My first accident I didn’t really know how it’d work but the estimator Edgar Zamora was very helpful in keeping me informed about the whole repair process. I Needed a new bumper and slight touch up on the trunk, they ended painting the whole trunk along with the new bumper. Car looks great, I am very pleased. Whole repair process took only a week after parts arrived.

Excellent service! The estimator Edgar worked diligently to give my insurance company an estimate, as well as keeping me updated on a finish date. I turned my car in on a Wednesday and got it the following Tuesday! Edgar kept me updated along the way through their system that allows them to send texts to your phone number. It’s taken me far too long to write this review, but I highly appreciate the hard work they did! ( I only had this car for about a month when someone backed into my parked car) I was devastated, but I got my baby back looking just as fine as ever! I highly recommend if you’re looking for a professional/efficient service.

Got in a crash recently and my car got sent here through my insurance. Anytime insurance is involved it’s always a complete pain but Rick pushed for my insurance to be as fast as possible with them and Rick also kept me updated through the entire process. Very happy with Rick and how he talked to me. Got the car back and it looks better than it did prior to crash, seriously these technicians did an amazing job. The panel gaps were all aligned and perfect. The paint looked like OEM Mercedes. The interior was detailed. The techs here are amazing, and Rick (my service advisor) was amazing.

I came to this shop as a reference from my auto insurance. They did an amazing job on fixing the Audi I took in! They had me updated with any new changes they had on the car. I was kept informed and updated regularly about the progress of the repairs however, when it came time to pick the car up from the location in which I dropped it off...it wasnt there? (after I raced through traffic on a Friday evening!) Jay (the Riverside associate) told me the car was ready so, I came back to Moreno Valley, where I dropped it off; to pick the car up, turns out that the car had not been transferred back to Moreno Valley, - perhaps he didnt read the file? Also, the outside of the car had been cleaned upon its return but not the inside (food crumbs between the front seat folds- not trying to seem like an elitist but, we almost NEVER eat in our car) I know that they do good work at Caliber, this is the second time weve used them but, I think itll have to be the last time, my time is precious, cant afford to waste it!

My name is Lindsey and I got my car repaired here on referral by a friend. My car was hit on the drivers side, causing significant damage worth thousands. After a short amount of time, they repaired my drivers door, quarter panel, window and rear wheel house excellently. after I picked up my car a couple months later, my window stopped working late on a Friday evening while it was pouring rain. I called Jay and he sent a representative out to pick up my car. The window motor had gone out and it was too late in the day to get one from Subaru. They were able to get my window back up and return the car to me later that night before I got off work. They offered me a rental but I am not old enough. The following Monday, they ordered the part. Once he received it he immediately made an appointment for me to get It replaced. Just wanted to say Thank you to Jay for the EXCELLENT customer service. I was referred to this place by my insurance. . Worst experience if my life. Im still waiting on my 2020 kia ! Its been 9 weeks si far and theyre claiming theyre unable to get a replacement bumper... I have no transportation.

Jay was extremely helpful! I really appreciate everything he did. Especially working to get everything covered under the insurance, he went the extra step as Allstate was not helpful at all.

Price changed 3 times, depending on whether I was paying or AAA. From $1843.99 to $1203.22 to $1611.52 with no change in scope of work. That was in addition to the $2360.64 for the initial claim. The car was 3 days late from the estimate due to them damaging the repaired fender and I had to absorb the rental car cost. The repairs were done correctly. Very expensive for minimal damage. Good place for insurance claims only.

I own a 2016 Honda Odyssey that was wrecked on June 10 2017 overall experience with both insurance parties was annoying I definitely dont plan on staying with Allstate but thats another story.... overall my customer service experience was pretty good at caliber Im just not happy with the quality of work I got my van back with a bunch of minor imperfections stripped bolts a flat tire chipped/cracked paint a ripped cv boot I posted the pics to explain I dont like how a lot of mechanic body and general automotive repair facilities dont take pride in there craftsmanship anymore and just want the huge pay out Ive always been a believer in why do u offer so much warranty??? You dont trust your work?? Why?? But I understand now ... but this is just gonna be another set back smh 🤦‍♂️😒 I dont think shops understand that most of us have families jobs and limited time to spend with one another and dont have room to take a car back and get little stuff fixed that should of been done RIGHT since the beginning....

The customer service was great. However they need a new Kia vendor as parts came damaged and also they had several parts they had to wait for past the date they promised the car.

I was referred to use this shop through Walter’s Mercedes Bens. I trusted the dealership and used them to fix my grill and front bumper. They quoted a seven day work period. They called me to inform me that my vehicle was ready after two weeks. When I went the bumper was not painted good. There was a huge blister of paint right in the front. Therefore, I refused my pick up because it was not evaluated and done correctly. I had to wait another week for it to be completed through my insurance (AAA) making sure it was done correctly. Overall, I will not be going back nor will I recommend this autobody repair to anyone I know.

I received updates about my car on daily basis via text messages. The final results were amazing and my car looks like new. Best experience I’ve ever had with a repair shop. 10 out of 10 would recommend this place to anyone I know. I got tboned pretty bad in a parking lot around the corner from my home. I called them and my car was picked the following morning. Chris S. did a wonderful job in keeping me updated throughout the whole repair process. Hopefully I won’t ever have to return here but if I do I know I won’t dread the process dealing with this company.

My car was hit by a herd of wild donkeys. 😳 i needed extensive body work. Calber collision are experts and professionals at their jobs. i wouldnt trust anyone else with my Audi.

This was my worst experience with a body shop so far I had to take my van back 2 more times after the first time I got it back it is ridiculous how a lot of these so called highly reviewed shops are still in business Im not taking my van back for the rest of the mistakes they f****n suck passenger side TAIWAN fender does NOT line up with the oem headlight the grill insert on the front bumper on the driver side was just shoved in my husband had to pull it off and reinsert it same with the rear bumper it was below the clips my husband and his friend had to remove the bumper and re install it and they covered all the little imperfections in wax had to re sand cut and buff the passenger side fender and my personal detail guy said theres not enough material on the fender so its a challenging piece for him but got it fixed all I know is they wasted 180$ on the detail also had or actually am having a bad experience with enterprise as well theyre charging me for the rental and trying to say its extras I asked for when the receipt clearly says I denied everything this is the WORST experience I have EVER had with a accident they need to change there phone message when they put on hold that says you get back your vehicle in preaccident condition nothing but lies and headaches and btw j. Sierra needs to get fired in my opinion cause he did the work look at the pics

Brian Schmidt initiated my claim from one RV location then referred me to Jorge Urieta (due to my make/model) at another RV location. Jorge took over and made this a seamless experience. I appreciate the responsiveness on any questions I had and how he kept me posted on each stage of the process til the end. I also received status updates via texts. Brian Followed up to make sure all was well at end. I needed my car stat and rather than delaying another day for this Jorge is accommodating me by having a tech come to me to complete a minor install on the clear protector on door panel so I wouldn’t have to return. I would definitely return should I need additional assistance with my Mercedes. I would also refer my friends & family to either of the Caliber Collision locations in Riverside.

Very kind staff but there are some more than inconvenient wait times because of poor oversight. Waited +3 weeks because piece after piece was wrong and then staff left our car out improperly during paint prep. And needed to come back because our A/C hoses weren’t properly replaced.Also no help with a rental car, so make sure to have your own way to pay despite any circumstances.Very communicative with the progress or lack of progress through the weeks.All repairs we brought it in for were fixed and look great!

First do this! Please. Look at your car day and night conditions. Look at your car during the day. Look at your car at night. I mean examine your car. Its easy to miss those little damages you got from an accident or stollen recovered car. Maybe even go to a mechanic to let them see your car. I think my truck had some damage underneath the truck. Hole in the muffler and damaged suspension. This being said Caliber Collision will do everything you ask. All while giving you the best service and communication. They will message you every step of the way. I worked with Richard. He is the best! I loved working with him. Please tell him Michael says hello. 🙂. These are a great choice for you. They are worth the higher price. They are the better choice.

Place is packed with no where to park due to Enterprise rent a car being next door. Estimator by name of Jose Urieta was arrogant, condescending and had a macho attitude. Avoid this place at all costs. Very different from 15 yeats ago.

Not only did they let someone take my car off the lot but they didnt even know that person took it until I double checked on where my car was and when it would be done this happened 2 days in a row that they thought my car was in one place and turns out they actually didnt even know where my car was. Another thing was jacobs iphone was paired to my vehicle when no one should be going into my settings and pairing their phone and the radio was turned onto a Mexican channel and ( I dont listen to Mexican music) they went as far as to change my bass and treble settings so they could listen to music while they worked on my car. No one at any shop should be in my vehicle listening to my music and as a result they had to change my battery then tried to sneak it into my bill. Everything was also a mess when I got it back they were suppose to wash and polish my car which they did not because it had marker writing all over the front bumper and driver side door and also had a letter on one of my rims the car was a mess. And now I have to go to the dealership because they also moved my back up camera and its facing the ground and you cant see anything out of it.

Not the best experience I was looking for

I was rear-ended last year and my AAA insurance referred me to Caliber Collision. They offered transportation to my home and after their work was completed they were willing to pick me up and take me back to the shop I like the fact that they texted me & called me to inform me on the progress of the car. They did a great job on restoring my car. Almost a year later I had problems with my muffler and I took it back to them and they repaired it at no cost to me. I would highly recommend them.
