When I think of this store, I dont think, oh ya, they have great supplies, or its a good store. I think of a particular employee. They have a gentleman who has been there a long time, I believe hes a manager now but is always working on the floor and register. He is THE most helpful, patient, considerate, kind person, employee of any store Ive ever been in. He is always this way! WoW, what a great spirited person! I really enjoy going to this Michaels location. Clean and organized, easy to find any items I need.The staff doesnt greet or talk to you but then again I like helping myself. So if your looking for staff help this may be a problem for you but if your like its perfect.

Easy parking, very clean store. Staff were not wearing any masks. I was able to find what I was looking for.

Store is always pretty well stocked. Most of the staff are nice. There is this one guy who is always so helpful and then these other 2 women whom I cant stand. No help what soever and ALWAYS so rude. At times I literally will drive to hobby lobby just to avoid the belittling when I ask for help and insight on how something works in regards to crafting devices . Next time I go, Ill get names. They should know their demeanor plays a part in the deciding factor for where most consumers feel welcomed and WANT to spend their hard earned money...

Attendants never come to unlock products after multiple attempts, the website experience both in terms of ad material and user experience is atrocious, and the difficulty in getting rewards or employment discounts is so maddening it would make you quit trying to use them. Staff is friendly, but the entire experience is sometimes just not worth it.

Always get my supplies here and they have a variety of like colors in yarn and i got a super cute cart it was easy to assemble i go to Michaels every day i just think they need more cashiers

This location has bathrooms locked and refuses to let customers to use the bathroom. I was told that the bathrooms are for employees only even though we just spent a good chunk of money here.

Michaels, at this location is basically operating at its full capacity (Michaels full capacity- so wait times and waiting for wait times are to be expected). Everything is open for the full store experience - for me the confusingly marked discounts and impossible codes to enter online. Michaels has returned. Life is back to normal. Let’s elect a different government to celebrate.

Every time I need something whether it scraps or making a cake or drawing its always there. I love the bundles they have with the colored pencils and markers and paint. I love going to Michaels! I feel like I can make a thousand different things. I walk down every aisle and want to get everything.They also have a bunch of great coupons when you sign up for their email. I get all kind of great deals. The people there are very friendly and helpful.

The Young Lady at the Register made it so much better. I love the younger generation that are busy but still keep their composure and still ask how are you doing as eye contact is made... you dont get this hardly anywhere anymore.A PLUS when they remind you to use your coupons and patiently wait till you find it on your phone. 👏👏👏Thank you Again.

I was in a hurry so I called in and spoke with an employee to ask if there were any candy melts in stock. There were just 2 flavors so I asked if she would be kind & have them waiting up fron at the register for me as I needed to run in and out. Im sorry I dont remember her name but sure enough she had them ready & waiting for me. What great service! Thank you! 😀

Glad to see this location being more and more stocked with new items over the last few years. No more empty shelves and hitting up multuple stores to get what I need.

I used to come here mainly to get baskets to use for gifting and as household waste receptacles. This time they were severely limited to pale colored basic ones due to supplier issues however they did not seem at all limited in their other items they normally stock and other stores have no problem getting baskets in as usual.

Very disappointed in this Michaels location. Staff are rude to customers and the restroom is always out of order. It is a shame as it could be a great shopping experience.

I went in to pick up my order and was told it couldn’t be processed even though the item was sitting there right on the shelf. I went back and picked the item up myself just to get charged twice for the same item I had already paid for online. Was told my order was canceled only for them to give me the notification it was ready for pick up as soon as I got home. I do not understand why when I placed my order it said it would be ready by 4pm, show up at 5:30 just to get told they cannot process it for me even if I was to go do their job and get the product for them. I had one small item in my order, what a lousy excuse for customer service.

I had been visiting Michaels for as long as they had been in this location, is much better than all other closer to us, clean, well organized, a little short on floor help, but the one helping me was nice & I found almost all things I wanted.

Disorganized and employees never know where anything is.

The staff were great, but the place is an absolute mess atm. I understand that the holidays is a factor.

The only employees that talk are the cashiers. The ones around the store dont. They dont ask if you need help, they just walk right by you. I even test them and say, I cant find the modge podge for example while they are right there and they STILL walk right passed me. SMH horrible customer service here (unless its only with black people) except for the cashiers they dont seem to be that way so far.

Michaels is normal 5 stars but this trip was a 3 star Why you may ask my coupon was not honored so I left the product and walked out. They need to do a better on coupon language a 20% on everything should be honored when no exception is mentioned.

I only come here with my wife, she loves this store. She says they have everything unlike other ones shes been in. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The shopping center does get busy due to the Dennys there. Parking can get congested

Some worker: female, middle aged, adverage weight, slightly taller than most women that was blonde (although distinguished) worker was very rude. Especially when I asked if the restrooms were open. They were but I had to wait for a different worker (even though she wasnt doing anything) to type a code in so I could go. Im 7 1/2 months pregnant and I was legit going to pee myself. All I can say is thank God for looking out for me because the bathroom had recently been cleaned and the door was still wide open drying. So yeah. Needless to say, I did not wait and idk why she couldnt have paused from the nothing she was standing around doing, just to help out a potential customer in her store. I now wish I had taken note of what her name was.

A little pricey, a little bit old lady-ish, but really they do have some cool stuff. And they have sales often. The employees were nice and there was a funny lady talking over the loudspeaker.

I would definitely recommend people to come out this way and shop at this Michaels because it is great parking is great location is great right next door to an ice cream shop everything you need is right in this area. This is one of the best Michaels Ive been to in a long time a lot of them that Ive been to are not as clean not as well stocked staff is extremely not helpful but this one I definitely recommend you to come for the cleanest helpfulness and well stocked items.

Was just getting some ideas for a new hobby. The sales person I spoke to, (sorry, I dont remember her name) was WONDERFUL!!! She told me about the classes Michaels offer and she advised me about what I should get as a beginner. Ill be back to take a couple of classes. I just need to figure out which class I want to take first. :)

Its not quite the same place as years ago. Ive gone there twice in the last two weeks and have had a heck of a time finding what I was looking for. They seem short staffed and those are mostly at the registers. They are also out of a lot of stuff, but ill blame that on covid, same as the staffing. Overall if you need craft stuff try here, you might find it (it used to be THE place to find anything craft wise, not so much anymore).

As busy as they were tonight, I got immediate help and personal service, asking me questions to be sure to get me the exact paint color shade that I had in mind. Check out moved very fast in spite of the crowd. I am impressed, Michaels. Gene

I went looking for iron decals which now all they sell are letters. The material that they have is limited to what is hanging pre-measured. Very disappointed.😐

Great place to dins a out any type of craft items. Staff is always hard to find unless you bug the person running the register. Really would be nice to have people dedicated to walking around helping customers. If you can get there attention they are very knowledgable.

I love Michaels but not some of their employees. You ask a question and they answer without knowing or they do their thing with the coupons. Be consistent. Its getting harder to shop there. HL is looking better and better every day now.
