasses asked to check my ammo and proceeded to to measure it . The box was new so I had none missing but when when I went to my booth I noticed one missing. After I asked him about it and lied and said he didn’t have it . Moral of the story he took my bullet and lied about it . Make sure you get your ammo back!

Their actual closing time is 7:00 pm. Dont show up at 7:10 thinking to get a quick 20/30 minutes to shoot because ”they are closed to new shooters”. This is not a bad policy but what is B.S. is that everything shows them closing at 8:00 pm. Hey, management/owner put your actual closing time. I shouldnt show up and read it off the door!

Poor Customer service and people skills !! Unable to properly assist customers in a timely or respectful manner. Not greeting incoming customers or acknowledged their presence when entering facility. Also not knowledgeable in details regarding specials facility Participates in. Ladies don’t waste your money!

Great place to shoot, very clean and very well lit ! Owner and his staff very knowledgeable and professional in how they run the place! I’m an experienced shooter but it doesn’t mean I know everything about other firearms. So if I have a question(s)or any doubts,these guys are the ones to ask! They are all so down to earth, it makes the shooting experience always better! Yeah it’s fun with friends or solo as for me very relaxing !But follow the rules and take it serious learn from others more experienced and you should always feel walking out a Better shooter!

Excellent place they let me in a few minutes before closing even though youre supposed to show up an hour before they will let you shoot a Mosin 762 by 54 as long as you dont use steel core ammo and actually had a good time they have plenty of guns for rent great shooting Lanes other for some reason my muzzle brake flew off my gun and I wasnt able to retrieve it hopefully thats only due to the muzzle brake being cheap but anyways good spot definitely recommend it and if hes in ask for Robert hes a great guy and he also does training courses and Guard Cards

Came here to have their gunsmith see why my AR15 that I built wouldnt fire. He quickly spotted the issue to be with the drop in trigger and made adjustments to it. Within a few minutes, he had it firing. Would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

This place is great. The people are friendly and the range has good safety practices. I enjoyed my first time here. I took one star off because i thought it was a bit pricey for 3 people sharing a lane.

Have been to this place a few times. Everything is perfect except it seems that every employee is standoffish. Very minimal greeting and no guidance to any person who is new to there location

I went here with a few friends and had a good time. The facilities are decent, though it was loud even for an indoor shooting range. Id recommend bringing soft inner-ear protection in addition to the headphone style outer ear covers they provide. Other than that, we brought our own equipment and didnt need to rent anything, though we bought a few target sheets which were inexpensive. Altogether a decent and inexpensive place to go shooting.

Staff is very rude

This place is AWESOME. I visited this place on Monday 9 January, 2017. The gunsmith Tom took one quick look at my Sig and fixed the problem in a second. The range is clean and well kept I dont know about you but $25.00 for unlimited range time is a heck of a deal. I plan on making this place my new go to for future practice with my handguns, at least. Tip* dont shoot the target hanger :D

I have been here three times now and have only used the handgun range. I am practicing with the firearms I will be qualifying with for my CCW permit.The range is well lit with good ventilation. The target system works well mostly and if you encounter an issue it will be taken care of promptly. The guys running the place are friendly and informative. You will not feel intimidated. The fees are extremely affordable at $17 with no time limit. You can relax and shoot at your own pace.I really like that I can keep my brass since I reload for everything I shoot. That is a huge plus!On my last visit I learned I can take the required safety course and do the firearm qualifications there for the same cost as the Sheriff’s Office charges. So I will definitely be doing that!

Pros: Great Staff, unlimited lane timeCons: Youre given a piece of plastic material to clip your target to. Its got a line on it and youre charged $5 each time if you hit it above that line. Seems to be an excuse to make more money.My experience was definitely enjoyable

A great place. The family and I decide to go here. Most of the family it was their first time. The staff was very friendly and very helpful explaining all the rules and making sure we knew what to do. The price was great and there were no time restrictions

RISR is a great place to shoot. Their range fees of $17 per person are reasonable and you get to shoot as long as you want, no time limits. The range allows a large range of firearms to to be shot there. Dont be surprised when you hear a shotgun or an AR-15 go off in the stall next to you! It is clean, air conditioned, and the staff are always friendly and accommodating. Be ready to pay for some extras when you go, paper targets are a $1 each plus you will have to rent ear and eye protection if you dont already have some.

Friendly and knowledgeable staffs.We wrnt there numerous times in the past years, and we enjoyed the friendliness of the staff and reasonable pricing. In fact, we are heading there again today to enjoy our afternoon in the range.Not that it is a deal breaker, but there is still room for improvement. Lighting can be improved, and the target reels (at several different numbers) arent precise. We had to press it in and out to get it where we wanted.Overall, we still love the place!

Great place to shoot your gun, my girls took me out for some Fathers day shooting and I can say its very nice place with friendly and very helpful staff. If you are looking for place to shoot in Riverside go there . We were large group and they had no problem to set us up in their range.

Range is adequate. This range is very busy on the weekends since the closing of Magnum. The rates are a little high. They have a very small rental selection. However, if you feel the need to do some plinking, this range will do.

My whole family went there for my dads birthday and the people were very acomadating. They made sure the guns were clean before we started and took the time to give us special instructions. We are defiantly going back again and would recommend it for both first time shooters and experienced.

I went here for the first time with 5 other girl friends and you know we were a little GHETTO. A couple of them had never had the chance to shoot a gun before so this was not only a terrifying adventure but we needed the right person to get them to calm down. This is the place to go for 1st timers, 2nd timers, whatever you may be this place is the Best place ever with an awesome staff.. Helpful and friendly and just great Customer Service.. I cant wait to go back but of course my favorite day is Thursdays, because Ladies are FREE to shoot for as long as you like. The prices are super cheap... I LOVED IT.. THANKS GUYS..

My first time there and it was a great experiance other than the kid behind the counter that seemed like he had a huge chip on his shoulder. Didnt want to talk, had a bit of an attitude and wasnt the least bit helpful. Other than that it was awesome. Plenty of lanes. Huge open area to prepare and get everything situated. IL be back for sure.

Decent price, gun rentals are good. No markings for the actual distance on the floor as in other ranges. Beware that because a lot of novice shooters have caused wall and ceiling damage they will give you a target holder extender that you put your target under and if you shoot above the marked line, they will charge you an additional $5.50 the clerk may neglect to tell you that, I had a shot on the line and he charged me stating that you are supposed to shot below the line.

I like this indoor range best. The parking at the other range is limited and I have heard they are no longer around (?). The air flow here is better but smoke can accumulate if you are at an end stall.I was practicing double taps and they told me I could not rapid fire so really the only thing you can practice is slinging lead 1 at a time at paper, which is kind of limiting your skill set. Maybe ok for a beginner or to test a new pistol which is what I am going to do today, but I really want to try the shoot house in San Diego at the Glock Store.For all those who complain about over priced target holders....dont shoot the target holders. Problem solved.

I went in for. The first time I wanted to rent a SW SD9ve because Im looking to buy it. They said I couldnt rent a gun by my self I had to have someone else thats 21 for me to rent one of their fire arms. I went back home and brought my gun (1927 Thompson 45acp) they then told me I couldnt shoot it at that range because it wasnt California compliant . Ive never had this problem anywhere else except here. If you want to shoot comfortably go to the one down the street or go to an outdoor range because they seem pretty uptight

The best indoor range of riverside and inland empire

Went with a group of teachers from my wifes work that had never gone shooting before. Facility provided instruction and use of various handguns. We bought the bullets to shoot and paid a nominal fee for use of the facility. It was a great time and a friendly atmosphere for first timers.

Friendly Staff! Nice facility and safe range without feeling like hawks are crowding and eyeing your every move. Would highly recommend this Facility!
