Was look at lexus rx330 and back power gate wouldnt open. He tried to tell me it was a safety issue and he said he check others and they were tge same. This is powergate malfunction is a common issue with older rx330.

Zia, the worker who helped me took 8 week to process my registration, and on top of taking FOREVER, he wrote my incorrect address. My bank literally had to mail me about not receiving the title. Pros are you may qualify with bad credit, people are nice and have a nice selection of vehicles but the cons are if something goes wrong before the month of warranty, you’ll have to pay for some of the repairs before they release the vehicle to you so be prepared to have the money. I lost my job as a result of not having my vehicle to transport me to work and not having the money to pay and now lost the vehicle as well. It’s a hit and miss I guess.

He finally found one i really liked.We went to this dealership in Corona, found the guy that connected my husband via email, Jay. He had the car brought to the location we were at.He showed us the car, and let me test drive it! DO NOT purchase from these brothers. They are really friendly but THEY SELL LEMONS. I purchased a Lexus RX330 from them and was told it was inspected and in perfect condition. WORST decision of my life. It has been one issue after another. I spent well over $3,000 and still more issues coming. Take your money else where and DONT look back. Yes, they are priced a little below market value but...in the end, YOU WILL SPEND MORE!! You WILL LOSE more MONEY and TIME trying to FIX that LEMON you REGRETTABLY PURCHASED!!

We drove 5 hours to purchase a vehicle we found on their website. The photos on the website reflected a very clean and seemingly near perfect condition car. Upon arriving, we immediately noticed numerous scratches, scuffs, dents & dings on the body and paint. The cosmetic damage was definitely not visible in the photos. The spare tire was missing, and there were bare speaker wires which were NOT taped safely with electrical tape. When we asked about a price reduction because of all the issues, he looked at us like we were crazy, then said no. We looked at 1 others car, and when we seen a jack-in-the-box food bag in the back seat, we gave up and left. Definitely not what their website reflects, and very misleading and deceiving. Dont waste your time on this place!

Do not buy a car from these guys. I bought a car from them that was, in perfect condition and within an hour it broke down. They didnt even want to help me with mechanic fees. I sent them pictures of the car at the mechanic shop, and I showed them the broken parts, they didnt even care. Theyre only trying to screw over good hard working American people. I learned of other people that had the same experience as well. Bad business. Stay far far away. I warned you.

These guys were talking very sweet before the purchase. After you bought the car, they never answer your phone call or text to ask the things they promised to give. I wrote the complaint in DMV. Lemon sellers. Stay Away!!!

Hes easy to spot because hes the only one with the ridiculous mustache. Jay is the finance guy, a smooth talker that will lie to your face. They sold me a lemon, and they knew it was in bad condition. I learned my lesson, and I just want to help the next Harding working person from being sold a bad car. Stay away from this stealership.

These guys rum the office as ***RAO CORPORATION***These guys are out right scammers. I picked a specific suv (2009 ACURA RDX BLACK/137K) for $8900 and negotiated cash price for $8500.They only listed only NON DAMAGED pictures and once everything was negotiated and confirmed for meeting, the problems pop out of no where. I confirmed with Jay via text that there were absolutely no mechanical issues or any surprises. He told me it was ready to be driven off also. I asked him to make sure it was accident free, which he insisted there were no accident. I called uber from Buena Park, which costed me $50..i took it for a test drive, i noticed a weird, yet troubling noise from the rear trunk. It was definately mechanical issues that i experienced in any used car.I took the RDX to near by Mechanic and i didnt do a full inspection because i felt simething was wrong. The owner was kind enough to look at it visually for free...the mechanic owner told me it is not normal and they thought it could be the shocks but not 100% sure. The mechanic also stated its possible that it had been in a accident.I came back and told Jay to repair it and if theres no sound and no accident history and it is clean as he promised, i can buy it.Then Jay insisted i have to put a deposit. I told him i dont want that. You have a problem car, fix it, and then bring it back.Instead he insisted if the sound didnt go away and its a clean car, he will refund the deposit.Sure enough, i got a second opinion, from my local mechanic...told me similar thing. This car is potential accident car..because its really not normal for Honda cars making that noise...Hondas and Acuras are extremely reliable...I called Jay next morning..aksed him to refund the money. Explained to him what was going on and told him the car seemed to have accident record. He told unless i get a proven full inspection report, he will not honor the refund...what????!! You confirmed there were no issues or surprises..over the text...multiple times...and now there is an issue...he cannot honor the refund. He told me he wanted me to pay for the repair, then he will return the refund... REALLY?? you are the one selling the car ...a problem car...you should fix it BEFORE customer buys it. He disguised and falsely advertised that his RDX was 100% prefect...and when i wanted my $200 refund..he backed out.This is a complete fraud and illegal what theyre doing. They setup to keep your deposit...NO DEALERSHIPS EVER asked me for a deposit. I always buy used cars from dealerships to private...NO ONE should ever give a deposit...I felt really dumb and felt like i got scammed.I didnt get much sleep the other day..i was soo tired...i wanted to get this done...so i kinda lost my mind giving a theif a deposit...I hope you guys wouldnt even bother checking these scammers out. They will get sued...

First of all, I am glad I do my own research and do not soley rely upon Google or Yelp reviews. With that said, I did my own due diligence to verify that they are indeed a licensed/reputable dealership, with no issues reported through the professional channels. Never did I feel scammed or misunderstood. In my personal experience, I worked with Jay (Jawad). He went over and beyond to help us. Long story short, we had to reschedule our appointment, because my husband had gone to the ER. We drove from San Diego to Corona on Saturday to test drive the car, and also to have an independent mechanic check the vehicle. They had no problem with us taking the car for 1.5 hours. While at the mechanic, my husband came down with the stomach flu. I will leave out the details, but it required him to stay put for a long period of time. Although the mechanic said I have a very good car, he recommended I have the Serpentine belt replaced (not done by previous owner) along with the front brakes, cabin and air filter. Learning my husband would not be able to drive a car home, Jay offered to provde the services (and more) that were recommended, and ended up delivering the car to us on Monday, as my husband was still sick. I will note, all required DMV work took place in his licensed office. Jay is very kind and wants his customers to be happy. I never felt like I was being sold to. As a side note, if I had to wait to be helped, I would expect it. It is a business. Secondly, I never met Jay before, so I dont quantify as only people they know write positive reviews. I had a very postive experience, and the car was priced in line with KBB and Edmunds.

I hate to say it, but it was horrible service, i bought the car from them, it was not license plate, they told me DMV will send it to us, we waited for almost 2 months, i called nobody pick up the phone. Usually the car had 2 keys, they kept 1, they said they lost it. If i want the other key i have to pay, this is ridiculous. That’s really bad experience for me

I bought a car for 6K on April 14, 2018 from Blueprint Auto and it was a lemon. The first day I made the purchase the car was acting up mechanically. Took the car to be inspected that same day and literally it has mechanical issues exceeding $10K that wasn’t revealed to me. I knew something was wrong all along and when I reached out to the individual who sold me the car, he stated “all sales are final” plus it will cost an additional $1K to switch cars. This company in general are scam artist. Selling lemons to the public to get money. BE WARNED!

I met two really nice brothers today that I believe operate Blueprint Auto. I first spoke to Shadyan (Shawn) over the phone and then drove to Corona from San Diego, and met with Jawad (Jay) to see the car. Shadyan described the car accurately over the phone and without hesitation emailed the Carfax to me prior to me making the final decision to travel 70 miles. He was always polite and sincere over the phone and the vehicle was as he presented. Jawad upon my arrival was equally polite, non-aggressive or pushy, and always exuded a respectful presence and interest to answer my questions. Over 25 years of buying approximately a dozen cars for myself and family (from new and used car dealers), I felt these two men presented themselves at the upper range of professionalism and seeing to it that the car transaction be a mutually benfitting experience. Ill definitely be back to purchase from Jawad and Shadyan as my familys car needs develop. - A really nice experience simply from discovering them and a car from their Craigslist/Cargurus ad.
